Transmission Mount Replacement
by Crash on 01/16/2020I was in for service because my Jeep Wrangler was idling rough when in reverse. They found that my transmission mount was bad (warped). They provided an Uber and they performed an airbag recall repair as well. Overall it went great. Bad experience

They over charged me on the taxes which created a huge delay in getting my plates from motor vehicle 3. The salesman promised me a full… tank of gas if I left a good review which I never received 4. First Oil Change on Jeep, oil leaking all over my driveway
by JonH on 10/06/2019I took my new Jeep in for its first oil change yesterday. I go out to dinner and an pulling back into the drive way and notice oil has been leaking all over the drive way. Of course, they are closed today and therefore cannot correct the… problem. Its leaked even more since then. Also normally when i got to a place to have my vehicle serviced if they have some recommended services they go over them with me before i leave. Nope, not this place they send me a random email stating my air filter needs to be changed, my brake oil is discolored, and the brakes need work. No mention of it when I am there. So I pop the hood open at home and there is a screw missing from the cover for the filter also. I never been in there, this has been the only time its been serviced, so they lost this too and didn't mention it. Lastly, the sun visor on the passenger side fell off when my daughter moved it to block the sun. I brought this up when I was there and was reassured this would be order and covered under warranty. The email I received mentioned a cost for the visor and said it was pending approval. I can't express how annoyed and disappointed I am with this service center and I have only been there the once.......I can't imagine what others that use then on a normal basis experience or how they stay in business.Jon, thank you for taking the time to bring this to my attention. Great experience buying, bad time with follow up
by J_Rod on 09/04/2019I was in a car accident and this dealership was able to help me purchase a new vehicle quickly and easily, however, when it came to getting my vehicle registered I was told I would be provided with an emissions test coupon and given the run… around in multiple voicemail boxes for 2 days before somebody thought to mention that they don't do emissions test coupon any anymore nor do they provide an alternative. Very disappointed with that lack of information when I called the first 10 times and could have gotten other plans in place much sooner.Hello, thank you for coming to see us.
