He always returns my calls and is truthful, if he doesn't know something he says so… and then finds the answer. I won't go any place else no matter how convenient the "other place" is. Also, the service receptionist always remembers me...yea!Excellent Place to Buy a New VW

Although I love Volkswagens, I did check out the competition was and less than impressed. Many of the… "comparable" vehicles didn't come close to matching the quality I expect and every single salesman started his pitch by asking what color I liked best. Doug McGuirk's first question for me WASN'T what color car I wanted! I know many women aren't car savvy, but Doug listened to what I really wanted and needed out of a car. He knew I was there for the Jetta Sport and wanted something for commuting that I could have fun with on the weekends. He was able to answer all of my questions and was extremely knowledgeable about the Volkswagens he sells. I really appreciated the fact that I was buying a Volkswagen from another enthusiast, not just a salesman. His laid back demeanor and helpful attitude made him a pleasure to work with!Friendly service
