    I was very disappointed in the service. The service advisor was so rude and argumentative that her coworker had to escort her out of the office I was sitting in with another service advisor.

    Murray BMW always performs work efficiently and returns the vehicle freshly cleaned. Staff is friendly as well. $135 charge just to hook car up for the diagnostic test is a bit much. As is the $48 "Hazardous disposal fee they charge even if you dont have any hazardous materials to dispose of" is also a bit over the top. It is BMW so I guess one would have to expect such.

    I dealt with the used sales car team with Murray BMW of Denver. John, Jay-D, and all of the staff over there were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were honest, upfront, and kept me informed at all times. They listened to my needs and did the things that they could do with in their power to meet those. This is my second time buying a used car and I would definitely return back to Murray BMW of Denver to buy other used cars. You won't go wrong with using these guys for your next used car purchase.

    Barbara, the service manager, was outstanding. Went out of her way. Just moved to CO and broke down an hour away. Best service I have ever experienced from any BMW dealership.

    I bought my BMW in GA and have had some rough times dealing with the dealership there. It was refreshing to be treated so well by the staff at Murray BMW. I showed up without an appointment, and was expecting to schedule an visit. Instead I was given a loaner vehicle, and my services were done early to accommodate for my schedule. I then left my garage clicker in the loaner vehicle, which would prevent me from entering my apartment complex. They helped me by finding it, which seems like a common sense business process, but you would be surprised at how difficult other dealerships make something so simple.I really appreciated the care I was given.

    Took car down cause I was locked out of my car and battery was dead so needed to get it open. Found out nothing wrong with the fob just a bad key and after I paid $700 for a new fob they didn't even return the other one that was working??? Also while car was there got hail damage had to find out myself as normally they wash the car for you but this time around they didn't and gave me a voucher so when I washed my car the next day later found all the hail damage they couldn't even tell me about. Which I understand I have insurance and it is a act of nature but could have been told.... When they replace the key fob they did not even set the car back to original setting so now I don't have comfort access which they tried to say its additional service time wasn't in the quote but had the function?? I had and this guy Javier Carrion that I have been calling daily and e-mailing daily will not return my call or e-mail go figure.... So after a 1k repair $500 deductible for insurance time it was in the shop getting the dents pulled and still don't have the comfort access this place is a joke stay as far away as possible.... They only want your money and if its not right they will not contact you back will make you deal with the situation.

    My wife and recently purchased a new X3 and with it came a whole new realm of technology that seemed quite daunting at first. Thanks to Mariah and the BMW Genius program our trepidations were put at ease. Mariah took as much time as needed to insure that we were most comfortable with the new technology and operation. After answering our many questions and showing us how the new features of the X3 work, we knew we bought the right car at the right place! Thank you Mariah and thank you Murray BMW of Denver for having such a great employee on your staff.

    I am satisfied and happy that I bought my new BMW at Murray BMW. Great staff and an easy process. My BMW has the technology package and I had to sit down with the technology specialist, her name is Mariah. Mariah went through each step and explained in detail. Very professionally done on her part. I would definitely recommend Murray BMW.

    Mariah was such a big help to me in getting to know my new BMW X3. She was patient and well-informed. I would recommend anyone purchasing a BMW at Murray to take the time for the GENIUS experience in order to better enjoy your new BMW.

    I've always used Murray Motors for service with all of my BMW cars. Recently I purchased a BMW from a Landrover dealer but of course they weren't well versed in my model or year. I called Murray Motors and they had a wonderful girl named Mariah help me. She was able to help me over the phone to get my Bluetooth hooked up. She even went so far as to have me come to the dealer so she could go through the product delivery of my car. Even though it was a ore owned vehicle and I didn't purchase from Murray they were more than happy to, and very capable of acquainting me with MY new vehicle. Thank you Mariah and Murray motors. Great job!

    Overall great experience buying a car, and way better than Schomp. Schomp hadsigns saying one person/one hour/one price, but it was 90 minutes and 5 people to even test drive and then the "one price" was comical. Eddie was my initial CA and was great, low pressure. Went on a month vacation and handed me to Arsen. We did all negotiation by email (which I highly suggest) and I got a very fair price, especially for the Denver market. Finance went very smooth and no one tried to upsell anything (other than presenting what they offer). Genius appointment with Donna Holmgren was great. She explained things I had no idea where there, and genuinely seemed in love with BMWs and my car.

    I just bought my second BMW from Murray and they always treat me right, from the start of the sales process, no high pressure, just a professional way to sell a BMW. Murray had exactly what I wanted in stock and got a good deal on the vehicle along with a fair price on my trade. The entire process from start to finish is always flawless. After the sale there is a program called BMW Encore. With this being my second BMW from Murray and third overall, I was familiar with most of the features. Donna Holmgren was very helpful in showing me features I did not know about. I will be beck next year to buy my wife a new BMW. Thanks again!

    From the initial e-sales contact to the sales and finance process, my experience at Murray BMW was professional, simple and enjoyable. Perhaps the most notable component of the experience was the subsequent follow up by Mariah Hittle, the BMW Genius at Murray. She took her time and was very thorough in covering and explaining the features and technology that my 328 includes. I will most certainly look to this dealership for my future purchases.

    From beginning to end and continuing my purchase of a new BMW from Murray Motors in Denver was a very easy hasel free experience. The sales advisor Mark Sanders was knowledgeable, efficient and a real gentleman. Jason Harrison , the finance manager, also was also very helpful in guiding me through the closing process. After delivery of my new BMW I was introduced to one of the BMW Genius's Donna Holgrem. She sat next to me in the car and explained all of the many features and options. She is like a living operators manual and pointed out many short cuts and convenient ways to do things. In my second session with Donna I was able to fully understand the many features and electronic modes. She did a wonderful job and helped me a great deal.. A great team,. I highly recommend Murray motors to any one looking to buy a new BMW.

    The purchasing experience at Murray BMW was straight forward and done on my terms. I would purchase from them again. After the purchase I was assigned a BMW Genius, Mariah Hittle, that explained all of the cars features and electronics. I found this to be very helpful in learning all the car was capable of. I had never had that experience at a dealership before and it was very enjoyable and informative.

    Big kudos to Jon Lou, my sales representative, and Mariah Hittle, my BMW Genius for making my experience purchasing a pre-owned car at Murray truly exceptional. Car buying for me has always been a stressful experience, but Jon made it easy and enjoyable with a low pressure, information-based presentation of the vehicles I was considering. Mariah took it from there and in a non-techy way patiently helped me understand all the technology my car offered. I would highly recommend this dealership, and these 2 representatives in particular, to anyone considering a BMW purchase.
