Does anybody work here?
by Disappointed Marine on 07/19/2024I walk in the showroom and for 20 minutes walked around with no help in site. When help arrived the "salesman" and I use that term loosely since he didn't have a clue as to what he was selling. He said the car had a 1200 horsepower upgrade.… Seriously? I asked to sit in the car and the battery is dead. The door had to be opened using the spare key. I asked if I could see the motor and he said the battery is dead and couldn't open the engine compartment hatch. I asked the price and he quotes me a price 13000 dollars more than the website stated. He leaves to check with someone and says it was a typo. By then I am thinking bait and switch...this is where I leave.David and Luke are Amazing

Butttt let me tell you David and Luke went out of their way to make it happen. We have never been treated so well. They do not look… at you as just a number but they both actually care. I would highly recommend this dealership. They are amazing. And got us exactly what we wanted and fought for us every step of the way. Thank you so much.Awesome Service!

by Krash107 on 01/10/2018updated 01/16/2018I don't purchase vehicles very often. As a rule I hate car buying however Sam (a salesman) made it very easy and without pain. He didn't try any high pressure sales and answered all of my questions. What impressed me was when he didn't know… the answer he said he didn't know and would find out. That response give me more confidence. I didn't make this sale easy on him. When I got to see the vehicle I thought I wanted...I didn't. He was very patient and worked very hard to find the vehicle that would meet my needs. An added bonus is that they agreed to sell me an extended warranty beyond what the manufacturer allows. With all of the computerized options, and considering the kind of luck I have with cars, I wanted to make sure that if anything went wrong it would be their problem....not mine. They now offer additional protection that covers everything from changing oil to deterring car theft. This dealership appears to really care about keeping their customers happy. Trust me, if I'm not happy "everyone" will hear about it. To quote Dr Phil "When momma ain't happy, ain't nobody happy!" I expect to have a long and positive relationship with Medved.We're glad you had such a wonderful experience with us! Nicole Hammond and Scott Malone did their very best in working with our needs and negotiating the best, and… very fair, price. Very quick and smooth transaction by both. They even had our truck cleaned and fueled and on display at their inside garage for a final walk-around. Classy move. Don't go to Al Serra, they don't like customers. Go see Scott and Nicole at MedVed. You'll be glad you did. They've earned my future business.Horrible and untrust worthy
by castle1rock on 02/20/2016Do not trust them as they will sell you a car for more than it is worth. They tried to sell me a vehicle for more that the value after we agreed on a price. I spent 4 hours in the dealership for them to come back with a number almost $4000… over the list price. I asked them to explain this and they attempted to explain that it was tax, title, dock fees which were already outlined in another section.MedVed Chevy Castle Rock Co.
