    Very polite, and responsive. I enjoyed waiting in the lounge for my car to be serviced. It was very relaxing and has a kid friendly waiting area.

    Bringing my car into Dan Perkins was a pleasant experience! Greeted by a helpful gentleman who directed me into their new, impressive facility; the customer service rep who overlooked my appointment from start to finish was conscientious and personable, thoroughly explaining what was done. The waiting facility was bright and comfortable, appealing simple entertainment with modulated sound on a huge TV and a calming, large aquarium. A service appointment that was most thoughtfully executed!

    Jayson is what service is all about! I’ve been having ongoing issues with my car for quite some time, so I stopped in at Dan Perkins New location, which is an amazing modern facility, and Jayson was the service advisor who greeted me. He was courteous and very professional right from the start. He addressed my concern and instantly began working on a solution. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place on the staff alone. As for my issues, they were taken care of in a timely manner, just a great place of business.

  • Best Suburu Service center yet

    Brand new facility, clean, very well worked out. Nice waiting room allows you to read, to work and relax while you’re waiting for your car to be finished. Updated monitors computer system allows quick accurate registration into the service center. Very easy process to sign in, explain what needs to be done, and a very nice concerned service person. Work was done quickly, most satisfactory, and all my questions were answered even ran my car through the car wash.

    The dealership is clean, run efficiently, and I received the truck I wanted in record time. This is the second truck I have bought from this dealership. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous. Every time I have had to go for service it is accommodating, and I am able to get a service date with ease.

    I took in a neighbor’s Subaru Crosstrek for regular maintenance; David was the service advisor. The work was done within the time quoted with recommendations for the car’s upcoming needs without being pushy. Overall, a great experience with a comfortable waiting area.

    Dan Perkins Subaru is a very professional, clean and friendly dealership. As for our Sales Rep, Uziel... I really can't say enough about him! Uziel was the absolute best we've ever experienced. He was super knowledgeable, courteous, caring, and patient. Also, not a pushy car salesman at all! I would highly recommend Uziel to anyone looking to buy a car (especially a Subaru)! He never "dropped the ball" and was always very responsive to all my questions and concerns throughout the entire process. Once we picked up our car, he thoroughly went through the entire car with us to make sure I was comfortable with all the new gadgets that I'm not familiar with! When my daughter is ready for a new car, we plan to be back (and work with Uziel)!!

    It was my first visit to Dan Perkins, and the experience was incredibly positive from my first point of contact with Frank, Saline, Pedro, and Valentin. I appreciated how responsive and clear they were in their communications. Frank's transparent, kind, and educative approach was refreshing. He treated others similarly and it was genuine. I valued the open discussions were about the business at hand, but not solely transactional. He listened to my concerns with understanding and provided a great solution. Frank respects his clients and cares to share what he knows to put a problem in perspective and find a way to resolve it.

    The dealership is brand new and "state of the art". The service we received from the sales associate, (Edison), was outstanding. He was extremely courteous and professional. We did not feel pressured at any time. The entire experience was very positive. This is the third vehicle that we have purchased from this dealership.

    The new dealership is beautiful. This was my first time since they moved to the service department. They got me in quickly when the touch screen no longer worked. Sadly, there was no quick fix, but Frank came up with a very generous and thoughtful solution. I’ll be back to finish the Work.

    I picked up my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek today and couldn't be happier with my experience. Amanda Botto was the most amazing salesperson I have ever come across. She never tried to pressure me into a vehicle or make me feel like I was missing out on something if I didn't buy a car on the spot. Amanda was super patient with me as I went through the process of researching several cars and returning to the dealership 3 times with tons of questions each time before ordering my car. Working with Nick in Financing was a breeze. He made the process of getting a loan super easy and he explained everything clearly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Dan Perkins Subaru to anyone looking for a new car and I would most definitely send them to see Amanda!

    Kevin is so on top of things. He makes the lease experience go so smoothly. He set up my phone, reminded me to turn on auto lights and explained what certain buttons were. He answers all my questions even if I asked them once already. My only disappointment was the trade in value of my turn in lease. Got more value last time.

    This is my third Subaru, and my fourth car from the Perkins family of dealerships. Kevin made this recent lease so easy! Whenever I left a message, Kevin got back to me very quickly with extraordinarily kind follow up. Kevin walked me through each step of the paperwork process, and on the big day, he offered to help me clean out the old car and transfer my belongings into the new one. Although I declined that very kind offer, he brought me reusable bags, too, nevertheless, still helping with the process. Kevin is, quite simply, so kind, so supportive, and so helpful, and I look forward to our continued relationship well into the future. I would absolutely recommend Perkins Subaru.

  • Good clear service/explanations

    Appointments work well, car taken in immediately, waiting time only 1 to 1-1/2 hours for basic service (engine oil/filter, rotate tires, etc). Beautiful new facility and waiting room. Very comfortable. However, I’m really concerned with quoted cost for upcoming repairs: $1500 for replacing 2 suspension bushings. I understand the labor involved, But. Previously quoted $1800 for an AC compressor. A local shop did the job, using Subaru parts, for $600 less. Quite a difference.
