Love that CX-5 Grand Touring

It has a lower price point and nearly all of the same things my X1 had. Only criticism is that the front passenger seat… isn't electric. Weird. Otherwise a great car.Check up

They performed all promised service and were finished earlier than promised. Picking up the vehicle and… returning the rental took less than 10 minutes. I couldn't have asked for better service. The service personnel were pleasant and friendly, both at drop-off and pick-up.Oil Change Appointment.

Couldn't bring it home that day because they wanted to make sure the car sound for us. After 5 days of waiting they offer… to deliver it to us. It was here when I for hone from work. by mebcaux on 03/23/2015The staff, especially Jamie (who is always unfailingly friendly and charming and a real asset to your firm), was warm and welcoming. The recall repair was completed on time, and I was immediately notified my car was available for pick-up. I… also very much appreciated that they washed my Mazdaspeed 6 free of charge, a courtesy they often extend. I should note, however, that I was initially informed by Mazda corporate customer service that no parts were yet available to complete the recall repair on the Takata driver's side airbag. Only when I complained that they would consequently have to provide me with a replacement vehicle until the repair was completed (as I was not about to risk driving a car that might fling shrapnel that could sever my carotid in even a low-energy impact while Mazda's lawyers and Takata's lawyers negotiate who will pay for the parts), which they refused to do, and I told them this is completely unacceptable, did they relent. The next day, corporate called to inform the repair would be performed immediately. They also called the dealer and told them to contact me to arrange the repair. Mazda should be absorbing the cost of replacing the defective parts, and work out Takata's liability afterward. Once the recall notice goes out, which represents virtually conclusive proof in the eyes of a jury that the vehicle is dangerously defective, Mazda will not be able to escape liability. Overall, I am impressed that Mazda did not continue stonewalling for long, once they realized I am a good customer they did not want to p--- off, or might otherwise be a bee in their bonnet. In this respect, they are to be commended, though I wish they had been willing to do the right thing from the get-go. ,The staff, especially Jamie (who is always unfailingly friendly and charming and a real asset to your firm), was warm and welcoming.
