I emailed with specific questions and much to my surprise instead of the rehearsed replies, Shannon gave me honest answers. Our correspondence… continued off and on until I returned home in March. Recently, they happened to have a Wrangler Unlimited with the color and options I wanted. Shannon put me in touch with Jack Reak, New Car Manager, and Ron Kanard, Sales Consultant. I was treated with nothing less than courtesy and respect throughout the entire negotiating process. Jack and Ron are extremely knowledgeable about the Mopar accessories I wanted in order to customize my Jeep. They made me feel like they truly wanted my business, not a 'take it or leave it' approach. I had to come multiple times because of time constraints. However, they were patient with my multiple visits, many… questions, and indecisiveness. I was very pleased with how quickly everything moved once I decided to buy a vehicle and the fairness of the trade-in value. When I said I wanted to test drive the next day he referred me to Mr. Dave Smith. They had the car ready for me to… test drive and encouraged me to take it to my mechanic. I did. It checked out flawlessly. I bought it. Mr. Kanard even followed me home w/ my old car to help me get it home. Never pushy, I felt like I purchased the car on my terms. The finance and Title folks made me feel like they knew me all my life. I'll be replacing my other car next year. Faricy will be my first dealership to check out.Excellent Service

I did my research online first and walked in knowing exactly what I wanted and what I didn't want. Kelly was our salesperson and she was awesome (and very patient). They… didn't have what we wanted in the lot so she did some research and were able to find one up in Wyoming. They had it driven down to us, they were able to keep the price within a few hundred dollars of what we expected and it was an overall enjoyable experience from start to finish. This was the first time I bought a new car and if I ever decide to get another Jeep, these guys will be getting my business again (and I live a couple hours north).Sebring

From vehicle selection… to driving off the lot, it took approximately 3.5hrs. My fastest car purchasing time line ever. Throughout the experience, Mr. Tom D. (sales rep) and Mr. Larry H. (used car manager) had been extremely flexible, understanding, and accomodating to my unique purchasing situation. Mr Dominguez was courteous, professional, and sincere throughout our buying experience and diligently worked to find a 2011 Grand Cherokee… within the sales region ultimately locating a Jeep in Glenwood Springs. After purchasing the Jeep, we had some difficulty syncing our phones with the car and brought it back to Faricy for help. Not only did Mr Dominguez help with syncing our phones, but he also gave a general overview of other settings in the vehicle. On top of that, he ran the Jeep through the car wash at the dealership before we left. In the past, buying a car and dealing with the salesman was an unpleasant ordeal, but I genuinely found my car buying experience at Faricy pleasant and hassle-free. I would strongly recommend Faricy as a dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle.Best Experience Ever!

Within hours I was on their lot being served by Marc and Nick. Wonderful service and the top quality of their vehicles sold me… instantly. The best part of this experience was that it was like non other I've had in my lifetime. I have purchased numerous vehicles from dealers in the past and the experiences have left me hesitant to do so again. That was until I met the team at Faricy Boys, I did not feel like a hard, high pressure sale but rather they answered all of my questions with ease, without being pushy, and really giving me time to make the best decision possible for my family. Once the decision was made to purchase the SUV I had been looking at, they let me take it home for the weekend to get a feel for it... something I had never been able to do before so I was really thankful for that... and so was my wife! Trust me guys, when you have a dealer that allows you to test drive a vehicle for the whole weekend, it really brings comfort to your wife and allows time to make a good decision and not a spontaneous one. Overall, I am very impressed with the service, kindness, and professionalism at the Faricy Boys and I look forward to my next experience with them... they are my car buying headquarters for life now!Very Pleased

Thanks to the team of Tom Dominguez, Steve Bartlett, and Nick Kameno, I am now driving a nice, fuel friendly Chrysler 200M. This… fantastic car seemed more of an unattainable goal than a possible reality; however, the Faricy team rapidly changed that perception and allowed me to drive away in this sleek vehicle. by danvaccaro on 06/06/2012updated 04/12/2025The vehicles speak for themselves...the service, sale and service after the sale is where reputations are made or broken. My experience is purchasing a new vehicle for my wife was outrageous; first they low balled me on the trade-in, then… magically came back and offered me what I wanted for it($3,500 more than original offer). I can assume they called and got the pay off amount then came in slightly above that; which is insulting. Then I specifically ask the salesman, "This number here, does this include, price of vehicle, tax, title, license", He promptly replies, "yes." Then came back with a number $1,400 higher; this after we had spoke with our bank and were approved for the amount originally discussed, which meant more time on phone with he bank getting another review. The process took entirely too long as well, nearly 3 hours after coming to a deal on the vehicle to finish all paperwork. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Horrible customer service; the only reason we stayed was because they were the only dealership that had the vehicle my wife wanted and they were required to abide by the USAA pricing guide.Best Dealership in Colorado

by rainad on 09/29/2011updated 04/12/2025I was dreading the new car shopping experience after my vehicle was totaled. We stopped by The Faricy Boys first. The second vehicle (2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport) I drove I fell in love with. Not wanting to rush into a NEW car… purchase, we told our sales associate,Tom Dominguez, that we needed to look around a little bit. After more research we found that The Faricy Boys had the best price for what we were looking for, NO HAGGLING necessary. We went back and were given some numbers to look at. Again, we had to "think" about it....Tom was more than understanding and did not pressure us, or play the car dealership game by making us talk to his manager. For the third time, we returned to The Faricy Boys for the actual purchase. We went in with our own financing, but Nick Kameno (the finance manager) got us an even lower rate! The entire staff was amazing to work with, we have no buyers regret, it was completely our decision with no pressure! Once the paperwork was completed, Tom went through the vehicle and demonstrated all of the features. I feel completely comfortable to call Tom or the service department for any issues I might have in the future! I HIGHLY recommend buying a vehicle here!
