Picked up my new 2025 F150 from Shakers Family Ford. The product specialist Cathy Reed was phenomenal from start to finish. Very knowledgeable in the product, explained all the features of the new truck and I was on my way in no time!

by Matt on 04/28/2023Sales rep James Cole was great to work with and made it really easy. There was a car "in route" to the dealership that we were interested in. Made a couple of calls and ended up with James handling our purchase. He guided us through a test… drive of a similar car on the lot and set up us with all the administrative paperwork for when our car arrived. When it came time for execution of the deal everything went smooth and he was very attentive to the entire process. Great experience and good guy!! GM John Lalla also really essential and helpful.Repeat customer

He did not push a hard sell on us. We were looking at 4 different brand SUVs, and made many… visits to Shakers. This is our 3rd vehicle thru Shakers, and our 2nd with Mike. For a truck that I never test drove or even got to sit in, ordered from a picture, it exceeds all my expectation.… I can go on! Cathy Reed was the sales individual I dealt with and she earned her keep! I got impatient during the 14 months, thinking at the time it would be 8 months, but Cathy kept me on track. I actually thought about stepping up to the Ranger, but she kept me calm and informed. Dealing with Cathy was easy and casual. She knows her product line very well and dealt me a fair deal. by Elena on 03/17/2023First of all James is awesome, besides the price being the cheapest than the other dealerships, James’s personality is what got us to feel comfortable and move quickly. His personalized video of the car was the perfect touch! I’ve never… seen such a personalized car buying experience before and the video helped a lot bc we felt like we saw the car and knew we were going to buy it before we even drove to your location I highly recommend James - we have bought cars in the past and I’ve never met someone with a personality like James !!! Most sales people are super pushy and he just clicked with us instantly! I can see him running the place one day - I work in recruitment and so much of your job is about personality and understanding people and their wants and needs, this comes very easy to James! And lastly James explained the rates very well to us on the phone prior to us coming to CT so we knew going there what to expect!! He let us ask several questions and answered all of them without hesitation and he made us feel super comfortable the whole time. During the test drive it was obvious I had never driven a hybrid vehicle and Bill explained… the nuances of driving a hybrid without making me fell like I knew nothing about it. Bill is a credit to the Shaker’s sales staff and did an outstanding job selling the truck. I live 120 miles away from the Shaker dealership and Bill made it worth the 2 hour ride to purchase the new vehicle.New car purchase
