It was easy to setup and I got helpful email confirmations and reminders. Arriving at the dealership,… Sonia G. met with me on time and went through all the details with me thoroughly and efficiently. I had some extra requests with claims on wheel scratches and body work and she was very helpful to get that taken care of with almost no effort on my part. Not only they did not pressure me in buying a car and do the typical salesman pitch, they gave… me the liberty and the time to look at each car as I wanted. But all of that was nothing compared to the great deal they gave me on my car and the follow-up they did with me after my purchase. Luke Girgis is the gentleman who took care of my purchase for me and he is truly a kind human being who will do whatever to meet his customers' needs. Angela McKeever is their Finance Manager and she was also very kind and helpful in this process. Hats off to both of them!Great experience!

She answered all my questions pretty quickly (trust me I had a lot!) and it was all done through… emails. I enjoyed not having to spend hours upon hours at the dealership haggling and trying to get the best deal as we were able to do it all while I was at work or at home. Incredible Expierence

I had been with Mercedes of Beverly Hills for about 5 years and it was one of the worst customer service experience's I have ever had. Everything from giving me a car that… had been totaled and lying about it to entering in the wrong auto pay information. I was DONE with the company. But, my husband reminded me I did love the cars and that we should just try Mercedes of South Bay since we live so close to it. Upon entering on a Sunday night I was already blown away. Lawrence (Larry) Dodd came right over to me and had just a genuine conversation. He asked what our needs were, what we didn't want and simply treated us with kindness and respect. The next morning around 9am I went back and by 11am I was driving of the lot in my new car. To say it was a pleasant experience would be an understatement. I felt and feel confident in my decision, his follow up was incredible and I know he is there for any questions I have. This may sound like a really fluffed review but it isn't. My experience for so many years was so horrible in Beverly Hills that the vast difference between the two dealerships really makes me feel this positive. And it has restored my faith in Mercedes. I work in an industry where cars matter and where I am constantly asked where I got mine. Before all I would say is "don't go to Beverly Hills!" But now I will proudly say " Go see Lawrence and his team at Mercedes of South Bay." I look forward to referring plenty of people to them in the future and plan to be doing business with them myself for many years to come.Fabulous sales service! Top rate.
