Hidden Costs and a Car that was not checked

Poor Communication and Deceitful
by Unhappy on 04/10/2025I’ll begin by acknowledging that the salesman performed reasonably well. However, I have concerns about the management and dealership itself. The salesman inadvertently misinformed me about several features of the car, although I don’t… believe it was done intentionally. I wish he had conducted thorough research and provided accurate information instead of making assumptions because that is what I wanted to hear. Without going into specific details, I was deceived at least five times during the transaction that I am aware of. Consequently, I ended up settling for a vehicle that is still nice, but not the one I had genuinely desired and was happy to pay for. I am deeply disappointed with my experience at this dealership and will not be purchasing another vehicle from this dealership. I had high expectations for this Mercedes dealership given the fact that I’ve purchased a couple cars from them. 2025 GLC350e at Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek

He took the time to answer all our questions and thoroughly explained the features of each vehicle. We… were interested in a hybrid or electric car and ultimately decided on a plug-in hybrid. Jim provided us with various financing options and kept us updated throughout the entire process. He even gave us time estimates so we could take a walk while waiting, which we appreciated. The dealership also had a comfortable guest area where we could relax. Jim went above and beyond by helping me set up the app on my phone and connecting it to the car. To make the moment extra special, he placed a big red bow on our new car and offered to take a photo of us with it. First time experience with this dealer

The rest of the staff seemed to be very cold😳 Jose told me several times the vehicle will be cleaned and detailed. That was not done very well. So Lame
by Cpeterson on 03/13/2025I leased an EQS 580 and were promised excellent service. Our experience thus far has been abysmal. Our tire and wheel coverage was not honored leaving us with a large bill. For such an expensive care we were not offered a loner car when we… needed covered repairs and had to take a provided Uber ride back to my home. The sales manager promised to take care of our issues only to quit returning multiple call backs. I brought the car for tire replacement, I was sent out with 4 different tire pressures and had to immediately return to have this dangerous situation resolved. The only bright spot was working with Omar Khan our sales representative, he has been trying to help us during this whole ordeal. Update March 2025: Ok, not surprising, the dealership responded with a canned response. If you look they respond similarly to all negative reviews. They have never once attempted to actually reach out to me. At this point I’ve decided to stop trying to get Walnut Creek Mercedes Benz to do the right thing,-I would rather eat what they owe me. Great experience on a pre-owned

This particular vehicle was very attractive (very clean and super low mileage), so there wasn't a lot to quibble about. But they were still willing to work… with me and negotiate. The process was very smooth, and they really took good care of me. I walked out feeling very satisfied and felt I got a great car for a fair price. Terrible Post-Sales Customer Service
by Reviewer on 02/13/2025Leased a new EQS 450 from this dealership with a terrible post-sales customer service experience. Signed initial contracts to secure vehicle, took actual receipt of vehicle weeks later since they weren't yet on the lot, and found out that… the lease contract still started on the initial contract date instead of when I actually recieved the vehicle. Promises were made by sales to make up for it with a one month payment off of the new lease with no actions taken at all to honor (very shady and questionable). Absolutely no communication from sales or finance after numerious texts and email. Even the GM is no where to be found in returning customer inquiries or helping to resolve. I've leased new vehicles from all Mercedes-Benz dealerships in the Bay Area for the past 17 years and this has been the worst experiences I've ever had!Hi there, it's upsetting to hear that you did not receive the top-notch service we strive to provide.
