    After test driving the Porsche, Range Rover Discovery, Jaguar F Pace, Audi A7 I was pleasantly surprised when I test drove the GLE 350 and my search for my perfect vehicle was over. Great sales staff, thanks to Adam and PJ and your great customer service.

    I don't often have to bring my Benz in for service, but when I do I am always treated like a VIP. This particular visit was due to a pot hole cracking my front rims. Even though it was an emergency scheduling, MBoNH made sure I had a loaner vehicle and got me on my way ASAP. They worked with my insurance company to ensure all the damage was covered and expedited shipment of the hard to find rims. This is my second Benz from MBoNH and certainly will not be the last!

    There was an issue with getting the correct snow tires for my 2018 E43. It is a long story but the tires posted on the MBUSA website were incorrect.

    Salesman was their to satisfy us and meet our every need without pressure. We left very comfortable with the service and price of vehicle. Salesman and managers reached out to us post sale to make sure we were happy with the vehicle and if we had any questions or needs. Very satisfied with entire experience.

    Routine maintenance plus two minor issues which needed to be corrected under warranty. Pleasant staff. No complaints at all except brakes occasionally still squeak while going in reverse (though bearable).

    I have had 12 Mercedes since 1980 . My rear window shade which I was not aware I had one on our 2009 E 350 . We hit the button by accident it went up but would not come down . I was quoted $2,600.00 plus to repair a feature I was not aware I had . I voiced my opinion to Mercedes Benz and they were great they contributed $500.00 for the repair . My understanding was the dealership would also contribute with a discount on the parts . Even 5% would have been a show of good faith . I currently have 4 Mercedes Benz and all his tells me is that it is lip service but very little customer Loyalty ,totally profit oriented with little regard for customer loyalty until it is time to upgrade to a new Mercedes . My experience with North haven has not been the best . I have given them the benifit of doubt because of the good quality of the service advisors which I do not want them to sufferbfor dealership inequities or short comings .Honestly my fear has been possible retribution f I answered the questionaires honestly to what actually transpired . The last 2 Mercedes I have leased are from the Fairfield dealership and not North haven . It is an hour to go to Fairfield and 15 minutes to North Haven for service . It is totally inconvenient but I find Fairfield much more reputable . I have had other legitiment issues I did not report for fear of retaliation if it were not 10's. .

    Although this dealership is top notch i sensed that many employees across Mercedes Benz recognize that many complaints/concerns with regard to loud ticking under the hood are falling on deaf ears from corporate and they are left to explain away the ticking. The service man simply said "it's a know concern from customers and Mercedes should post something and stand behind their position". If not it causes unnecessary service related appointments. I do love my car but a simple corporate response would suffice and make me much more confident that what I've read online on Mercedes Benz forums and blogs can be supported.

    The MB of North Haven are a awesome service team. From top to bottom top notch quality in vehicle service and customer service the same. They go above and beyond for every customer that walks through those doors. The labor cost is high but it matches the quality of service you receive from beginning to end. Do not hesitate to get your MB vehicle serviced at this location it's the best!!! And my personal experience with my advisor Bob Was outstanding!

    Mercedes Benz of North Haven is the best. Sales Manager, Adam Fox and Saleman Charlie Mannix along with Business Manager Frank have all treated me as if I matter. Also, the discounted pricing at Mercedes Benz of North Haven, is second to none
