My advisor, Fernando, knew I had concerns about the cost of having my vehicle serviced at the dealership. It helped that I had been there… twice before for service. He pointed out the discounts applicable to my particular service needs and importantly, identified a repair that my extended warranty would possibly cover. He called the warranty company who confirmed coverage. I only needed to pay my deductible in that instance. 100k miles vehicle service, four new in stock Yokohama tires, new right/left front control arms, I drove away in my smooth ride RX and me a happy return customer.
