    I recently had the pleasure of working with Ian Mangan on updating a lease on a new Outback. With Ian's responsive online and cell phone presence, I was able to take care of 98% of the business without having to come into the dealership which saved a lot of valuable time. He was able to effectively work with me on the new lease rate and trade-in value on the an earlier lease. Once I did come in for signatures, etc, he had me through the remainder of the process in less than 40 mins! Unheard of. To boot, Subaru made a surprising $250 donation to one of my favorite charities and presented me with two comp'ed season ski passes to Copper Mtn. All and all, a very positive experience. Thank you Ian Mangan and Flatirons Subaru!

    I've been looking for a new car for a while and needed something that would work well in the winter so I went to Flatirons Subaru and bought a certified used car with Ian Mangan. Love the car and Ian was great! Got the extra warranty to 100,000 miles for the same monthly payment and Ian even stayed after to show me how all the technology worked on the new car! I highly recommend Ian and Flatirons Subaru.

    Three cars and countless scheduled services at Flatirons Subaru and never a problem. Just straight answers and never any pressure. The service department is fantastic and Ryan Nuckles is the star. Love that guy. Always very clear about what my car needs and what it can do without until the next service. 130,000 miles and still drives like it was brand new all due to Ryan Nuckles and the Flatirons service department.

    Worked with Scott Crouch, Dave Denu and Bill Kidd. The team at this dealership is very solid, very knowledgeable and very trustworthy. This was my first new car purchase and I could not have lucked out with the overall experience I received at Flatirons Subaru. Being a younger female it is always intimidating going to dealerships and after hearing horror stories I was nervous to go in by myself. Needless to say I felt that all of the gentlemen I worked with are very professional and they made the entire buying process seamless. Bill Kidd sat with me and reviewed all of the functionality and abilities of my 2016 Subaru Forester 2.0 XT Premium and left me feeling confident and excited about my new purchase. Thank you Flatirons Subaru for a 5 star experience!!!

    Purchased a used Subaru Forester (2013) from Flatirons Subaru. Jon Eric Ferguson was the sales person who helped me through the process of purchasing the Forester from my entering the sales floor to the final paper work. Jon was most professional in answering all my questions about the Forester. I would recommend Jon and Flatirons Subaru to both friends and family who are in the market for a new or used car.

    I was searching the web for a new car because buying one in person was daunting. After a ton of research it came down to Subaru or Toyota. Fuel economy and expert AWD won the battle, not to mention the day I bought my car it snowed! Jeremy Pilon is the online salesman at Flatirons, when I inquired about their inventory he reached out to me. Jeremy stayed at the dealership late, made me feel like a regular human(not just a bag of money) and was super helpful. I actually believe I could call him about anything on the car and he would help me get it sorted, makes me feel really good about spending a ton of money on a new car. Love my new Outback!

    Was trying to reach 200,000 miles with my old car, and didn't quite make it. Jon Eric Ferguson helped me decide on and purchase a 2016 Forester. He was friendly and patient through my many questions. I love my new car.

    Mark Berger helped me choose, purchase and set up a 2015 Subaru Forester. I went shopping before they even came out, but he knew the inventory coming in. I got the first silver XT Premium. I'm very happy with it. Mark did everything he said he would, including after-the-sale follow-up.

    We purchased a new Crosstrek a week ago and were impressed by the quality of the service that we received from Ian Mangan at Flatirons Subaru. His service was flawless. We arrived at 1 pm and left the place with a new Subaru by 4 pm. A++++

    My wife and I bought a new 2016 Subaru Legacy at Flatirons Acura and Subaru (FSA) last week. Bill Kidd, our sales consultant, made the purchase process easy and convenient. After first testing the Legacy, my wife--the prospective primary driver--liked it, but wasn’t yet ready to buy it. Bill kept in touch, and when we went in to purchase it a few months later, he knew exactly what we wanted I had already communicated repeatedly with two other area Subaru dealers, and determined the best discounts they were willing to give us. Bill and FSA met or exceeded those deals, while making sure the purchase process was quick, easy, and pleasant. We bought exactly the vehicle my wife wanted in the exterior and interior color combination she wanted. The whole deal including a test drive, negotiating the new car price, negotiating our trade-in value, and financing the vehicle took less than 4 hours. Since the new Legacy was just off the truck and covered with the white protective sheets, this included pre-delivery inspection and preparation. Bill walked us through the entire process while making sure our needs were met. Kerrie Bowen, FSA’s finance manager, also deserves a mention. She made obtaining great financing quick , while makings sure we understood every detail. I have always bought new cars for decades, and this was among the easiest new car purchases ever.

    Mark is wonderful. I have never had a car salesperson spend so much time with me, to show me how to drive the car and feel completely safe and comfortable driving off the sales lot. Mark was friendly and warm through the whole sales process. I would be happy to work with him again! And ... I love my Outback! :) :) :)

    I bought a car from this dealer a few months ago. If anything went wrong it was immediately fixed. The entire process was quick and painless. I would recommend to a others looking to purchase a new car.

    I have had my 2015 WRX serviced at this dealership twice. A painless experience each time aside from the deep scratches left on the lower driver-side of the car (visible from outside when door is closed) due to stepping on the paint with grit on shoes. Who steps on new paint period! On the first oil change a tech attempted to buff the scratches out. Some came out and others were too deep. I was given a free oil change. There was some run around and talk of body-shop which changed to a paint touch-up guy. I got the sense they were trying to save money. I decided to let it go, they tried after all. Second oil change comes around and I notice the tech get out of the car and stare at the same area for a good 20 seconds before delivering the keys to the woman handling the paperwork. Nothing was said. Upon inspection I noticed numerous things: heavy sliding footprints on the car paint which lead to more drawn out scratches, car oil/maintenance notification was not reset, pink marker was still on wind shield. I don't think the car was scratched on purpose. The general picture looked like a lack of attention to detail to me. Maybe someone was tired, having a bad day, or maybe their was a lot of pressure to service numerous cars. Regardless, two times in a row was enough for me. I didn't even bother mentioning it the second time and doing all the run around. Rather, I decided at that moment to get the car serviced elsewhere.

    I arrived for my appointment 15 minutes ahead of time. The service rep in the parking lot, whom I never met before, called me by name and welcomed me. I then went inside and met with Jessica Everett. Ms Everett was professional and very knowledgeable about the make and model of my Subaru vehicle. She knew vehicle maintenance spec's and advised me about about repairs and upkeep. Thank you. I will continue to use Flatirons Subaru for all my vehicle needs.

    I recently purchased a Subaru Forrester from David Human at Flatirons Subaru, Boulder, Colorado. I was very pleased with the entire transaction. Initially I visited the dealership to learn more about this car, met David at that time, and then made the actual purchase a few days ago. David was excellent throughout the entire process, never pushy, always straight- forward in his recommendations and explanations, patient and helpful, and he got a very good price for me. His many years of experience selling cars, and his enthusiasm for owning them, made the whole experience not only very positive but also fun. I would very much like to recommend David to anyone.

    Kristen Miller has been my customer rep for the last two service appointments at Flatirons Subaru. In a day and age where good customer service is a rare find, Kristen has gone above and beyond good. Her attempts to resolve a currently unresolved issue with our 2012 Subaru Outback wagon have been stellar. Truly. Now, if we can only get the darn problem fixed.
