Worst auto body shop ever
by Maryorie Teran on 04/11/2017This is my second time getting my car fixed here and I couldn't be anymore disappointed and mad with the horrible service they provide not only did they take a month to fix my car but when I picked it up it was dirty beyond believe , dust… and filth all over the seats , leaves all over the back as if they left a window open and couldn't care less about my car ... and much more please don't waste your time with this auto shop honestly it's the worst ever words can't describe how much I regret bringing it here again after they did the same thing last time I brought my car here , if I could I would rate it 0 stars but I had to put one in order to put this review upMy Experience With Executive Honda in Wallingford
by mogacek on 03/06/2017On Sunday, February 26, 2017, I visited Executive Honda in Wallingford with my boyfriend in search of purchasing a new CRV. The salesman who greeted us was Rex Bilachie. My experience with Rex was truly outstanding. He was so… professional, knowledgeable, down to earth, and helpful. Not having purchased a new vehicle in 10 years, I was a bit nervous. Never once did I feel any pressure from him and he accepted my decision to think on it as I was concerned about the monthly payments. I texted Rex the next day inquiring about payments on rather a lease. Rex always got back quickly with any questions I had. He was sincere in wanting to help me with my decisions and I felt well taken care of throughout the process. I ended up leasing a Honda CRV. Rex was truly wonderful in all that he provided me. Everything went so smooth and easy that I would recommend anyone looking for a Honda, to definitely visit Executive Honda in Wallingford and ask for Rex. I live in Newington and could have waited to go to Schaller in New Britain but I chose to try Wallingford because they are open on Sundays which was very convenient. Chris, the Business Manager who I delt with in signing all my papers, etc. was outstanding too. He was very personable, thorough, caring and organized. What a great experience! by bulwinkle53 on 02/07/2017MY wife and I just leased a Honda HR-V from Executive. Had delayed for a few months because we were not thrilled about dealing with another dealership. Have in the past felt like we got the short end of the deal. BUT NOT IN THIS CASE. From… the time we contacted Stephanie via Internet, along with Danielle, to Reg, our salesman it was a great, stress free experience. Right off the bat, Reg gave use a deal on the price of the new car and a very generous deal for our trade-in. Reg was very nice, attentive and knew his stuff. Steve our Finance guy was also very nice and got us thru all the paper work pretty fast. I will definitely be back to buy or lease and will tell any of my friends and family to give Executive a chance. I should also note that the reason we went to Executive in the first place was because my wife's previous car, a Honda CR-V, was serviced at Executive and was so impressed with the honesty and quality of the work that my Hyundai Sonata is serviced there too. 10 out of 10Review about Rex Bilachie and Honda Wallingford

Rex was very knowledgeable and resourceful about different Honda cars and different… models about the same car, in my case the new CR-V 2017. He was not very pushy but determined to sell the best car that fit our needs. I totally recommend Rex and Honda Wallingford. It was a great experience and I have a new CR-V 2017.Happy New Minivan Mom!

Equally impressive was the car buying experience thanks to Chris and Khaled.… Everyone in the showroom took care of us whether it was offering us something to drink or updating us on the progress of our vehicle purchase. Never have I seen such professionalism in a business establishment. Bravo! We drove home with our new van the same day we came in to look around! Khaled made sure we didn't drive home unsafe. Terrance Albert & Sami Akbar was our salespersons while our customer service representative was Stephanie Fragosa… & Business Manager was respected Stephen Guerin whom we had finalized & closed the deal with, It was indeed a great pleasure to deal with such a cooperative team. I would highly recommend this dealership for many more reasons that can be quoted but wanted to make it short & self-explanatory Honda Executive will simply meet your expectations & they might exceed your expectations similarly to what I had being met dealing with them. Rej was able to offer me a great lease deal on a 2016 Honda Civic ex saving me over two hundred dollars a month. He… was very thorough, patient and understanding of my needs. With his help, I was able to leave the dealership in my new vehicle with piece of mind. I look forward to working with Rej and Executive Honda in the future.CRV TOURING

by chief1970 on 09/07/2016My first foray into the SUV market led me to the 2016 Honda HR-V. I was looking for a small sub compact vehicle and Honda was one of two choices, the other being the Nissan Rogue. I did extensive research so my next dilemma was which… dealership to choose. Fortunately a friend recommended I go see Rej Bilachie at Executive for my Honda possibility. As I studied up on the dealership by reading reviews like this, I learned that Executive is a bottom line, no nonsense dealership. That is the kind of buyer I am so I thought it would be a good match to try to make a deal. I was right. Rej was excellent. He explained everything to me and what he said about the vehicle matched my research so I knew I was in a good place. I ended up driving out of the dealership that first day with a new HR-V although I was not expecting to buy that day. But I did because Rej was able to give me that final little push to decide on the Honda, which I was really leaning toward anyway. I did not feel pressure to buy anything but Rej and the rest of the staff made things quite easy, including the trade on my Mini Cooper, a car make I had been driving for 11 years. I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a Honda in the state of Connecticut. They are pressure free and very friendly and helpful in answering any and all questions. And make sure you ask for Rej!!Love it

