We recently purchased a Subaru Outback and had an exceptional experience working with Tim Miller at Kirby Subaru in Ventura. From start to finish, Tim was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right car… for our needs. He took the time to answer all of our questions with impressive expertise and guided us through options that were truly in our best interest — no pressure, just thoughtful recommendations. It’s rare to feel this well taken care of in a car-buying experience. Highly recommend working with Tim and the team!

I wasn’t real happy with the customer service. I went ahead and purchased a second… vehicle from this particular dealership anyway. I decided just just wasn’t working it was too small. I went back to the same dealership they were very rude. I decided to come to Kirby Subaru because of the experience that my sister had and how awesome it was. Bob and Jerry both, were amazing. I was sent multiple messages in regards to the customer service experience I had.I can only say, this is the best car buying experience I have ever had.They are very knowledgeable, very kind and very professional with a side of humor. Francisco was very thorough and answered all of my questions. He gave me a great deal! He had great… communication and even answered questions I had via text message. Jerry Thornton is exceptional at his job, he took notes, answered all of my… questions, searched through a wide collection of various models, body styles, colors and features and he kept a smile and happy humor as he guided me through options without any pressure or push. He answered my questions with honest responses I could tell he would tell his own family and friends— this is how I was treated during every phase of the process of getting a my new 2021 Subaru Outback at Kirby Subaru of Ventura . Once Jerry and I found “the one”, I was taken into a 100% masked, socially distanced, and fully sanitized area to complete paperwork. In less than one hour the paperwork was final, the car was cleaned even though it was brand new and new plates were put in place. Every person/employee that I passed or talked to gestured happily at me, congratulating me for my new car and I knew every one of them meant the gestures and words they shared with me. It honestly felt like friends were simply happy for me and happy to help me and happy to be apart of my special day, and happy knowing my travels will be safe in my future. I know that this dealership is unlike any other, I know that because I know the people and I know the difference between customer service and customer care. Kirby Subaru of Ventura, cares; I will never go anywhere else and I recommend this dealership to everyone I love and everyone everywhere. Once you step in at the Ventura Auto Center and see the way The Kirby Auto Group contributes to the community, women’s shelters, animal shelters, learning facilities, actual trees for the environment and they even donated a number of recreational vehicles to be used by healthcare workers during the pandemic— you just know in your core that this is a dealership that cares— they care about others and they have for many many years! The car was everything that was advertised, no bait and switch, and I felt the salesperson really listened to… my needs. Programed the car perfectly for me...he really "got" what I wanted for my driving experience. Took their time, did not rush me, and allowed me to ask lots of questions. My husband was able to lease a new 2021 Outback over the phone. Tony even delivered the new car to our home… which is at least an hour commute one-way. He was knowledgeable, professional, and provided honest guidance,… without pressuring me. I had been to 2 other Subaru dealers in LA county before going to Kirby. I had been test driving several different makes and models in the past few weeks. At Kirby Subaru I was given a lot of… time to drive and to check out the features. I got a very fair trade in offer and was not pressured to make a decision that day. When I came back and wanted to test drive it again I was once again greeted with courtesy and ample time to drive again. I was respected and and treated with professionalism. Tim Miller was knowledgeable about my car and was thorough. I was able to drive away with confidence about how my car works and how to place the settings correctly for the information I wanted to see while I'm driving. I am very pleased with my car and my experience with Tim and Kirby Subaru.Great job

The car is for my wife, and she would rather I just buy it rather than… drag her to the dealer to purchase it. She was very pleased with Lars Vankirk's professionalism and no pressure to purchase a car, but taking the time to listen to her concerns or questions. The dealership is top notch too, as the whole process was a comfortable experience. I highly recommend Lars Vankirk and Kirby Subaru.Great place
