South Bay Lexus is great!

We found the car we ended up purchasing online and spoke with him via phone as we live 4 1/2 hours away from the Dealership. He followed up on everything extremely quickly, and was able to… prepare all the information in advance so that when we arrived all the paperwork was ready. When we arrived at the dealership all we had to do was test drive the car. He took extra time to show us all of the details of the car and explain how everything worked and he was very thorough. The whole process took less than two hours, The whole time we were at the dealership, everybody was nice and friendly, and we felt well taken care of. After purchasing, we Began the drive home and actually received a phone call from Enrique on the way home to ensure that we made it home safely with our new car. The whole experience was great, everybody was friendly and I would recommend purchasing a car from south bay lexus. Make sure to ask for Enrique for the best help!We're delighted to hear that Enrique and the South Bay Lexus team provided such a seamless experience for you. 15K maintenance and software update
by Anros on 02/16/2025Bryanna was very nice and helpful with all my questions. My car was due for 15k maintenance and a software update which may take for up to 4 hours or more. Luckily, I was able to get a service vehicle and do my errands, while my car was… being checked. I got a call back from Bryanna after 2 1/2 hours and said my car was ready. I was happy they finished earlier than I expected. So I went back and returned the service car and picked up my newly washed car. It was a wonderful day at Lexus dealership.We're delighted to hear that Bryanna and the South Bay Lexus team provided you with a seamless service experience! rediculous and impolite

But such request had been t ollally ignored. 2) I waited for more than 30minutes to pick up my car. 3) and after all I had been informed that the second key was not prepared.… 4) Moreover, I was accused and blamed me that I should of had reminded of the second key. Rediculous and how impolite was the staff. 5) I had thought that Lexus is a brand of dignity, but not this time. I feel awfully bad.Hiroaki, I want to once again apologize and offer my sincere appreciation for giving us a chance to make things right. For convenience purposes, we picked up your vehicle, dropped off a loaner, and returned your vehicle in prime condition.
