Back for a Second Time
by MrSamG on 02/28/2013updated 04/25/2025I recently leased a 2013 Kia Sorento from the guys are Peak Kia. This is my second time back after purchasing a 2011 Kia Soul from Chris N a few years ago. I liked everything about the Kia Soul except that it wasn't the most comfortable… vehicle for my long daily commute to and from work. I sent in an internet request and quickly got a response back from Matt S. While I was waiting to hear back from him, I later got a call from Shannon N. We spoke about what I was looking to do to trade out of my Soul and into an AWD Kia Sorento. I wanted to keep my payments as close to what I was already paying and let him know I didn't have much money down. After giving him all the info, and sending my credit info on their website I waited to hear. Of course I wanted to make sure this could all work out before driving past 2 other Kia dealers to get to Peak Kia. I then got a phone call from Chris. WOW!! What a surprise, he remembered who I was and now as a manager he could sell me my new Sorento. He spoke with me about why I should convert to a lease instead of a purchase and answered all my questions. My payment did go up a little from what I was paying on the Soul, but who wouldn't expect that going to an AWD and 6cylinder. Anyway, I ended up down at the dealership that same night, drove the vehicle and while on the test-drive it starts snowing. I do drive 60 miles a day to and from work, so I hear from Shannon, how the AWD will be amazing and that alone sold me! Less worries now for the long commute and an amazing car!! I can't wait to go back for the fun party they are having! I hope I'm the one to get a YEARS WORTH OF PAYMENTS!! Thanks a bunch Shannon, Matt and Chris. I worked with Victor S. and I was very satisfied with the way he let me take my time and look around. The service was honestly better than any other dealership ive been… too. I recommend them and will be thinking about them first next time.Matthew S. changed my opinion on car Salesman. Great Work.

Nick invited me to the dealership and took me for a test drive in the exact vehicle I was interested in. I… wasn't ready to buy at the time, so I was out of contact with Nick for several months. When I got ready to buy. I found Nick's number off an old email and called him up. He remembered me, and the exact vehicle I was interested in, like we had spoken the day before. He didn't mess around on pricing. He quoted me a price, and that turned out to be a much better deal than what I was coming up with at other dealers. The price he originally quoted me ended up being the selling price. No surprises, no haggling. I could not ask for a better car buying experience. I commented to the finance guy that my experience had been very pleasant. His reply was, "It doesn't have to be hard." By the way, it took me less than an hour to do the paper work on this deal. If you are looking for a Kia, you have to shop this dealership. If you don't, you will waste your time and money elsewhere.Couln't be happier with my experience with Peak Kia and Paul and Brian

Paul greeting my husband and me when we walked in. He offered his assistance in a kind and… helpful manner without being pushy or overbearing. He immediately put us at ease and assisted us through the entire process of purchasing a car including educating us on KIA's in general to the specifics of all different models, styles, accessories and purchase / lease options. We test drove many different vehicles and Paul was able to answer any and all of our questions about the specifics of each car. Paul was knowledgeable, thorough and patient, and gave us all the time and information we needed to make an educated and informed purchase - and believe me, we sure are thorough and ask a LOT of questions. In all our years of purchasing cars (an experience we hate), Paul was the first salesperson to actually make the experience fun and enjoyable and we feel certain of our purchase, thanks to the time Paul spent with us and his expertise. We were later introduced to Brian O., the sales manager of Peak Kia and once again, we cannot say enough wonderful things about him. He is fair, honest, a good listener, and his main goal is to create a following of loyal customers. He certainly succeeded with us. The Peak dealership in Littleton, CO under Brian's management is a wonderful place to purchase a car, and I would feel great recommending this dealership, and specifically Paul and Brian, to my friends and family. Sophie P and Lalo R were the sales reps that we worked with and they were both fantastic! The personal service that we… received all the way through the process was unmatched by any other dealer in town. Sophie and Lalo were both so very helpful in our selection of our vehicle. They found for us exactly what we were looking for in the Sorento. I had done my research online prior to going and I knew exactly what I wanted. They did not try to show me anything other than what I wanted and we found the perfect one! They made the trade in process super easy as I could not wait to trade in my old car and the pricing for our lease was perfect, no bull, no games. That alone was so appreciated! Sophie was great as she set aside time to show me all the bells and whistles that came with my new Sorento. She even walked me back to the service department and introduced me to several members of their staff that I would be working with in the future for my maintenance and oil changes. Not only that but she called and followed up with an email to make sure I was not having any problems using my new car. Who does that these days? Our experience was so great that within a week we found ourselves in need of a used car for our daughter and we knew there was only one place we would go. When we went in to the dealership we were greeted by Lalo and he remembered my name! He jokingly said "Hey Meaghan, you here to buy another car?" and I said "why yes actually I am" LOL!!! We told him what we were looking for and he found us the perfect car. During the test drive he even gave my daughter some driving tips. That really showed us that they are a very caring bunch! He was truly concerned that we found just the right car for her and not just trying to get the sale. Peak Kia will have our business for life! I have already referred several of my clients and family to this dealership and if you are reading this review, I am sure you can tell we highly recommend you do business here. Amazing experience

I dreamed of owning a new Kia but was shopping for used because I thought that was all I… could get. Paul evaluated my possibilities as well as what I was looking for and I drove away in the cutest and most fun car Ive ever owned (2013 Soul). He was so patient and took me through the steps one-by-one and never lost his smile or sense of humor! In addition, Cory Johnson walked me through all the financial stuff in baby steps (which I needed being inexperienced at this new car thing)! He is a rock star! Well, actually everyone at Peak Kia South that I interacted with was a rock star! I am a certified mystery shopper and have done lots of dealer evaluations and wish I had been working one today because it would have been my highest rating ever! Thanks, Paul! I was on Peak Kia's website and found a vehicle that I was interested in so I contacted them on the phone. I got the pleasure of being greeted by Shannon who… answered all my questions. This was my first car buying experience so I had every question to ask before actually going to a dealership. He was honest and very genuine, as we set up an appointment for me to come in. When I got there, he welcomed me to his desk and explained the best way to go about it so we didn't find a car that was too out of price for me. He got my credit information and worked with Kristy L. who put all the financing together. He showed me a couple cars that fit my budget and so we test-drove them. Shannon answered everything I needed to know about the car and make it so easy. I got into a Kia Optima that will work awesome for me and my kids and is safe which is HUGE for me. I was given exactly what was promised on the phone. it was such a great deal, that I was sure they… would try to upgrade me. They didn't,. In addition to being given everything I was promised, I was greeted within seconds of exiting my personal vehicle by Ms. Vickie B.- I was hours early for the appt so she didn't know we had conversed. We then had a test drive. Vickie was very knowledgeable about the car and explained a lot about the Optima Hybrid to us. Nick W., true to his word, honored the deal we had discussed on the telephone. Demonstrating that it is worth the drive from the Springs to visit this dealership. Folks, you will save money and enjoy the spending at this dealership! Just stopped by Peak Kia by chance to look and see what all the fuss was about with the new 2013 Optima. Once I saw all the bells and whistles it came… with I suddenly didn't want to go home in my 2011. No I'm not spoiled just blessed! :) Lalo, Shannon, Nick & Corey were an absolute dream to work with. Not only were each of them completely knowledgeable and professional but they treated me as if I was family. They showered my son with popcorn, cookies & gum.
