  • First Time in a Used Car

    I have always bought new cars and was hesitant to buy a used one—we’ve all heard the bad stories. This was not the case for me at Napoli Nissan. I went there to look at a 2017 Kia Sportage. I did my research in advance and was all set to… bicker. Again, not the case. Leon Bozier was a great salesperson. He was pleasant, accommodating, and did not pressure me at all. After we test drove the car, he gave me information on the car, what the dealership offered in perks, and then we reviewed the cost. It was within my price range, but wanted to think about it overnight. Not a problem. I confirmed the sale with Leon the next morning, and my car was detailed before I went back that afternoon. I was pleased with the whole process, but especially how Leon worked to make it happen and make sure all my questions were answered to my satisfaction—even days after the sale was finalized. It was a great experience for my first used car buy.

    I'm impressed with the service from the moment I pulled into the service area. Courtney was very pleasant and informative. The lounge area was very comfortable and fully equipped. Xavier was engaging, sincere and polite. He showed me… both the new E6 and E9 which are beautiful. I look forward to bringing my car back to Kia Napoli for service again and possibly an E9 in the future.

    We went in to talk about leasing a new car. We worked with Juan and he was incredible. He got us the best possible deal in the quickest time. I left with my new car that day and everyone was great. Juan took the time to show me all the ins… and outs of my new car and answer all my questions. We will be back to work with them again.

  • Worst experience, I'm traumatized with them

    I am extremely dissatisfied and frustrated with my recent experience at Napoli Kia Milford. I brought my 2015 Kia Sportage in for service due to an engine issue, and the entire ordeal has been nothing short of a nightmare. I had scheduled… my appointment for 09/01/2023, but the service center held onto my car until 09/15/2023 without providing any updates or resolution. It was very difficult for me to get a hold of them during phone calls they placed me on holds and don't even care to call back. To make matters worse, after two weeks of waiting, they informed me that they wouldn't honor the engine-related recall, leaving me with no choice but to pay $212.69 for the diagnostic fee. When I decided to retrieve my vehicle, I had to incur an additional cost of $180.18 for a tow truck. What's even more infuriating is the state in which I received my car. Several essential parts were missing, and it was clear they hadn't put my vehicle back together properly. Spark plugs were removed, and the air intake was missing, completely disrupting the functionality of my car. I trusted Napoli Kia Service Center to take care of my vehicle, and instead, they not only refused to address the recall issue but also returned my car in a completely unacceptable condition. This experience has caused me immense stress and inconvenience, and I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this service center to anyone. If you are reading this I do not want to do business with you. All I ask is refund what I paid to you and cover up my towing expenses. It has been a horrible experience with Napoli Kia Milford.

  • Kia Optima at Napoli a month and a half

    The service department is not concerned about the timeline and stated they do “500 of these” Kia engine replacements a week. Confirmed for a tow there on 7/5. The manager also stated it would be covered under warranty “maybe a $100 dollar… deductible or something”. Although AAA Jensens car repair and Geico couldn’t start the engine, Jen called on 7/31 saying they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. Kia Motors of America tried to reach out on 8/1 8/4 8/9 and on 8/16 Napoli Kia did take their call. We were advised by Kia Corporate to take the car and get a second opinion.

    NAPOLI Service Department FRAUD!!! DO NOT trust the service department at NAPOLI KIA. I have owned several Kia vehicles over 15 years & never had an issue with getting them serviced at the dealer until Kia of Milford closed and Napoli took… over. The service department has NEVER been a good experience, but I was stuck with Napoli because my wife's SUV (2009 Kia Borrego) is not common and most mechanics are not familiar with how to service it. I had the WORST experience I have ever had with a service department starting in May of 2018. - May 3, 2018 - vehicle at Napoli for service - let them know the AC was not getting very cold on the driver’s side and blowing warm air on the passenger side - Checked air conditioning at pick up and warm air was coming out of the passenger side (1st failure to fix) - I agreed to bring the vehicle back the following week and they kept it for several days resulting in a resistor & sensor assembly replacement costing $1,000. This ended up not solving the problem. (2nd failure to fix) - Brought the vehicle back to be inspected one month later in June 2018 because the air was not getting cold and Napoli stated no problem found (3rd failure to fix) - August 2018 - system would only produce cold air sporadically and was brought back in to Napoli. It took 2 days to be told AC was shutting down because a blown head gasket was causing the engine to overheat. We never had an overheating problem so this was a lie. (4th failure to fix) - When they called to tell me a blown head gasket was the issue I was told the repair would be $3,100 and they suggested I speak with a sales rep to consider a new car. It was also heavily suggested that it was not safe to drive the vehicle for any long distances. - Decided to take the vehicle to a different Kia dealership for second opinion and they found that the head gasket was fine with no overheating issues at all, but the resistor & sensor assembly parts were badly damaged and installed improperly and the shroud for the radiator fan was missing. Had to pay $960 to have the repairs done correctly. The head gasket diagnosis by Napoli was OUTRIGHT FRAUD and an attempt to try to cover up the fact that the repair they charged me $1,000 for had either never been done or was done so poorly that it needed to be done again. I asked to have my money refunded and they have refused even after I provided documentation from the other dealer. I am not the only customer to have this type of experience with Napoli Kia and I will NEVER step foot in their service department again.
