    To say that we are disappointed with the experience of purchasing our first Mercedes is an understatement! The first time we drove it off the lot after we purchased the vehicle the trouble began. We had a high pitched ringing noise in the car when driving over 60 MPH and the back up camera stopped working. We took it back, got a loaner car and after 2 days they said it was the sunroof. They said they calibrated it and the noise was gone. I picked it up and much to my surprise the noise was still there and the back up camera still did not work. Supposedly they did a software update for the camera but it is still not working as of this review (July 22, 2021 and we bought the car July 2, 2021). I took it back, got a loaner car for another 8 days, and was told it was the windshield. So the 8 days of waiting was for a "new" windshield. I went back, picked up car and the windshield was not new. I know this because my SunPass sticker was still on the car. So when I questioned this I was told it was repositioned instead of replaced- so why the 8 day wait? I was also told the back up camera has a recall and there would be an "over the air" software update and it would update on its own while driving it. I asked how long will that take and was told by Joe Drewes it could be a day, a week , a month, 6 months- he didn't know. So I am expected to believe that a SAFETY issue (back up cameras are required on all new cars as a safety requirement) has NO ETA for operation on a 65K dollar brand new car? Bullshit! So I went to the MBUSA website and entered my VIN. I have no recall listed. Next, I called MB North Orlando and made a service appointment. I took the car yesterday, July 21, 2021 and spoke to the service manager to discover that they entered our car VIN also it it has no backup camera recall. He also stated that since it had not been identified as a vehicle needing the software "over the air" update that MB USA would not be pushing that out to the car. He told me we needed to leave the car and they would put it up on the rack and investigate and the technician would examine it. He also stated that MB USA had specific procedures to follow to fix problems like this. Unfortunately yesterday they did not have a loaner car available and I had to go to work. So, I called MB USA customer care and spoke to a specialist. I confirmed the information I was given at MB Orlando North. My vehicle has not been identified as a recall camera therefore I would not be getting an over the air software update. The agent was very helpful and in fact called Joe Drewes for me while I was on hold. When he came back to the phone he told me Joe was not in the dealership and he left a message for him to contact me. He also told me that MB USA would need me to take the car to a MB dealer and the dealer could open up a tech support ticket on the vehicle and the engineers at MB would work with the dealer to get this camera issue resolved. So far the past 20 days I have owned a beautiful brand new 65K Mercedes Benz GLC300. Of that 20 days I have been able to drive it for 10 (50% of the time I have owned it) and it still has issues. I am still optimistic that this car can be fixed and that MB USA will make it right. MB Daytona may have dropped the ball in a HUGE way but I will persist. I will take the car back to MB Orlando North and have them do the work and follow the procedures as outlined by MB USA. I have faith and confidence in MB as a world class auto maker and will stay determined to have the car operate in the manner in which I expected when I bought it. I would also like to note that no one has called me from MB Daytona to see if we need anything and how they can help us resolve the car issues.

    Bought a used 2015 BMW X6M back in March 2021. Everything was done over the internet/phone, I live ~1200 miles away from the dealership. I figured its a reputable Mercedes dealership, not a "Bob's Cars & Tackle" type of place. Sales guy (DJ/David) was great to talk to (we communicated many times before/during/after work) and seemed very sincere/trusworthy. Lot of verbal promises were made about the great condition of the car and the fact that the car came with 1 month/1000 mile powertrain warranty. If there was a problem I had to show them a shop's invoice and they would take care of it. Car finally arrived at my house (in a one car enclosed transport). Its a beautiful car, interior and exterior. Unfortunately the honeymoon ended a few minutes later. Both batteries were drained, constant error messages on the dash. Both rear air shocks were bad, would not hold air for long, sometimes both inflated after starting the car, sometimes only one did, sometimes neither. Mechanic showed me they were very worn and leaking air badly. Additionally he showed me that one of the oil pan seals was leaking, the pan was covered in dirt and oil. 2 days after car arrived the head unit (that controls all in car audio/navigation/etc) just up and died. I presume due to the bad batteries which I did not have a chance to replace in time (I recharged them until the mechanic could find the two in town). They (eventually) covered the two batteries, which I appreciated, but didn't care about any of the other problems, especially the one thing that should've been applicable to the powertrain warranty they claimed I had; the leaking oil pan seal. Basically ignored every request I made to have that fixed. Also they changed their tune about the 1month/1000 mile warranty to all of a sudden only be applicable if I took the car into their dealership shop (1300 miles away). Now to top it off, apparently the car's valve seals are leaking oil. I have to add a quart of oil every 800 or so miles. There's apparently some smoke coming out of the exhaust (on acceleration, once the engine is fully warmed up), not anything visible in the rear view, but visible to someone standing behind and looking. Not sure at this point whether David just outright lied to me, or whether their mechanics just kicked the tires a bit and called it "in great condition" and lied to David/management, or if the management was the typical corner lot used car sales type of crew that simply didn't care and just wanted to move inventory and collect their bonus. I replaced the batteries, the air shocks, even the head unit (by myself), but the oil pan seal and valve seals are big ticket items that will take serious money and time... Bottom line: Don't buy any car from them over the internet and don't trust anything coming out of their mouths. If you buy from them locally, take it to a reputable independent mechanic to tell you the truth about the car before you hand over a single dollar, otherwise they'll just leave you out to dry.

    We would not have purchased a vehicle if Jay Jamieson was not patient and cooperative with is. We were only looking at vehicles with no intention of purchasing. Well, we left with one the same day. Jay is the man!!!

    I am from out-of-state and purchased a used GL450 from here. MB of Daytona Beach had done their "multi-point" inspection and I felt confident about purchasing based on their reputation/expertise. However, upon receipt, I took it a local dealership because of a "burning smell" issue as well as suspension noises and stiffness. I endured over $3,000 of repairs to take care of the oil/valve leads and another $2,000 of repairs for the suspension. According to the MB dealership here, all of this "should have been taken care of prior to sale". I sent the invoice of the repairs and recommendations to MB of Daytona Beach and followed up, but still have not gotten any resolution.

    We came in for service on my 2016 Mercedes and left with a new 2020. We have bought several vehicles from this dealership and always felt with salesperson, Mo. All have been an easy, pleasurable experience. They are not high pressure and if they don’t have what you want, Mo will find it.

    I first saw the car I purchased on the dealer website. The pictures and info was helpful and accurate once I visited the dealer. DJ Joseph welcomed me and my wife and took us right to the car we were interested in. He was very knowledgeable about the car and its options and led us thru the negotiation above board. DJ is very personable and puts the client at ease. My wife says she wants to buy her next car from DJ.
