    I did not have a good experience in trying to buy a new car. I saw the car I wanted on their web site. However, when I went to buy it told me they made a "mistake" in the pricing and it was actually thousands of dollars more. I call this "Bait and Switch" and would not recommend them.

    I bought a new Prius from Karin deBussy, who helped a lot via email and phone prior to visiting the dealer. She then found a vehicle matching my exact requirements and had it at the dealer within 24 hours. Karin was keen to get the deal done and worked to get me a more reasonable price for my trade-in - without pressure or hassle. It ended up being an easy deal to make and the rest of the dealership were very polite, pleasant, efficient and easy to deal with. I visited the Service Department to have a couple of accessories I had ordered installed and they were equally accommodating, fitting me in the same day and then making sure things were dealt with effectively first time. I have a very good first impression of the dealer and am happy to recommend them to others.

    From the time I first inquired about leasing options online, I was contacted by Karin within 24 hours. She followed up with me through email and phone repeatedly, but did not badger me like other dealers. When I came in to meet with her, I was greeted as soon as I entered the dealership. Karin was so friendly, down-to-earth, honest, and funny. She got straight to business and told me what deal she could offer me - which was astronomically lower than I was expecting to pay. I had to wait a day to find out if I was approved, and spoke to Eric Mosely over the phone the next day to find out. He shared in my excitement when I found out I got the car. Both Karin and Eric were very patient with me, as I had a million questions. This was my first car and I knew next to nothing about buying a car, leasing, car insurance, etc. They knew this, but did not try to take advantage of me like other dealers had. They simply helped me to understand the whole process. Toyota has bar-none the best customer service, and I think it's safe to say I'll be a Toyota customer for life. This dealership in particular is professional, friendly, and accommodating. The entire process was smooth from the first time I spoke to Karin on the phone, to the day I picked up the car (which was in immaculate condition). THANK YOU NEWARK TOYOTA WORLD!!!

    Today i had an appointment with Toyota World to do the rest of the promised work on my Camry, and it went really well. Edwin ran around and made all necessary calls for getting my car fixed up. We have another appointment again next Wed (7th visit to the dealership in 3 weeks :( ) to do final touch up and minor fixes. Every thing looks good at this point and will at this point re-rate my review due to the excellent follow up for my concern. But my recommendation will be updated next Thursday after I collect the car after all fixes. Hoping everything will go well. By the Way Edwin was excellent today running around for getting our things done. apparently he was on vacation when we were trying to reach him. And he apologized for the inconvenience caused for us. I will post my final verdict on my recommendation about this dealer, with an update to this review next week!!
