by Dan on 09/24/2021The sales team at Planet Hyundai was great. Our sales person was very chill, not pushy and spent a lot of time after we purchased the car to walk us through all the features. He also provided clear and quick communication. When there was an… issue with an accessory not arriving on time he drove it to us to drop it off. Based on current market conditions, the price was fair and there were no hidden fees. While the sales teams deserves five stars and I don’t want to ding their rating for another department’s actions, I would recommend getting outside financing. The interest rate offered was good, but the financing manager was extremely pushy on adding extra warranties. Though we had decided ahead of time not to purchase extra warranties, we wanted to be respectful and hear them out. When we declined extra coverage the person continued to push. When we declined again the person began to speak to us as if we didn’t understand what they were saying. We calmly explained that adding the additional money to the overall cost did not fit with our personal financial goals and the person still pushed back, trying to explain how it wouldn’t be bad with the low interest rate we received. I studied finance and didn’t need the explanation of basic financial concepts, of course I was respectful and did not say that. Finally they relented, we signed the paperwork, said thank you and got out as quick possible. I understand that part of their job is to sell the extra warranties, but after politely declining I do not need to be spoken down to. In short, sales team great. Finance department not.Affordable

The no haggle… pricing was very fair for this market an their service dept made this older model shine like new. Troy was very helpful and answered All my questions in a timely manner. All of the people who work here are… low pressure and a pleasure to to work with. They even stayed open late so I could get the car that night since I was going on vacation the next day. I would gladly shop here again.
