Great service!

They approach you when you first drive in---which is nice because you're never quite sure who to speak to, where to go etc. I would also like to add that in early August I drove from Denver to Spirit… Lake, IA. I stayed in Lincoln, NE overnite. My "check tire light" came on shortly before that. It was so great that the VW icon popped up on my display to inform me that a dealer was only a few blocks from my hotel. So the next AM I drove over and they adjusted the pressure---so accomodating! and actually washed my car before I began my second day of traveling. No charge for anything. You're the BEST! Nice to have my first VW.Excellent Dealership and Sales Staff

The service guys, seeing it was relatively minor, fixed it and sent my on my way. When I asked… how much I needed to pay, they said "don't worry about it". I remembered this 6 years later and went to emich to lease my tiguan.Emich is the best!!

by DrChic on 09/19/2014All of the people I interacted with at the dealership were friendly and professional, and I never felt that I was being "worked" as a customer or was on the receiving end of the kinds of weird games that some car sales people play. I've… looked at, test driven, and talked numbers on several cars recently, and my experience at Emich was head and shoulders above my experience at every other car place. Patrick was particularly solicitous, and worked with us to get into the car we wanted on the terms we needed. We had several questions about the car itself, as well as the terms of the deal, and Patrick worked very hard to make sure that we had all of the information we needed and that we were satisfied with our experience. I would definitely buy a car here again, and I would definitely recommend this dealership to others on the automobile market.2012 VW GTI

Honestly, I would say he was one of the main reasons I bought from Emich and not one of their competitors. I also felt very taken care of in terms of negotiating the… financial aspects to what was the best fit for me. I knew I wanted to work with your dealership and I knew the make of vehicle I wanted; however, this was my first visit in to gather details more so than anything else and I wasn't planning on purchasing for another month or so. As a motorsports fan I love that the dealer where i choose to spend my money supports motorsports, especially the brand they sell.Smallest lot - largest inventory

The thoughts and words keep flowing; I could simply write on forever. I have bought four cars (a pre-owned BMW and three… Volkswagens) from the enthusiasts at Emich in the past 2 1/2 years. Each and every experience has FAR exceeded my expectations. Working with Dave G, Dave M, Chris C, TJ W, Dario A and Derek P has been something beyond a pleasure. They all have gone well out of their way for me, working through what certainly have been some unusual situations. Given the circumstances, a dealership could just as easily have shied away from my business or declined to even make an offer. Instead, they went even farther beyond the expected, accommodating my every need, every time. Referrals are easy to make in this business, and good experiences come at a dime a dozen. Seldom, though, does a dealership so far exceed your expectations that you are inclined to tell everyone you know. Rarely would one be inclined to purchase a competitor's vehicle instead of one from the brand you have been working with for several years. This is simply how amazing they all have been. I have worked with nearly every advisor on the drive, and can sum up my experiences in the following: This is the most professional, courteous, and enthusiastic… operation I have simply ever come across. From my very first visit in my CPO 2006 Touareg to my 2008 Passat to my currently-owned 2010 CC, the service that I receive is always top-notch and consistent. Having worked for luxury auto brands for several years, I have a good idea of what great customer service should be. Not only is this attitude matched and exemplified each and every time I visit, but it in fact far exceeds even my highest expectations. Great job, Emich VW. by treep on 03/07/2010We had visited lots of dealerships prior to Emich. We had even visited another Volkswagen dealer but they did not have any Tiguans. I really appreciated the low-pressure process and asking our permission before each step versus trying… everything to get us to "talk numbers". There was no bashing of other dealers or car brands. We worked with two sales people (Bahador and TJ). Bahador was new and TJ helped him and us with utmost courtesy. It was refreshing (literally) not to have a lot of salespeople hovering around smoking. This made the dealership seem more professional and upscale. This was our first Volkwagen purchase. We've been loyal Honda/Acura owners for about twenty years (with one Toyota thrown in). So far, I really enjoy the Volkswagen! I'm glad that we drove the extra distance from Thornton to your dealership. I will visit Emich for maintenance vs the VW dealer closer to our house.