Good buying experience
by hondalover81 on 01/12/2016I went in looking for a used car for my son. Put a deposit on a CRV to hold it until my son could look at it. When I took him back he chose an Accord instead. There was no problem changing from the CRV to the Accord. The no haggle price… was something I was not used to but worked out well. The salesperson I worked with was Dom - he was very helpful.Thank you for the 5 star review! an okay, but not a great experience
by CTBuyer15 on 01/05/2016The test drive experience was a very easy one, and we were very happy with our salesperson. The no haggle price made it much easier to decide which car I was going to purchase (hybrid v. 4-cylinder v. 6-cylinder). Additionally, being… able to compare features without someone needing to go back and forth on the price with each alteration made the buying experience much less painless and more customized. Since I knew the bottom line instead of guessing, it made it clear what the Accord was going to cost me, which helped it win out versus some of its competitors where I was guessing what the dealer's bottom lines were for many variations of the same car. The experience was not without flaws, however. I ran into a few unexpected problems at delivery. The first is that the price I was quoted did not match the one on the contract that I was given to sign at delivery. The difference was over $1000. Executive honored the prices they had quoted me when I produced the printout they gave me, but I would have walked out of their office had they not. They also added in an EnviroGuard interior protection service that they said was included in every quote. Again, it was not on the printout that I was given so I was surprised, and they were able to remove it. Without written proof, it would have been hard to argue either point so save your paperwork. In defense of our salesperson, who we still would recommend, we do not think these were crafted by him. He was very new and received all of the printouts from someone behind a computer in the front office. One of the things I was told was that the price was different because they car they had was not on the lot. This could not have been true. The configuration quoted was not for a car that they had on the lot so a swap should have been factored in if that were the issue. Additionally, if the EnviroGuard should have been included, we truly believe it was not our salesperson who made the error. He was genuinely shocked that there were issues. Another point to mention is that there was some debate at delivery about whether you needed to perform all of your service at Honda to received the extended warranty included with all of their cars. The conclusion was that the 30,000 mile service needed to be completed there, and the rest of the time by a certified mechanic. We plan to perform our service there for the first years, but did not want to be tied in for the life of the car. If you do not service your cars according the schedule, the warranty will not help you. I took possession of the car the night before going away for a long weekend. One note of caution is that they deliver the cars on the shady side of the building so intentional or not, if there are any issues with the car, they will be more difficult to see. We think they may have neglected to detail the car before I picked it up. One glaring piece of evidence was that there was still tape stuck to two spots. I emailed (response received) and called the dealership when I returned home from vacation. After the initial email response, I did have to call several times, and I did not receive a call back, but I stopped by the dealership, and the person who had responded to my initial email set up a time for the car to be detailed immediately. When I picked it up after being detailed, there were still a couple spots that had not come out. The car was a swap from a dealership in Long Island that had probably left the car exposed without protection on the outside. (The spots were probably caused by bird droppings left on the car). They tried to buff them off when we pointed them out again. (This time the surprise feigned by the person we spoke to did not seem genuine). He did call out two of his detailing team to try to fix it, but when we looked in the light the next day, they remained. This is where we felt Executive dropped the ball on the follow up. They told us if we saw them the next day, to email pictures. We did along with the question of how long we had to submit a warranty claim if we needed to. If it were not immediately required, I would not really want to mess with the paint job for fear of making it look worse. I did not receive a response, which was disappointing. I know the email worked as well as my follow up because I had used this email before. I do believe that the paint job on the car has permanent damage, and you can see where they tried to buff out the spots. Another small thing that bothered me with the experience is that the number of miles on the car that I signed for was over a 100 miles less than what was actually on the car when I took possession. It is a non-issue, but if there had been about how far I actually drove it before discovering the spots, it would have been hard to argue. The bottom line: I would use this dealership again and would be sure to keep the quotes I was given. In hindsight, I would check the car better before driving away. If I were sending my mom or someone who does not like confrontation there to take delivery, I would go with them to make sure they did not have any issues. This is probably especially important point if your motivation is to have a no haggle experience. I don't mind conflict, and the final closing still felt very bumpy and exhausting.Great experience

Terry my salesman made sure I understood what figures were being presented to me during the buying… process. Then during the delivery he made sure to explain the entire vehicle and what it had for options and safety features. 2015 Honda Civic EX Coupe - New Car Purchase

When I arrived at Executive Honda they received me really well. I was ask about the car I was looking… for and bring one to test drive it. Then I dealt with Rej Bilachie who make the process very easy understood what I wanted and best of all give me a good deal on a new 2015 Honda Accord Ex they didn't put no pressure at all. The process was fast and easy. This is my third time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership and so far was the best car buying experience.
