First time at a GMC - former Honda customer. Loved it

First time there and with the Brand. I was a loyal Honda customer for over 20 years. I like the car, but I choose your dealer Delray Buick GMC because you don't add charges to the car like some other dealers do from GMC and many other… brands. It was an honest transaction and I like that. we bought 2 cars that day. Jim Fix was also crucial on making us switch brands and buy not just one but 2 cars from you.

Assistant Manager Allen also went out of his way to accommodate the deal. We were given a tour of the… beautiful facility. Once they gave us a price that was mutually agreed upon, they stuck to it and there were no hidden fees or charges. Very professional team and I highly recommend them!A fantastic experience

I worked hard, overcame my alcohol addiction and got to the point where I could afford a new car. This dealership treated me like i deserved to be treated.… They made the deal happen in my budget and I am on top of the world. Jeff Young and Allen Oliveira made it happen. They are the reason I teared up as I pulled away from their store tonight. It's been a long road but these two gentlemen were there as the road split and gave me a brand new car for the smooth trail ahead. Extremely Satisfied
by cfunk1 on 05/28/2015Today was our second experience at Delray Buick / GMC service Department. The first time was a check engine light came on, and the fixed the problem immediately. The second time was to get a new tire. Unfortunately I had a blowout while… driving. I can't say enough nice things about the way I was treated at the service department. Mark was the gentleman who assisted us both times we were there. He made us feel very welcome, and went above and beyond to make sure we were extremely satisfied. I usually hate waiting for cars to be fixed, but Delray Buick has the cleanest waiting area. I was approached multiple times by staff asking if I needed anything. Mark also visited a few times to give me updates on progress. I will definitely be back, and plan on buying my next car from them due to the exceptional customer service receivedexcellent experience

BEST car buying experience EVER!

We went inside where we met STEVE the manager and he too made us feel like family, rather… than a used car buyer like many dealers do. This was a no brainer...great guys like ALAN AND STEVE to work with, great car, great price, great coffee and to top it off CHRIS great finance to make it a done deal! I will never go ANYWHERE else. He took an enormous amount of time with me and made me feel comfortable. No… pressure at all. This was certainly and pleasantly not the usual car buying experience that most people are unfortunately familiar with. JC Kent and Majid Hassan helped with getting me financed and when I walked out the door, I was the proud owner of a new Buick Verano. I will recommend this dealership and their staff to everyone in the market for a vehicle.Excellent Customer Service!!!

I submitted an email request for more information about the car I was interested in,… and within twenty minutes I received a message from Mike. As they say, "the rest was history." He literally handled every aspect of the car buying process and was even willing to pick me up from the train station to pick up my car. He answered every single question that I could think of with no problem whatsoever. It looks great and drives really smooth and most importantly I feel very safe with all… the safety features included in the package. Sales rep Richard Cascone knew everything about the vehicle and helped me go through the configurations and pair my phone so that when I left the dealership everything was working perfectly. Majid did a great job setting me up with the lease at the exact price I was looking for and it was a quick and easy process. I strongly recommend this dealership. He took extra time to make sure I was getting what I wanted, even set up the vehicles wifi, onstar and telephone service for me. It was clean, crisp and had nice amenities. Their waiting room served Starbucks, chocolates and they… also had a play area for children. The sales person was amazing from start to finish. Made me feel I could trust his advice. He wasn't a sales person in the end but a friend on my side working with me. The finance person was easy to talk to. Took time to help explain every aspect of the deal. He was the only one writing deals at the time which caused several hours of delay.Not his fault. General Sales Manager was not helpful. He could use some training in dealing with customers. He had a poor attitude. He gave me the feeling that it was his way or the highway. Not a forward thinker. Managing Partner: Very helpful. Saved the whole experience in my opinion. After seven hours at the dealer I almost had it before he came out to chat with me. He followed the LEARN process exactly. (Listen, Empathize, Apologize,Respond, and Notify). He is a forward thinkerVery Happy!
