    To be frank, I’ve purchased luxury cars for the last 25 yrs, everything, Ferrari’s, Maserati’s, Range Rovers and beyond. But, I’ve never experienced a stronger, more competent staff then I did at Mercedes Benz of Littleton. Everyone accross the board was tops. I had an “Ok” experience the last few times buying my Range Rover and recent Maserati and just excepted that “OK” experience as the new normal. Not anymore, Mercedes Benz of Littleton has raised the bar with their efforts. Not only was Stephen in Sales great and very courteous but even up to the GM who personally came out to shake my hand, welcome me to the family and sincerely said thank you.     Recently purchased a GLS 450 from Mercedes of Littleton and Jennifer was our sales consultant . She went out of her way to get make the process quick and stress free. Answered all our questions and went thru the car very thoroughly.

    I have received great support on 15 May from Service Advisor Rory Christopher who helped me to become a new customer of BB Littleton regarding the maintenance of my 2013 Itasca Navion (MB Sprinter Based). In addition Rory was able to arrange a repair of my broken turn signal lens in my mirror. I am going to explore the USA with my Navion in July/Aug 2018 as well April/Aug 2019 (in the foot steps of John Steinbeck, Travels with Charley) and look forward to have my RV maintained by MB in Littleton.     I purchased a Sprinter Van all the way from California at Littleton Mercedes. I dd so because Conn worked with me to find the right fit, was patient and allowed me to ask way to many questions. He also understood and accommodated my need for a quick delivery once I got there, we had a 16 hour drive home and wanted to get home! His follow up was appreciated and the van has exceeded our expectations thus far. I would not hesitate to recommend Conn to friends and family...it was a great experience.

    We were shopping for a used vehicle, with a trade-in of our own. On our way to a different dealership we stopped in to Mercedes Littleton to take a peak. We were greeted by Mathew Tyler, who was very personable and knowledgeable. Matt made the whole process very simple and straightforward. We have purchased a few cars and can honestly say Matt didn’t seem like a “salesman”... it felt as if we were just taking a day to test drive different vehicles around town for fun. At no point did we feel obligated or pressured to make a decision, which in the end made the buying process much easier and more enjoyable.

    Cody did a fantastic job, having the vehicle ready on arrival. Clean, up front and ready to test drive. He presented a few options on pricing, financing and coordinating the deal with the turning in of a leased vehicle and buying a used Tacoma. The whole deal took about 2 hours, it went smooth and efficient and the entire staff was pleasant, respectful, helpful and positive. Great experience! They cleared the lease with no issues. Credit did a their were quickly and efficiently with a great interest rate and explained the additional warranty and protection packages throughly and not pushy. The receptionist was very pleasant and gave me a nice bag to clear out my belongings in the returned leased car.-

    This was my 3rd consecutive lease with MB of Littleton. My sales contact was Jennifer Barginda. As this is my third Mercedes I believe that the cars speak for themselves - they are always "the best or nothing" and you can confirm this simply by heading to the dealership and driving one. With that said, Mercedes Benz of Littleton has earned and continues to earn my business because of the PEOPLE (both sales and service) I have the pleasure of working with throughout my car ownership. This was my first lease with Jennifer and in the end if I could give her 6 stars I would!! She would probably tell you that I am a rather particular and detail oriented buyer and I will tell you that Jennifer was beyond amazing at keeping track of all of my questions and requests and addressed everything promptly. Once the decision was made as to which car I would lease, Jennifer skillfully and efficiently oversaw every moving part from getting me through the finance department to getting my car detailed and delivered. MB of Littleton will continue to earn my business because they have a fun and pleasant sales experience that has never involved cheesy or high pressure sales games. I'm sure all of the sales people are wonderful, but I would recommend asking for Jennifer Barginda for a car buying experience you will want to have with every car in your future.

    Tom was a wonderful salesman, from start to finish he took care of us. Tom showed us features on every car we test drove and on the car that we purchased. The whole Mercedes team treated us like family - Zander was amazing!! We will come back again and again.

    First off, I'd like to say the 2 salesman I dealt with were amazing. No high pressure, a relaxed atmosphere, and very professional. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with our new GLS550. When we went in we were treated very well, and felt very comfortable. I was a little apprehensive about purchasing a Mercedes to begin with, because we aren't used to buying cars of this caliper and are not the super wealthy type. After making negotiations on a price that we felt somewhat comfortable with however, we were introduced to the finance manager. This is when things got a little scary. She began to attempt to add on over $10,000 in extras that I assumed would have been complimentary given the price of the car, such as oil changes, glass coverage, tire coverage, etc., etc., etc. If the car is a lease deal, and I have auto ins., why would I purchase glass coverage? I feel like these items should have been explained before we met the finance manager. She also came off very strong when I said " I don't want any of these add ons" when she said " Oh you mean your going to change the oil yourself? Looking at me down her nose. What a terrible experience in her office. All in all, if I were to by another Mercedes, I will be a whole lot more educated as to how I will negotiate the price next time, because once you sign on the dotted line, they're not going to change anything for you. Kyle our salesperson was very apologetic over the whole situation, and we do appreciate that.

    I want to express my appreciation to Rory, Sprinter Service Consultant. I have a 2104 Sprinter 3500 RV. I owned it for 3 years with very little mileage. I need to use it a lot this summer. He recommended the needed services due to time elapsed and have my Sprinter serviced and delivered as promised.

    Service writer was great. Work was finished in less time than quoted. Price was 18% higher than other quotes. My secretary picked MB of Lttn because of convenience. It would be nice to see your prices more in line with your competitors. I would be more inclined to come to you more often
