    Went in on a Monday night and in a blink of an eye was driving away with a new Flex! Jose Martinez (Internet Sales) and his Sales Manager Hector made this one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. So if you're in the market for a car give the guys over at Autonation Ford in Torrance a try.

    Like the title says, I had a great experience at AutoNation Ford Torrance. I am a fierce Internet shopper and always look for the hat trick: best car, best equipment, and best price. Autonation Ford delivered on all counts. They had a great price out of the gate and were willing to beat my other offers. They delivered on their promises, including getting the color I wanted delivered the next day. Very helpful and accommodating staff. Comfortable showroom. Very satisfied with my purchase experience. My first all-electric car! Still learning the ropes there...

    We were interested in a plug-in hybrid and our salesman, Oncy Khalil, helped us decide between a Fusion and C-Max. Without any haggling, Oncy and his manager helped us get the best price available between Costco and Ford retiree plans. We are happy that we leased a Fusion Energi, which at our age seemed our best option. I would definitely recommend this dealership, and we do love the Fusion plug-n hybrid. We have driven over 500 miles and still have a half tank of original gasoline.

    This was the WORST EXPERIENCE imaginable at AutoNation Ford Torrance! These people are [non-permissible content removed] The Sales Manager, George R. and the General Manager, Aman A. are made of pure evil. Give your money to these two and you are handing money to the devil.

    After getting quotes from several local Ford dealerships I worked with Ron S. at Auto Nation Ford Torrance and was able to get the Costco members discount. They were able to offer me the best price out of all the dealerships. Ron worked hard to find me the Ford Explorer that had everything I wanted and ended up getting one shipped from another dealer to his store for me. The dealership made the leasing experience very easy and straightforward. There were no hidden costs and everything was disclosed to me up front. After signing all my papers Ron went over all the features my explorer came with and showed me how to use the my ford synch and the navigation system. After driving my car for several days now I am more than pleased with the smooth ride and power that my explorer has. The navigation system and my ford synch are very easy to use and has made driving my new car a pleasure.

    I think most people hate the idea of dealing with the car sale process. I think as long as we work for fair deal, we should be okay. The sales person(s) at AutoNation in Torrance were very responsive and answer all my questions clearly. I think I got a very fair deal (I wasn't looking to get a "steal") but the numbers were what I expected. Everyone was pleasant and the process went well. If I had the choice to do it again, I would.

    I wanted a 2013 Ford Fusion, but when I decided to lease instead of buy, Roland B., the fleet manager, steered me towards the 2014 Fusion for a better lease deal. They had the exact car I wanted on the lot and Roland made it easy to seal the deal. Very happy with the car!!

    Autonation at Power Ford Torrance had just what I was looking for at the right price. My 2005 Dodge Durango is great! Joseph M. was very patient and friendly. Robbie W. found us a great car at the price we needed. He did all the work and he followed up. We were well taken care of.

    I contacted over 30 autodealers(Ford, Honda, Hyndai) via internet. Only people that took me seriously and responded quickly with courtesy and professionalism was AutoNation. They were willing to work with me and I ended up purchasing my first Ford (used certified pre owned) and cant say enough about the car and AutoNation. Contact Roy who is in internet department and he will help you with courtesy and professionalism.

    Most know the tactic of keeping the Buyer in the cubicle or office for HOURS with the back & forth dance of salesperson-to-Mgr. The motive is to Wear Down the Buyer ... their Attention Span, their Resistance. Then, when they get you into the smarmy Finance Office to sign docs, they insert little Hidden Gems, and hope that you don't catch it. BE SURE that you are clear that you negotiated an OUT THE DOOR PRICE ... BEFORE REBATE. The Rebates come from Ford, NOT the Dealer. Inclusion of the Rebates into the price is Pure PROFIT for the Dealer. They will tell you that it is taking away from their margin to negotiate ... BULL. I negotiated an OUT THE DOOR PRICE, and they Tacked ON the Rebate, and I missed it in my Mental Fatigue. BEWARE ... this Dealership is the Worst that I have dealt with. The GM, rather than trying to get to the bottom of why Customers feel mislead, is only interested in telling the Buyer how Wrong they are .... BAD Customer Service 101 Class.

    Older woman all alone at a Car Dealership. Enough for most horror movies right? Wrong !! Did my homework - a months worth - and knew what I wanted. Ron S., my sales manager at Autonations Ford in Torrance, listened carefully, answered all questions completely, took me directly to my car(s) of choice, done. I told him how much I was willing to spend and what I wanted for my money (which was a LOT). He found two matches for me -- which were the exact two colors I was considering - got the keys for a test drive - and I made my choice. Done. He didn't just explain (blah, blah, blah) but he showed me every detail and possibility within the vehicle. It could not have been easier, more professional or respectful, or more packed with knew knowledge to benefit me. He worked tirelessly to get me every single incentive (seriously), and with my sucky credit (which I was up front about), he went above and beyond on every single level. Enter Aurelio L., Finance Manager - walks on water, I believe. He helped me on, of course, all the financing gobble-de-gook, but was extremely, extremely helpful on my overall financial picture - how to help me improve it dramatically. My 2014 Ford Focus SE is beautiful, the envy of everyone who sees it but those who drive it are blown away. Her name is now "Emma" and is family. The entire Autonations Ford in Torrance experience was as good as it can possibly get. Thank you Ron S. Thank you.

    My dread for the grueling car shopping experience evaporated when I began dealing with Ron S., the Internet Sales Manger at AutoNation Ford Torrance. Completely professional service that was informative and not high-pressured. Ron helped me find the perfect car. I am thrilled with the Ford Fusion Energi and am actually enjoying my long commute to work. It is so great to drive past my old gas station and not have to make the twice weekly fill-ups!

    Had a very pleasant experience with my purchase. My sales manager Jeovana at Autonation was first rate, who got me the most superb price better than Truecar.com. I would suggest do some up to date research on Ford incentives before heading to any dealership as they can get quite confusing. Some incentives are only applicable to lease and not cash purchase vs 0% financing. I initially had a hard time deciding on a Bimmer 320 vs C Max Energi, but in the end I am glad I got a plug in hybrid. I was able to drive 21 miles pure electric on one charge during December cold weather in LA. The ride has European feel to it. It's actually one of the few Fords I have driven (owned or rental) that has a lot of features that they put thoughts and design into it instead of after thoughts or outright missing (such as missing map reading light on an Escape I rented from airport).

    I had a great experience when I purchased my Ford C Max Energi at the Ford Dealership in Torrance. Both Jeovana C. and Albert gave me the kind of personal attention and customer service I was looking for in buying a new car. I also visited Lexus and Toyota in Torrance and was disappointed. Jeovana drove to Santa Monica to get vehicle in the color I wanted. She also gave me a demonstration of all the technology and how to use it, signed me up with SYNC, and test drove with me until I was comfortable. Albert also test drove with me. Both Jeovana and Albert have followed up with me to see how I'm doing. And, I love my new Ford C Max Energi!

    I went in to purchase a 2014 Ford Escape and had the best buying experience! I worked with Ron to get the deal done and by far this was some of the best customer experience I have had! Ron was upfront and honest, we had all the details ready to go and amounts figured out prior to me setting foot on the lot! I was in and out with my paperwork and drove off in my new escape!!     Have nothing but good things to say about our experience with Larry, Internet Sales Manager at Auto Nation Ford in Torrance. He went the extra mile in getting us the vehicle we wanted (2013 Nissan Rogue), at a great price. We received a fair price on our trade-in and Jesus in finance made that part of the car buying experience pretty painless, explaining everything thoroughly.
