From the time so walked in the door until the time I lifted he made… me comfortable and very confident. The next day Dillion called to check and see how everything was going. I had a service light to come on and I reached out to Dillion without hesitation he handled the situation for me. I was in and out fast.Great staff

I started out in service and ended up purchasing a brand new car at a great price and a great deal! Tony Adaska is a… great salesperson and he even helped me clean out my old car and put it all into my new one! by whitesand1 on 10/13/2015After paying a visit to a couple other Ford dealerships in the Central Florida area to look at new Ford Mustangs, I finally got a chance to take a visit to Gary Yeomans Ford. upon my arrival I was immediately greeted by Melissa Fairrington,… she took the time to listen to my needs including model-specific and budget related issues I know that I was a tough customer,but she was able to get me to drive a new Mustang home that day. I came back the following day and finished up the transaction with the finance department. while I was waiting I had time to check out the diner and meet some of the service department workers. I would readily recommend Gary Yeomans Ford to anybody looking for a new ford product.Thank you for the amazing review, whitesand1! They think of all the minor details to help the experience like a… child play center to keep my daughter occupied! The dealership is clean, the staff is friendly and the no sales nonsense approach is much appreciated! Angie listened to what i wanted and didn't try to take advantage of me, she simply gave me what i wanted. My family has been buying new cars from Gary Yeomans Ford for over 20 years and the customer service is the reason, hands down! After a phone conversation with Bill Hauss(sales manger) we decided to make the deal with GY Ford. We drove 50 miles out of our way to go… out there to get the truck. Everybody at the dealership made us right at home. Bill introduced us to Champ(salesman) he was very helpful and very nice. We would also like to mention John(another sales manger) he also help out a lot on making the deal even better.Great Experience

I contacted him about a used vehicle explained our poor credit rating and that I wanted someone to work with to help re-establish our credit, gave him all the info over the phone, he went to work, came… back within 2 hours with a full approval! My own credit union turned me down. Went to dealership test drove and looked at vehicle for the 1st time what a gem 2010 Town & Country with 48k in mint condition for 1500 less than everyone else and newer! Was only at the dealer for 2 hours, this included test driving and 2nd in line for financing. AWESOME JOB!Worse experience ever!
by Nightwingb15 on 04/16/2015This was the worst vehicle purchase I've ever done. I drove from Tampa specifically for the purpose of buying a car because it was listed much cheaper than other dealers I researched. I learned only after I arrived (not even on the phone… when everything was discussed...) that the price listed online was with every single incentive, which I didn't apply for any of them. If I had known this right away I would not have drove to Daytona from Tampa to buy this car. I could have got the car for the same price locally. When discussing the price of the car and what my car was worth, they originally were giving me $1000 less for my car than what I had researched it to be from NADA. I was fine with this, but then after I used a ford x-plan discount that took off about $2500, they lowered the price of my car another $1000 claiming it was because of fees that went toward trading in the car. The first $1000 cut almost made sense, but $2000 in fees??? What a joke. I wish I would have just walked out right there. Also, there was an event going on offering free food that no associate cared to inform me about. I hadn't eaten since early that morning and was starving, and they made me spend almost 6 hours at the dealership. My car was also sold to me with 144 miles listed on the contract, but I realized after I had left that the car actually had almost 450 miles on it (is that even legal to do that...). The drive home to Tampa isn't even close to 300 miles. At 450 miles it can hardly be considered a brand new car, and those 300 miles aren't covered under the warranty of my purchase. I also had to ASK for them to fill my tank before I left, I've never been to a dealer where they sold a brand new car and didn't fill your tank before they even brought the car out. The inside of the car was also not detailed very well, with dust clearly visible on the dash and other surfaces, and leaves on the floor and on the back seat. The second key fob to the car was lost, so I had to drive separately 2 weeks later to a local dealer to get a new one (which gary yeomans paid for, thankfully). I was told that I would be reimbursed for the gas that it took to drive to this other dealer for the inconvenience but that never happened, even though I sent a copy of the receipt to the manager Justin Balcer. He completely ignored it. On the day I went to get my second key fob from a local dealer, Justin also had me waiting an additional 30 minutes after I originally called him, saying he was with a customer. I'm sorry, but I'm pretty sure I was first in line to have my issues resolved after this mess. This was the worst vehicle purchase experience I've ever had and will never return to gary yeomans for a new car, nor will I recommend people to them. I will tell people to stay away indefinitely.Dear Sir, thank you so much for your honest opinion of your car buying experience with us. Unfortunatly it takes reviews as this to open our eyes that we are not perfect. In this day and age of technology, it is imperitive to go above and beyond in a customers experience to try and prevent this type of bad advertising from occuring. We are not perfect as I stated earlier, but do strive to be in hopes of still landing at Excellent if we fall short. Thanks to Jason Kates for the hard work, dedication and compassion you demonstrated during the sales and financing process. Mario was terrific and… made the deal signing process FIRST Rate. We drove from Lakeland, Florida after being given the proverbial "Run around" from Lakeland Auto Mall and Bartow Ford. The drive was well worth it and just wished I had followed the recommendation from a close friend and gone to Gary Yeoman's Ford Lincoln first. Live and learn they say. I recommend the Presidents Award be given to everyone at Gary Yeomans Ford Lincoln for 2014 and 2015. The 2014 Ford Focus Titanium HB SE is a wonderful car, smooth and quiet and very fuel efficient and has everything in it imaginable. FORD has GONE FURTHER for us and we thank everyone for their 5 star service. We brought the Ford Focus 5 Door Hatchback Titanium back for a window tinting and to gave a few personal requested items professionally placed on the car and Jason Kates, the service Department hit it out of the park again. The car now looks super. The drive to Gary Yeomans Ford Lincoln may seem long and tedious from Lakeland but WELL WORTH THE HEADACHE going through Orlando area and attraction area traffic congestion. I am eternally grateful to everyone at Gary Yeomans Ford Lincoln for everything that has been done to make this new car a reality.Hi mwhsr1960! Misrepresented and unethical

Well, when i went in, the car was supposedly sold...despite me being told it was available. I ordered the exact same car. They told me… they would honor the advertised price. Well.....after I ordered the exact car, and waited, the price was NOT the same as they advertised, and they scalped my trade. I should have walked away, wont EVER go there again. Our salesman,Anthony G, made this a pleasurable experience. His knowledge of the products and patience with a finicky wife… was admirable and we never felt pressured. His demeanor at all times was one of respect and politeness that caused my wife to comment on the way home that this was the least stressed she has ever been when buying a new car. The facility at Gary Yeomans is very clean and everyone was very friendly and they even have a restaurant with a chef in the break room. By the way we purchased 2014 Ford Escape and we love it!
