    My husband and I purchased a 2016 Honda CRV from Fisher Honda last week; it was absolutely the very best dealer experience we have ever had! The atmosphere in the showroom was calm & soothing (must say I was not a big fan of the music, but I'm old), low pressure, and pleasant overall. Our 14 year-old Toyota was totaled, so we had to wait a few weeks to get our money from the insurance company and a retirement account, which made it take a bit longer than we all would have liked, but I did extensive research online and requested information about both used and new CRVs from our sales rep. Roman Ramsey. Roman was very patient and answered all of the questions I asked politely and thoroughly, without pestering us by phoning repeatedly. He even let me know of a price drop on one of the vehicles we were interested in. My preferred communication is through email, so I don't have to remember exactly what was said. Another dealership I consulted called many times and it got to be annoying. The other dealer was also reluctant to give me a simple, drive-it-off-the-lot price. I never felt like I was getting all of the information and had to scribble furiously while the sales rep rattled off information over the phone. We felt like we got a decent price, though perhaps not the lowest in town, from Fisher. It was worth whatever the few dollars' difference was to work with such a great sales rep & dealer, to not get any shifty, last-minute pressure to add extras or questionable financing offers. All of the add-ons available were presented nonchalantly in a nice binder with color photos. Note to dealer: it would have been nice to know the retail price of all of the add-on items while choosing which ones we wanted, rather than asking for each price. Extras that many dealers push hard to get you to take with financing were again offered, but not pushed on us.

    I have been doing business with Fisher Honda's service department for 17 years. They are honest, competent and fairly priced. Morever, they stand behind their work 100%. They advise whether needed work should be done immediately or can be delayed. They have often done minor fixes for no charge. Fisher has my highest recommendation (and I am particular about work done on my vehicles).

    Service Advisor, Joyce Adamson, was most helpful in explaining what was recommended for the 150,000 mile check on my Honda. She and her service team brought to my attention that the front brakes were close to needing replacement. Service that I always feel that I can trust...I have been having my Honda serviced at Fisher Honda since I bought it there....wouldn't take it anywhere else. Thank you for years of quality service.

    My recent car buying experience was the best to date. I did my due diligence and visited and/or communicated with with most of the local dealers, including other manufactures. And to be frank, I was concerned if I went with a local dealer in Boulder, I would pay more. What I found was the overall sales experience in getting my questions answered, my test drives and my conversations around the cost and why, were handled a a very professional, non-salsey (if that is a word) way at Fisher Auto in Boulder. In the end, I felt the price was fair and I really enjoyed working with Phil Robinson, the Assistant Manager. There was never a, "let me get my manager" or other sales techniques. It was just a straight forward conversation. Good experience and a thank you for creating that type of culture.

    Andrew Bryan was my service representative. I brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance and he found a discount for my services. I appreciate that he took the time to save me some money. The work was done in a timely fashion, and he thoroughly explained all the work that was performed on my vehicle. In addition, he was extremely professional and very friendly. I really appreciate the available Wi-Fi and nice waiting area. I could do some work while waiting for my vehicle to get serviced (which translates to less time that I need to make up at work).

    I've gotten my second Pilot at Fisher Honda and I just love the personalized service. I didn't have to play the usual car buying games to get a good deal. It was a pleasure doing business both times.

    Fisher has taken great care of my Accord since I bought it. Recently I brought it in for periodic service and they discovered that the Accord was subject to a new recall for the driver side airbag. They promptly secured the replacement parts (there have been many recent airbag recalls from many makes of cars, so finding parts can be a problem) and fixed the airbag.

    What a great experience! I treated with respect and friendship, never attacked or harassed with emails, calls and chase downs. Lindsay and her team followed up until I had the vehicle I needed and wanted and worked with me on pricing, financing and even setting up my SmartPhone which is smarter than I am. Great experience!     In the past, I have been unhappy with the express drop-in service because I had been turned away twice. First time was understandable - came by at 4:25 and the service closed at 4:30. Second time, I left work early and got there at 4:00 - still turned away. I didn't go back for months after that and went to somewhere else. Then I had some issues with the car that would probably benefit from service from the place that I bought it from (Fisher Honda) and this time, service was provided with a friendly smile and willingness to listen to my concerns. Very pleased with the appointment-set service. Lesson learned. I'll always go with making an appointment going forward and skip the "express" service line which is not really service oriented at all. Thanks Fisher for the great service this last time around!

