Ive bought many cars Mercedes of Delray Beach made purchasing a car easy and simple. They are not pushy and don’t force you to purchase extras like they do at other dealerships. My salesman Benjamin S is a great guy to work with he knows… the product very well. We custom built my car and he guided me through the process and did not push all the extras. I just recently received my 6th car from them.

I'm a first time Mercedes owner, but I may now be a Mercedes only owner. I bought an older E320… that is in impeccable shape, and with hard-working staff that try their best to complete the deal honestly, fairly, and with a focus on giving the customer a great experience. I stopped at other dealerships and didn't go back because of the indifference by the sales staff once they realized I wasn't purchasing a new car. Not Eric. He just wanted my business. Thanks Eric. Polite, professional, and worked hard to build a new customer relationship. I'll be back.A pleasure to work with.

I could have chosen to visit several dealerships, but I chose MB of Delray. My… salesperson, Mr. Joseph T., spent a significant amount of time with me, on two occasions, answering my questions, accompanying me on test drives, and negotiating the final price. I can honestly say that he and the team were the most transparent as any I have ever had, and we consummated the deal a few weeks ago. The only negative part of the whole experience was the 15 minutes I spent with the "no personality" cashier writing the final check, out in the open showroom. She showed no interest in the transaction at all!Best Dealer for a Mercedes-Benz

I fell in love with the car and with in a few days Andrew called to say he had found the… perfect car for me... and he did!!! the color and interior where perfect it also had the sports and premium package which I love!! the whole process was very smooth and I felt I got a great deal!! I drove almost 4 hours to get this car and it was every bit what the internet said it was. The color, options, etc., and the pictures were right on target showing… everything I needed to see to make a decision. This was a pre-owned certified vehicle and it was spotless and clean inside and out. The car looked and it felt like new. My wife and I were in love with the car the moment we sat in it. At the dealer I was greeted by Mr. Joseph T. and the experience with Mr. T. was more than positive with him taking the time to show me the facilities and the amenities taking the buying car experience to different level. He introduced me to many of the staff, and I was impressed. I have just purchased my wife a brand new Town and Country the week before from an Orlando dealer and the experience was a predictable one, but with Delray the story was quite different, with Del Ray the level of attention and the professionalism cannot be compared with any other dealer that I had dealt in the past 30 years. I have had no problems with the vehicle - no need to bring it back for anything ***except their free car washes. I have been getting double takes from many people because this is one… beautiful car - IMHO, the best looking production vehicle made anywhere. What I love most about this car now is the tremendous power - both off the line and sustained throughout all gears. Getting on a Turnpike or an Interstate is no long anxiety producing because of the sheer thrusting power. I have absolutely no second thoughts about this purchase. I truly love the car, its interior and its performance. I also like the parking sensors (which I've never had before) so I can pull straight into a parking space without hitting the nose of the car on anything. One of these days, I will get the chance to try out the Park Assist function - but it is only functional with parallel parking - and we don't have very much in the way of parallel parking down here in South Florida. I highly recommend this dealership, Delray Mercedes Benz, my salesman Joe T., and the sales management team. They make every purchase a true pleasure.Great Experience
