    I walked in needing a car that night and I left that night with the car I wanted with in the budget price I needed and all the sales reps were nice, friendly, and polite.

    All the people I met who work at Crowley are easy to communicate with, good listeners, personable, and have a sense of humor. The sales people seemed willing to work with em so that we all got what we want. And, oh yeah, I LOVE the car.

    Your staff was very helpful, friendly and courteous. The oil change was done quickly, I didn't have a long wait. Your waiting area was very neat and comfortable. The rest room was clean.

    When I checked in, the Service Associate was courteous, friendly, and informative. I was pleasantly surprised at the short amount of time I had to wait before the service on my vehicle was complete and the very reasonable price of the service (oil change). When I checked out, a different Service Associate assisted me; provided me with feedback on the inspection of my vehicle (belts, windshield wipers, tires, brakes, topping off fluids, etc.), and was just so very helpful and patient with all of my questions.

  • NON-SALE REVIEW OF DEALERSHIP

    Saw an online ad from this dealership for a 2007 PT Cruiser convertable. Went to dealer and saw the car. THe online price was $14,000 car was marked $18,000 on the lot. Dealer appears to inflate local pricing to local residents. Called dealer on the phone and asked about an end of summer deal on the car, they said over the phone, " no reasonable offer will be refused ". I arrived at the dealer and as soon as I got into the door, the GM ' Dan ' came up to me and gave me some made up story that someone called they from a local Dodge dealer and wanted to buy the car at any cost. He then went into the history of the car, local trade couple in 50's owned it since new. I requested a car fax report to verify what they told me was true, they never provided the documents. Car had missing parts. Mats were stained. After the test drive, we started to negotiate by starting with my trade. They low balled my trade by $2,500 to what Carmax offered me to buy it outright. We didn't get far enough into the cars pricing but the sales person ' John ' said that the price will most likely go up tomorrow, there was no additional discount, complete contridiction to what they told me on the phone to get me in. Big waste of 1.5 hours. Be carefull dealing with the Crowley Group.

    I will never buy a car from this dealership again. The second day I had the car I had to bring it back to the dealership because it kept overheating. All they did was patch it up and told me everything had been repaired. A little while after that I had to bring the car back in because it was overheating again. They finally had to bring it to an Audi dealership for it to be fixed correctly. At this point they waited until my warranty had kicked in so that they wouldn't have to come out of pocket. In the mean time I had to redo my paperwork 3 times. I had lights going out. My service light came on and all they did was reset it. The car was never serviced before it was sold. My back windows wouldn't roll down. And recently I found when I started complaining about the car falling apart I brought the car in for an oil change and the odometer had been changed to make me over the mileage for my warranty.(I have the ppwk to prove it) Now it is something wrong with the engine and their basically telling me it's my problem. I placed a call to the owner to see if this could be resolved and he NEVER returned the phone call. So don't believe the commercial when he says, " If your not happy I want to know". It's not true. He doesn't care. So if you want a piece of junk car go to Crowley Buick Oldsmobile Kia. You will get just that!!

    Looking online, I found a used car at Crowley that I was interested in. I began working with Butch H. to see the car, and he went out of his way to make it happen for me. Butch was so nice and easy to work with. The dealership made sure all was checked out and in good shape. There was only one key, but they had a second key made-their policy-I didn't expect that. Overall it was a very pleasant experience - everything. Thank you, thank you.

    I wanted a specific model (!)and color(Moss) with the Premium Pkg. A closer dealer I talked to would not help me without a deposit. Crowley,With the help of KIA USA, found my car. It took a while to get it but they kept me informed of its travels. Crowley also gave me a higher trade in for my Buick Rendezvous. I am more than happy with my Soul and with Crowley KIA.

    We bought a car at Crowley Kia in Bristol CT. Drove off with it and that's where our nightmare begins. About 4 days later we received a call from Mike B and he explained that we needed to come down because they found more damage than originally thought on our trade in. He said that we needed to either come down and pay them $2500, redo the paperwork for the deal and write up the trade in for $2500 less, or CLAIM THE DAMAGES ON OUR INSURANCE. I'm not sure how he figured we could do that since we had already removed the insurance from that car the day that we traded it in. He also gave us the option of bringing the new car back and they'd cancel out the deal and give us our trade back. I told him there was no way that we were going to take more of a hit on our trade and that I'd be fine with bringing the car back and taking back the trade. He said he would call me back and let me know where we were at. I'm sure he had to talk to his manager about it. We waited about a day before he called me back. By then he was talking to me like I was a child, and being very demeaning on the phone and said "I'll tell you what buddy, we will take $1500 off the trade value and we will call it a deal. I told him basically I've had the car for a week now that wouldn't be feasible. He was basically harassing me and my wife and making us regret buying the car from there in the first place. Once the sale was over it seems like the good customer service went out the window. We were originally looking for an SUV (Sportage) but figured it might be more sensible to get something that is a little lighter with a little better gas mileage. That's why we chose the Kia Soul. Well I have to say that we are very disappointed with the car. The car gets about 6mpg LESS than what it was advertised on the sticker and I've been feathering the gas. It feels like we have been cheated out of our hard earned money. How could they put these numbers on the car if it doesn't even come close to that. Also, the wind noise that comes from this car is almost unbearable. Car came with the worst tires in the world in snowy weather. Why would put tires that suck on a vehicle that is going to be driven in CT, especially when it's being sold during the winter season. You feel every bump and interior scratches VERY easily. I feel like we paid for a car that is made of plastic and on the same level of quality as a kids toy. Now this kia is going to cost me just as much, MAYBE EVEN MORE on gas than a Kia Sportage with the AWD which apparently gets better gas mileage. THIS REALLY MAKES ME MAD. After our first purchase of a kia we loved it so much that we raved about it to our family and they all went out and bought one or even two to replace their cars and now all my immediate family has kias. This includes some friends as well. I can tell you after this experience we will be telling everyone to stay away from kia, especially Crowley Kia in Bristol CT because we never want anyone to go through what we went through.
