I had a 100+ questions as i had not purchased a new car in many years. I was… searching for just the right car for my wife, and they listened to what I wanted, and did not push what they had in stock. Their online chat service was pretty good too, if I had a question I forgot to ask, I asked the chat and it went to the rep and they called me back. I believe they were very open and honest about prices as well, I called some other dealers but they wanted to set appointments 1st in their place, and then they would answer my questions. My time is valuable and I appreciate that they worked with me to get my wife her new red car.Personalized sales experience

by Barbara on 09/23/2022I have always dreaded car buying. I was desperate to buy a car after an accident and visited Planet Hyundai , on a Friday, just to ask questions. Logan greeted me and answered all of my questions and explained what was happening with car… production and deliveries ( pandemic related). I felt no pressure and left to have a few days to shop around and make decisions. I called Logan on Monday and said that I was ready to talk seriously about a purchase. We scheduled a time that was convenient for me and I met with him later that day. I had more questions and spent time deciding between two cars. Again, there was no pressure or a feeling of being rushed. Logan gave me time and space to think, while he did other things, coming back to check on me periodically. The whole process felt very good!Excellent Sales and Financing Staff

I wanted to take some time to think after a test drive and he checked in a few times afterwards - I never felt harangued or pressured to buy, just welcome to keep Planet Hyundai in consideration. I ended… up buying that first test drive car and I’m very happy with my new Elantra. The finance office was great too - I had a lot of questions and John answered every one of them with the patience of a saint. Overall a great experience. Prices were clear, and priced much lower than many, if not all other dealerships (given the high market prices). Jaison addressed… my questions, and made it smooth and easy during the initial stages of the sales process. I was frustrated at looking at on-line inventories only to find out when I got there that the car will be there “tomorrow”…only tomorrow is another… day, and another day. I’m happy to report Planet was not that way. They actually had what they said they had and they made the new car buying process easy for my family. Our sales person was friendly and helpful and the financing was a snap.Well Done
