    I certainly appreciate the service provided by Scott Robinson's service team. I brought my daughter's car in because she has no spare time and they were very accommodating. After my experience, she will have no trouble returning for continued service. It is very difficult for young women, especially, to trust dealers for auto maintenance, but SR Honda is one I think she can rely on. Thanks to Lyle, the service writer, the maintenance crew and James in the waiting area.

    I just bought my first Honda for my son. The process was so easy. Nikos Enfiedjian was great. He spent the time to go over all the details with me. He was very thorough. He made the process painless. I would definitely recommend this dealership!!

    After searching for a car for over 2 months we ran into a great deal of bad dealership experiences. Horrible "salesman", unwelcoming vibes, etc. but once we met Kevork "Kevin" that all turned around. He was beyond helpful, patience, knowledgeable and not pushy. He gave off the proper amount of confidence, care that made us feel comfortable that he was trustworthy. The day we purchased the car we also had a fantastic experience with several other employees...Nikos in sales, Doug in Finance and the manager, Chris were all extremely helpful and personal. It is too bad that there aren't more dealership modeled after Scott Robinson! Thank you gentleman for an extremely positive car buying experience!!

    Hi everyone, I really decided to write a review because SR does totally earn it after a great day there. To the history of my sale. I had contacted several dealers in the last days for a price of a Honda Civic 2012 EX with navigation system. The best price after some tough mails with many other dealers was around 500 Dollars below MSRP. I had also contacted SR Honda and they had told me additionally that i should come to the dealership for the final price. Email contact was very friendly with good follow up mails. I decided through the quite positive reviews here to check two dealers. One was for a Hyundai Elantra, which was on the same street (Southbay Hyundai). After 5 min and a very arrogant salesman my uncle and me exactly knew that every more minute would just be a waste of time so we directly went to SR Honda. An extremely friendly and transparent salesman Kevin (Kevork Mazmanian) came to us and since we knew what we wanted, we very fast went to the discussion of the price in his office. I must say I'm from Germany and I'm not used US dealers but the short comparison between Southbay and SR showed me that the difference is like day and night. Kevin was just very friendly and made even with many laughs an awesome deal. which was in the end 1000 Dollars !!! below MSRP and i had even put in some additional stuff for free. Way the best price i got so far and have seen. They offered cookies and free coffee and the whole time the people there were just friendly (I would just say they really like their job). The next step was financing. There a very friendly Finance Manager (Doug Hofmann) went with us through every single detail, took the time to explain everything and we got without any problem the 1.9% financing for 36 months. Actually the really amazing part (ok it was already great enough for my first car in the states) was that Kevin went with me to the car and explained EVERY single key feature: navigation, voice control, etc). My uncle and me left with a very positive experience and me with a great new car after around 2 hrs. So i can definitely recommend those people and the team in particular Doug and Kevin and once again thank you for the great deal and an awesome car.

    Having just moved from NYC to LA ... and having now to move from ONE car to TWO ... and already LOVING Honda Accords - my primary assignment was to find the great deal from a great dealership. I did all my research up front on line so when I walked into Scott Robinson Honda, I decided to just see how the sales team worked. My wife and I were met at the door by Nikkos Enfiedjian. The meeting started positive and only got better from there. He was attentive to all our needs - listening to what we were looking for - and giving the right answers. When it came to price, I shared with him what I had gotten from other dealers. We did not have time to complete the deal that day. I spoke with him a few times during the week and came back a few days later. He brought my offer to management and they agreed to it. From the time we started the paperwork to the time the car was all prepped took under 2 hours. Then Nikkos sat with us and took us through all the new improvements Honda has made since our previous purchase. Bottom line: Nikkos took care of us from first meeting through closing our door for us before we drove away in our new EX-L V6 with Navi. ASK FOR NIKKOS if you go into Scott Robinson Honda!

    For the first time in history, our family had a GREAT BUYING EXPERIENCE -- and it's all because of the salesman - NIKOS ENFIEDJIAN. He is not like any salesman you've ever met. My Father and I were looking for a car to lease and before meeting Nikos, had never once had a good experience when going to dealerships. The salesperson would play sales head games, not listen to what we wanted and throw monkey wrenches into deals at the last minute. In most cases, my Dad would end up leaving, get very stressed out at the harassment and games he had to deal with, and it was a very painful experience for him, which was always unnecessary. Based on 40 years of bad experiences, my Dad had a very negative view of buying cars and the salesmen also. (He visited Scott Robinson Honda 2 years ago and ended up leaving because of last minute shenanigans from the Finance/sales team.) Very reluctantly, he and I came into Scott Robinson Honda last Sunday to lease a car, and we were fortunate enough to come across Nikos, a pleasant and very straight forward young man who surprised us right away with his honesty, his desire to help us, and his professionalism. We knew right away there were no games here - Nikos honestly worked to get us the best deal he could and even walked my Dad through all the financial breakdowns. (My Dad is a Finance specialist so he likes to break down and calculate everything out.) Nikos kept right up with him, patiently waiting for my Dad to calculate and understand, answered all his questions and made sure we understood and were happy with everything. Nikos bent over BACKWARDS for us. There were no monkey wrenches, no sales ploys - just straightforward, honest and helpful professionalism. We were THRILLED! In the end, Nikos got us exactly what we needed, the deal was simple and we were in and out of there very quickly. Nikos even filled up our car with gas, called after to make sure we were happy, and sent us a lovely thank you card a few days later. My Dad marveled saying what a painless experience it was, and that in 40 years, this was the first time he had a great experience with a sales person getting a car. He only wants to work with Nikos from now on. I too have dealt with other Salesmen at Scott Robinson and no one even came close to Nikos. We will be referring him for any friends/family who are looking for a car. I can't say enough good things about this young man: he is honest, kind, caring and completely defies every stereotype that exists about Car Salespeople. He is fantastic, deserves much success and accolades!! Make sure you ask for Nikos when you go. You won't regret it.