    I have taken my 2004 Element to Fisher several times and have been very pleased with the service. Harry Snyder and the rest of the team are always prompt with their diagnosis and quotes and discuss the service in a clear, concise way. This is an excellent service center and I recommend it.

    After being treated less than favorably than another dealership in the Denver metro area, we reached the point where we had spent the whole day car shopping and were about to end up with nothing. Instead, we went to Fisher and were helped by Phil R. Phil made the car buying experience the most enjoyable that we have ever had. Everything was straightforward: there was no pressure to buy extraneous add-ons, price negotiation was simple and reasonable, financing was easy with favorable rates, and we are really happy with the car we got. I would definitely recommend Phil and Fisher to anyone else who wants to get a Honda.

    I would not recommend that anyone buy a vehicle from Fisher Honda. I recently leased a 2014 Pilot from them. When we first saw the car it had a clear mask put on the vehicle, for which we were charged $400 for. I later found out that I could've had a third party install an 18" mask for $270 instead of the $400 I was charged for a 12" mask. Shortly after we brought the car home we discovered that the clear mask was peeling up around the mirrors and on the drivers side fender. I returned to Fisher and had the problem areas repaired. I inspected the fixed areas and everything looked good other that a few bubble, which I was told was normal and that they would go away. Two hours after returning home we noticed that the mirrors and the fender would peeling up even more than before. I called the service center and asked for my money back on the clear mask so that I could have it done somewhere else. Since it was a Saturday I was told that I would have to wait until Monday to get an answer. After receiving no call on Monday I called the service center and was told that I wold receive a call from Craig Fisher, the owner. He didn't return my call until Tuesday. He said that he would only refund half of the money, $200. When I told him I wanted a full refund he refused and said "this stuff just doesn't peel off." He stated that many times. When I asked him if he was calling me a liar he said "if that's the way you want to take it." Eventually, I was refunded the full $400. I wish the story stopped there. After receiving my refund I took my car to a local shop that I have used in the past. I again asked him to remove the problem areas. When the installer/owner peeled off the clear mask on the mirrors and fender he noticed that when the original clear mask was installed that they scratched my paint with a razor when cutting out the pattern.I immediately took the car back to Fisher. There I met with Scott C., the general sales manager. Scott down played our concerns and said that the scratches would just buff out, which he agreed to do at no charge. When I asked him what he would do if the scratches didn't come out, he refused to answer the question stating "that's not going to happen." He repeatedly told us us that we were making a big deal about of nothing and that "this is so minor it's not even funny." I took the car back on a Monday to have them buff out the scratches. Scott called me when it was done, and when I asked if everything looked good he said yes. When my wife and I pulled up we immediately started inspecting the car. Scott came outside as we were inspecting the vehicle and we told him that the scratches were still there. he told us that they would not do anything else until they spoke with the owner who is on vacation. He also said that since we took it to another place to repair the clear mask that they aren't sure if it was them who caused the damage. After, we got angry and I'll admit some choice words were used he threatened to call the police. It's people like Scott C. that make people distrust car salesmen. Since leaving we discovered two spots on the car that were made worse. It looked like the clear coat had been burned through on one fender and they completely removed paint from my bumper. We have filed a formal complaint with Honda and the Better Business Bureau.

    Thank you once again to your staff at Fisher Honda in Boulder, Colorado. Joyce A. was particularly helpful in getting me the information that I requested about getting struts replaced on my 2001 Accord. Dealing with a service manager who is very reliable is of utmost importance to me.

    I am a one-car owner and I need reliable transportation. I took my new CRV to Honda in 2002 and they are the caretakers of my car. The service is excellent, and I appreciate the use of Honda parts. Their website is impressive (I can schedule on line and I can be in touch with them at any time). Waiting for my car is no problem, there is a nice waiting area and the staff is professional and upbeat. No one touches my car but Fisher Honda and I know that the service history of the vehicle is complete and reliable should I ever decide to sell. I totally trust Honda Fisher to maintain my vehicle and to make timely and proper recommendations.
