Steve Basora approached us and introduced himself and asked if he could help and what we were interested in. We told him we were browsing and he said no… problem and asked us a few questions regarding our needs. He then showed us a few Rav 4s because the most important feature we needed was AWD. We explained that we were on a budget and he pointed out 3 Rav's that fit all our needs and we picked the one that we loved the most which was a very pretty red one. He explained the certification benefits and why it was better to by certified pre-owned versus used. We drove it and fell in love and we picked up the vehicle the next day. It was a very pleasant experience to not have to deal with the pressures of buying a car. I would recommend Hartford Toyota and Steve to any one of my friends and family members.Camry SE

by depaul1 on 08/05/2015I recently bought a certified 2012 Camry at Hartford Toyota. I had checked this car online, and ran both CarFax and AutoCheck prior to visit. Chen Cheng was super helpful with showing the car around and explaining my options with the… purchase. They got me a good deal, though refused a single dollar off the internet price. At least the $200 VIN etching charges are something dealers shouldn't charge on customers, who didn't ask for it. Chen helped a lot with detailing the car exterior (due to some scratches on the door) and got the interior vacuumed nicely. However, later I found faint stains on the passenger seat, scratches on the passenger window edge, and on front overhead storage above the windshield. Gloria Fernandez was very friendly, and detailed all the paperwork in a lucid manner. Overall, I would certainly recommend this dealer.Happy Camry Customer

Not only was he very knowledgeable about all the new technology and features of our new car… but he called me a few days after delivery to make sure everything was fine and I was comfortable with everything. by waystation56 on 08/02/2015I went to Hartford Toyota Superstore because it has a dealerrater.com score in excess of 95% satisfaction. That had to be a ploy or a fluke, I thought to myself... dealerships don't usually do that well in an honest evaluation. However,… Hartford Toyota, in my opinion, lives up to the hype. I went in on a Sunday afternoon and met Ian [Yuhas, sales]. I asked a lot of questions, did a test drive, and worked with him to hammer out a very attractive lease deal on a new Highlander. All of that took less than two hours! Here's what I take away from that: Ian was paying attention to me, he was willing to work with me, he listened and "read between the lines" about our family's needs, and he respected my time. *Wow.* As the weeks between the visit and the delivery date unfolded, I found out that Ian does what I usually do with and for clients of mine: I set them up for success by making sure paperwork is ready to go, calling third parties proactively, and checking in at times when I know my call will go through and not be competing amid hundreds of other things... even if that means early evening hours. Ian did all that. I'm ready for the road because Ian explained the benefits included in the lease, wrote down vital information in multiple places for easy access (roadside assistance, mileage service points, and support services), and got the right car to me with six whole miles on the odometer! I'm glad to say that Ian and the team at Hartford Toyota definitely deserve their rave reviews.Hartford Toyota

I had already packed the agenda with trips to other dealers, but Tina insisted for me to negotiate a price of the phone. No pressure and no… depot right away. Very professional with integrity. We agreed upon a price and quickly moved to close. Henry was great and patient with me since I'm no speed demon when it comes to giving up money and Gloria was well versed on the finance end and very personable. Just can't say enough other than well done. Tina, Henry, Gloria...thank you for making a stressful experience a positive one. I will be sure to forward referrals to my friends, family and coworkers. They say, "We can't be beat on price and quality of service!" I didn't believe them at first, but "They were right!"
