So Happy!!

I was honestly just shopping around to see what every dealership had to say and what they were offering. I wanted a Kia the most thou. I've bought cars before and my… Mother worked for a car dealership my whole life so I was ready to deal with an arrogant jerk that just cared about the sale and his commissions check. We pulled up and was immediately greeted by Marc. I was completely honest with him about my situation and he was still interested in taking on our sale. The entire time, the whole 5 hours, he was patient and had a great attitude. In the end Marc got us the best deal and didn't just give up on us. He also made this LONG process very interesting to say the least. He has a very funny personality and great witty come backs. If you have ever bought a car you know how stressful it is and Marc made it a lot of fun and kept us laughing. I am in sales so its not very often I meet someone that blows me away lol usually I can pick up on their sales techniques and lies. But Marc was literally all about getting me in the car I wanted and honestly didn't care if it wasn't a big sale for him, he just wanted to send me away not in my old car and happy. I am very satisfied with my experience to the point Marc may have changed my outlook on car sales men. If you are thinking of going to Peak Kia in Littleton I HIGHLY recommend Marc Messier.No high pressure

by eaglerider40 on 06/14/2015I had a great experience at this dealership. My salesman was Marc Messier, he was very knowledgeable, courteous and great with time management. I told him I was only here to look at the car's I wasn't planning on buying anything today… (which I told two other salesman who both walked away after that) but Marc didn't walk away. He probed to find out if I was looking to do something soon or if I was just looking around, at no time did I feel pressured. I explained that I was thinking of doing a lease and explained my situation, however I wasn't planning on getting anything today. He got with his sales manager and explain what I was wanting and came back with suggestions. He toured me around the lot and explain how curtain cars would meet my needs and before I knew it I was getting the new car. He didn't toy around with offers that didn't make sense he negotiated with me on the prices in a fair manner working to get me what I needed. I wasn't planning on buying a car that day but I walked out of there with a New Kia Optima Hybrid which I love and returned the following week and brought another car for my wife. Peak Kia is a great dealership with a good selection and Marc should be the Salesman of the Year IMO.Great experience!

My sales person, Sophie, was amazing and she explained all of the… features to me in a very clear way. She also went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. There were no high-pressure sales tactics to get me into a different, more expensive vehicle or gimmicks regarding the purchase price she instead provided me with the opportunity to make the best decision I could make for myself. I love my new car and I highly recommend Peak Kia to anyone looking for a quality new or used car.My Experiance

Being a full time college student and working two jobs I was unsure of what was the right choice. It… took time to find a car that fell into my budget, but once he found something that could work we went straight it. When we walked up that used Kia Forte I thought "it's cute." But I never planned on actually taking it home in that same day, I like to sleep expensive purchases. Andrew must of noticed my hesitation so he tossed me the keys and we took it for a ride. For 75,000 miles on it I thought it still rode well but I was still a little hesitant. Not just because buying a car is a huge decision but because last year I got into a car accident with my old 2003 Hyndai which is part of Kia.. Andrew was not pushy while trying to sell me the car at all. He gave me my time to think it through and also helped me plan out my budget. We put together a deal I couldn't say no to. To say the least I am proud of my purchase.Great experience

I went in a month prior and decided to wait a month to get some things paid off and Grant Harrell was understanding… and wasn't pushy. He stayed to finish all the paperwork even though his shift was over. He didn't just pass me of to another person which I have seen… happen at other dealers. He turned what could have been a very stressful experience into a memory of completion. I am extremely satisfied. They even called a few days later with a better monthly rate and longer warranty!Peak Kia

I can honestly say that it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I have bought cars through private sellers, dealers and… online sales, but the car buying process has never been easier or more pleasant than through Peak Kia. Donna went far beyond the ordinary to help me test drive different cars to find the right one for me. She and Paul searched, found and delivered the right car on the same day. Donna made a trip to get the car I wanted from another Kia dealership. Donna processed the sale of my previous car, which was in collision repair, by visiting the repair facility and making a good offer for that car despite its being unfinished. The financing included advertised rebates, as well as two more for which I qualified. The price was the internet advertised price, and it was a very fair price. Above all Donna was patient, courteous and genuinely concerned that I was able to get the car I wanted at the best price. Paul assisted in getting the car I wanted from another dealership on the same day I decided to buy. The whole Team Kia was friendly and hard working. by stellastar22 on 04/23/2015Stay far..far away from this place...It was the worst car buying experience in the history of car buying experience. The people there are the worst. 1st they will tack on fees when you think you negotiated the price "beware of ETCH fee for… 199 on your bill of sale-you do not have to pay that) then when processed the paperwork on 3/19 with the bill of sale, they cashed out loan check and we thought everything was going done. WRONG on 4/2 at 4pm we get a call demanding over $500 and had to pay by the end of the day. When asked WTF they (Vicky our unfortunate sales rep) stated they could not process paperwork and it will effect "March Sales" After that she texted us stating the same thing. Ed "the fixer" called us got the run around that we did not pay city tax (mind you they were implying it was our error not theirs) and they would be "happy" to stop by our place to pick up the money. I asked him if I could just pay the city and his answer was yes. So thinking wwe could just pay the city when we register, acouple of weeks later Ed "the fixer" called our finance company and asked them to add the $547 to an already closed amount (without us knowing) Of course the DMV still did not have our title to process-so instead we had to call the DMV to understand what was happening!! So we tried to call Ed and demand something in writing and he decided to ignore us. Then we were transferred to some lady from the title department who had not idea what was going on. We asked for something in writing and said stated sure. TWO WEEKS later we get a "copy" of our bill of sale with writing over it stating a new amount. Again a threatening note if we don't pay what we owe KIA they are holding on to the paperwork. Again NO APOLOGY. Here;'s the thing-we are going to pay the city taxes certified mail but also file formal complaint to various agencies for thier horrible pratices. And tell everyone we know to stay away!Great Service

I spent a lot of time researching the SUV I wanted and Peak Kia had the best pricing with the lowest miles. Marc Messier sold my vehicle to me and I found him to be… very friendly and helpful. by krishnamarvyn on 04/11/2015Andy Carney was our salesperson today and he was fantastic! My husband and I went to Peak Kia to purchase our second Kia Soul. We bought our first Soul back in August from Arapahoe Kia, and although we had a pretty good experience there… we took a tip from a friend who has bought several Kias from Peak and headed there instead. I'm so glad we did. Andy was never pushy and gave us a realistic picture of what we could expect to afford within our budget. We test drove a manual Soul and an automatic Rio (just to have another option). My husband and I love our first Soul so much that we knew we couldn't go wrong with a second. Once we had decided on a car, the financial talk portion of the process went pretty smoothly and quickly. Andy worked with us to get within our desired monthly payment range and we drove away happy with our purchase price, monthly payment and our new car, of course! I can't imagine it going better than it did today. In short, Andy made this process painless and actually pretty low-key. I hope we aren't in the market for another car anytime soon, but when it's time to buy again I feel confident that we will return. Thanks, Andy!First new car

Everyone in the office was so friendly and welcoming! Grant took care of all the details and all I… had to do was sign on the dotted line and I was off in my new car. This has been, by far and away, the easiest car buying experience. I have not so stellar credit but Grant did a great job with getting me set up on a payment that's affordable and they even worked with me on my down payment. I would recommend Peak and Grant and the finance guys to anyone looking for a new car. They even have massage chairs while you wait! How rad is that?!