    I've come to this dealership to purchase a 2012 Honda Fit base from them after receiving the lowest quote. However, salesperson (Jennifer) casually added $300 to the quote mentioning that it's for the "rear bumper sticker" (which costs $60 directly from Honda). When I asked why it's $300 and not $60, she cited "installation costs"... Really? Sounds like a way to make some quick cash off someone who doesn't know the real cost. I decided to accept the $300 increase in vehicle's price since it was still lower than any other dealership's (but only by a $100 now). Then the hell began. Next to hours I've spent with finance manager, who wasted two hours of my life trying to sell me their pre-installed alarm for $900 and a GPS tracking device for $1200. After I flat out refused every single offer (he wouldn't offer the alarm below $450), TWO HOURS later he finally gave up and let me sign the paperwork. But here's the catch: with my FICO score of 870 (!), he offered me APR of 5% and REFUSED to budge ("Oh, it's just Honda, you know... They don't offer low APRs"). LIES. Now, here's the best part. I drive the car off the lot, tired and exhausted, and head home (30 mile drive). After I get home and park the car, the car WOULD NOT START ANYMORE. Apparently, an issue with the alarm that they've supposedly de-activated. So, do you think when I called them the next day, they've taken care of the issue promptly? NO. They've passed my information along to the car alarm company, and had me call them and beg them to come and fix it (which they eventually did, in the evening). They didn't even care to call me back and ask whether it was fixed! This reinforces my opinion of the dealerships in general - they'll swindle as much as they can out of you and their attention to your needs ENDS the moment you sign on the dotted line and drive off the lot. BEWARE.

    They did an awesome job on the repairs and they did it ahead of schedule. Great attitudes, great service, very accommodating, good updates. Carlos, Shanna, all the staff rocked!

    S.R. Honda has a great inventory & an awesome sales Mike Martello! My gal friend asked me to go with her to find a car. She doesn't like to be hassle so this is where I come in. We were greated with Mike & he was polite, professional, & HONEST. These qualities are rare to find these day especially from a car salesman. My friend got her car & now once my least is up. I am going to S.R. Honda to get me a new car from Mike Martello. I recommend S.R. Honda & please ask for Mike Martello.

    Bobby and Marcos were awesome! They were true to their word and the entire buying experience was amazing and easy. We searched and contacted at least 20 Honda dealers over the course of a week, looking for our new Honda CRV and this was by far the best deal and best sales team. I would highly recommend Scott Robinson to anyone looking for a new Honda!

    Last week I traded my 07 G35 for a 2011 Honda Fit. I was very pleased with the service I got at Scott Robinson Honda. I got the vehicle I wanted with an affordable monthly payment. Michael Martello was our sales consultant and was extremely happy with how he treated us. He was very helpful and professional. He answered all my questions before, during and after the purchase. Michael was not the typical pushy sales consultant but at the same time was there to assist me to get the vehicle I wanted. I recommend Scott Robinson Honda to anybody and would suggest to look for Michael Martello.

    If you are looking for a car buy it at Scott Robinson! The staff (especially Bobby and Jennifer) are the best! They will go out of their way to get you what you want. They are honest, responsive and will not pressure you to sign a deal that you aren't comfortable with. It will be the most pleasant visit to a car dealership that you will ever have!

    This was truly the most pleasant experience of my life in buying a car. My salesman, Bobby Stoykovich was helpful, friendly and not agressive. He found me the perfect 2007 Accord with low miles. His knowledge of Honda cars was impressive. I know I will be a repeat customer in the future.

    Vern H. is an amazing sales person. He brought a lot of humanity to the sale, something that I really appreciated. He treated me like a person. I did not plan to purchase a car that day, but he was so personable and easy to talk to that I realized that he was the salesperson I wanted to work with. He explained things clearly and answered all of my questions with sincerity and respect. I ended up getting the car that I wanted for a very reasonable price.
