    I have used Rusnak BMW service since 2007. I traded in my 2007 328i after 207,000 miles at Rusnak. All of the service was performed at Rusnak. I now have a 2016 320i with nearly 53,000 miles. All of the service was performed at Rusnak. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work and customer service.
  • Bring back the bmw wagons! Oh and rusnak service is great too.

    I've used the rusnak service dept ever since Bob SmithBMW asked me "did you buy the car here" when I was trying to get a loaner from them while my e61 530xit wagon was going in for a warranty repair. When i said "I tried to but you didn't have a 5 wagon" they referred me to the in house enterprise rent a car where I could get a lovely nissan sentra. I pulled my car out of their service drive and immediately went to Rusnak where they not only did NOT look down on me for not buying the car there but they also gave me a BMW loaner for my warranty repair. I've been a customer ever since even though its farther away. I've worked with Renee Norris ever since and she has been great, understanding, and patient with my demanding nature when it comes to how I want my car repaired and treated. I keep my cars for as long as I can (20 even 30 years) and Renee is my key to keeping my BMW in as good of condition as I can.

    Final repair in a series of repairs spread out over several months. Facility clean, advisor on time, loaner car available as requested. Received text msg when repairs were complete, paid online and returned loaner, picked up my car, nice and clean. This is how my visits typically are.

    I take car shopping seriously. I parked at the far end of the Auto Mall and walked the entire complex. Every dealership. Test drove a lot of vehicles. The best experience I had was at Rusnak. I saw a X2 sitting on the lot and loved the appearance. So after completing my walk of the auto mall, I went to Rusnak BMW to drive and find out more about the X2. Scott Smith, my salesman, was the most professional, knowledgeable and low pressure car salesman I've ever met. He helped me find the exact vehicle to fit my needs. No pressure. Always polite. I told him where I'd like to be, and asked him to run the numbers and give me a call if he could make it work. Which...indeed. He did. Love my new car, and actually enjoyed the whole experience. Not to mention followup. Well done, BMW.

    Renee handled my service as she always does .. professionally, efficiently and completely. She's always completely present with me during consultations and her complete understanding of my concerns is always conveyed correctly to service staff. I also appreciate the fact that I wasn't "nickled and dimed" for small issues found that were unrelated to the main service request. The service team corrected these at no additional charge. I'm very pleased with the entire experience and will return when additional service is needed.

    Once I spoke directly with the Rusnak Service dept. as opposed to the central BMW tele-service folks, it was easy to schedule, straightforward dropping off the car, received the promised BMW loaner and easy collecting my car at the end of the day as promised.

    I was on my way to the dentist when a rock hit my tire and damaged my tire and rim. Luckily I was near Rusnick. They shuttled me to the dentist, picked me up when the appointment was over and provided me with a rental car. My car was fixed the next day. Maps, the service advisor, was exceptional. What could have been a disastrous experience turned out okay, except for the unexpected expense.

    I brought my i3 in for it's first check up. Everything went according to plan and I was able to work in the lounge for ~2 hours while waiting. They fixed a problem with my BMW connected app and did all the usual things to get me out the door with a shiny like-new car. Josh was terrific!

    Daren at Rusnak BMW had a quick phone call with me, understood exactly what I wanted, my plan etc. Just minutes later he sent me a link to the perfect 5 series M Sport with all of the financial numbers. I drove in immediately and we inked the deal. Zero nonsense, just 1, 2, 3, and out the door. This is my fourth BMW, I've had all the other majors, but this was perfection from the 1st phone call to present.

    This has got to be the best lease experience Ever !! You need to see Patrick, he’s amazing !! No hidden fees, the number he gives you over the phone is the number on your lease give or take but close. And we can’t forget about Nancy in finance, she’s amazing as well. She won’t sell you warranties you don’t need. Like I said best experience ever, Rusnak BMW Westlake, they Rock !!

    Starting with the young lady who helped with my service appointment over the phone, to Bob Martin my service advisor and the gentleman who helped with picking up my car...they all treated me like I was their most important client of the day. My car was ready on time as promised with no surprises. It was a PERFECT experience.

    Everything was great, except.. I arrived on time and had to wait 30 minutes to see my service advisor. The service advisor did not greet me, use my name, or otherwise showed any pleasantries towards me. My wife and I have worked with this same s.a. for many years.
