He knew every feature on every model. He was very patient with me and my… multiple questions. After the sale, Daniel has followed up with me and offered to go thru the vehicle's features again. I would highly recommend that my friends work with Daniel! John Mazzurco (Sales Manager) was also great! He was also patient with my questions regarding leasing and purchasing. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining the different options available to me. Then John Gallegos (Finance Manager) was excellent at explaining all of the paperwork and getting me out the door. He was very professional and patient as well. The people at Ed Morse Bayview Cadillac are top notch! by Designer102 on 07/16/2016Sold me a used car with 2638 miles on it when we supposed to be buying a NEW 2016 SRX CADILLAC.They refuse to give me a n÷w car or give me back my 2015 Lexus RX350 with 4000 miles.They are dishonist ....They should be shut down for… fraud.They say I came in for a used car.I have never bought anything used in 61 years of marriage.Different pricing

She put me in touch with Ken in the parts division who couldn't be more helpful. Ordered a part and had it in the next day. When I went to pick the… part in the morning, Ken not only had all 37 pages of the work up on my part installation, but printed out my vehicle history and explained what had been done in the past. Rebecca took the time to meet me while receiving parts. Amazing People ! I was very skeptical, never had a good experience with a dealership. This Dealership is extremely professional, genuine, personable, and most importantly helpful/knowledgeable. Wouldn't hesitate using them again!These guys were great!

At Bayview they've been professional during all negotiations. Of course always best to do your homework before visiting any… dealership. Hve gotten a fair deal and fair value for trade ins. Sales staff and finance are informative and patient. When getting your car serviced, Consultants and techs are the best I've ever seen. The service waiting area itself is clean, comfortable and welcoming.
