    Had the chance to work with Jeremy P. at Flatirons. I wanted a very particular car which happened to be a color and package that was nowhere to be found. He found it and got it for me. When I went in to pick it up, everything was quick and easy and he was very quick to respond to my emails throughout. Great experience overall!

    Me: first time car buyer, looking for a good deal on a nice, used Subaru, and stumbled across Flatirons and it was the best "find" I've ever had! I worked with Bill Kidd, who was very nice, understanding and knowledgeable. He never talked down to me and was willing to work with me to make sure I was totally comfortable with the whole process. I felt no pressure at any time in the whole car buying experience. I told him what I was looking for in a car and the price range I was willing to pay, and he got me outta there with exactly what I wanted. Granted, I think I definitely was in the right place at the right time, as they had just gotten in a real nice 2007 Outback with barely any miles on it the day before so since they hadn't even listed it yet and with it being the last day of the month, they were able to make me a deal I just couldn't refuse! I mean it was a steal. I was looking at other lower trim level Outbacks with twice as many miles on them for a couple grand more than what they were able to let this one go at! So, if you can't tell I am very happy with my purchase. I would recommend buying a new or used car from Flatirons to anyone.

    Just want to mention the outstanding service I received from Xavier G. and Shae H. at Flatirons Subaru. I flew into Colorado from New York to give my son who lives in Colorado a helping hand with some things. One of the reasons for the trip was to get him a vehicle. I visited a number of dealerships and then met Xavier & Shae at Flatirons. I found their willingness to address my inquiries in a competent, efficient and courteous manner refreshing in today's business world. But, just as important as being professional, they added a "human touch" to the discussion. It is not often that one encounters people such as Xavier & Shae who take considerable pride in representing their company. I cannot say enough good things about our interaction and would definitely see them again if the need arises to purchase a vehicle in Colorado.

    When we told a family friend that we were looking to buy a car, they referred us to Gerald Wessels at Flatirons Acura and we could not have had a better first time buying experience. He asked questions to figure out what exactly we were looking for and was mindful of our budget. We never felt pressured to purchase a vehicle right then and there, and he made it clear that he wanted us to be completely comfortable with the purchase more than anything else. The car has been fantastic and I would highly recommend going to see Gerald to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

    My purchase was a very good experience. My salesman, Doug Gorath, was very professional, very little presure. He worked hard to get us the deal we wanted. Have also had a good experience with the service dept. I would definitely do business with this dealership in the future and would specifically ask for Doug.

    I walked on the lot of Flatirons Imports and was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Gerald Wessels. I was really interested in the car on the lot and had many questions, after all it was my first car purchase by myself with no parental help. We looked over my credit and what price range my credit would allow me to purchase. Gerald walked me through every step of the process and continually asked if I did not understand anything he was going over to stop him and have him repeat things, which surely we went over somethings a few times. The process was very professional and helpful in every way. I enjoyed my experience at Flatirons Imports and would recommed them to any of my friends and family. Definetly go see Mr. Wessels he's excited and upbeat about his job as well as extremely informative about every vehicle on the lot. :)

    I had been negotiating tediously with other dealers over months. My credit union gave me Jeremy P.'s name so I called. He gave me a one-shot price that was better than I had been able to negotiate and I drove off in the Subaru I wanted that day. I appreciate that I didn't have to negotiate away stupid stuff I didn't want.

    I have bought two cars from Flatiron Imports - one in 2002 and one this year. I have had nothing but great exeperiences with this dealership, both in sales and service. Gerald Wessels gave a-one service during my most recent purchase. He took care of all my requests willingly and always very pleasantly. I would heartily recommend Flatirons Imports to anyone interested in buying a new or used car.

    No pressure sales, prompt response time, easy dealings, no additional financing pressure. Overall very satisfied with my experience and would recommend to others. I would also recommend using the internet sales option, very easy and time efficient. Jeremy P. is very helpful and fair.

    I can not say enough about the professionalism, attention to detail, and overall great personality of the salesperson I encountered at Flatirons. I read the review of the bad service the gentleman got over the phone and I could not disagree more when it came to Rodrigo. I bought a new MDX and found this to be the best car deal I have ever made (I average a car every 3years) and I rarely have a great experience. I have learned that actually making a call to the dealership over sending an email tends to result in better service, maybe this had something to do with it, but I doubt it as I received all information and documents in a very timely manner. Anyone reading this and is interested in giving Flatirons a chance should call and ask for Rodrigo, you will not be disappointed!

    My family & I were moving from Chicago to the Boulder area and were looking into leasing a new car. While visiting Colorado this past year we noticed quite a few Subaru vehicles and after doing some online research my wife & I decided to lease one. I contacted Flatirons Subaru via the internet and Paul S. responded to all my questions. Weekend prior to relocating we went to Flatirons to complete our transaction so when we move we would have a car ready. Paul was extremely friendly and helped us with the lease and explained everything. Thanks Paul for the excellent service you provided. We will recommend to our friends about Flatirons Subaru.

    I purchased a 2014 Forester 2.0 XT at Flatirons Subaru in Boulder,Co. Jon Eric's knowledge and assitance in this purchase was invaluable. I called him many times with many questions. He always returned all calls and answered all questions promptly, including setting up and explaining the bluetooth and navigation system to a novice like me. I love my new car!

    We purchased our first Subaru at Flatirons Subaru in2000, drove it 14 yrs and just bought a new one. We worked with Bill K. He was very knowledgable, helpful and not pushy at all. He made the car buying experience very pleasant. The service department has also been excellent these last 14 years. John G

    Was looking for a car for my wife. Visited a number of dealers to test drive cars. Chose a Subaru and started negotiations with Paul S. at Flatirons. He was great. We sent emails back and forth for four days getting all of the details straightened out, switching cars at the very end when I realized my wife wanted a different model, agreeing on a total price, and when we showed up at the dealer the car was sitting out front just waiting for us. Spent less than a half hour signing paperwork and getting briefed about the car's capabilities and then Paul spent another half hour with my wife running through all of the controls and even programmed her phone to work with the Bluetooth. We couldn't be happier (and we got a great deal).

    I worked over the internet and email with Jeremy P., he responded when I had questions and I was in out of the Flatirons in about an hour with keys in hand. I hate buying cars but he made it easy and the price was what I was looking for. Rick

    We worked with Paul S. at the Flatirons dealership and were quite happy with our purchase experience. None of the "car salesman" stereotype here. He was honest, upfront, and gave us the bottom line best price from the beginning. No haggling and the price still came in significantly lower than other dealerships. Also, no hidden fees...everything was explained upfront. He also got us our new car (since it was not in inventory) earlier than scheduled. The day we purchased and picked up the car, our saleman and all of the financing team were very pleasant and patient with us. Definitely recommend this dealership and specifically our salesman for those who want a pleasant experience, good price, and no hassle.

    This was our 2nd purchase from Flatirons Subaru. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Bill K. was exceptional; he listened to what we wanted and provided solid information, but didn't try to influence our decision. In the end, we got exactly the car that was right for us.

    Bill K. was very helpful and patient in helping me buy a new Subaru. He wasn't pushy at all and stayed late on two separate nights to help me out and to get me my car without having to wait until the next day. I brought a price quote from another dealer for a car that actually had fewer options installed but he matched the price anyway. It was a very good experience overall.
