My sales person was Cassie P. who was a great help and made my experience leasing a car hassle free and stress free. I contacted Brahman Honda via internet looking for a great lease on a CRV… and Cassie within 24 hours followed up with me and gave me a great quote. The lease was all ready quoted to me by Cassie before I went to Brahman Honda, which made it so much easier to deal with car salesmen. They finished my car WAY before the estimated deadline, which pretty much never… happens. Would suggest service departments wash cars that go in under appointments, but can't argue with the level of service completed.Thank you for taking the time to write this helpful review. Extreme differences where settled with fists and not guns, that the most important attribute a man (or woman) could possess was their word and a handshake. That's what shaped our… country then and that is what is lacking today actually. Although computers , cell phones and technology make life easier...it has created shallow individuals who think that just because they are who they are or what they think they represent can get away with anything for the sake of a dollar or less. I went to Braman in good faith as my lease was expiring on my Lexus and I was going over the mileage early. At that time I wasn't sure whether I going to lease again or buy as I drive a lot of miles per year due to my work. When I got to the Dealership no one greeted me so I proceeded to walk the lot . After about 45 minutes I saw a car that I was somewhat interested in. I went to the receptionist and after about 20 minutes she finally got a salesman to help me. Finally, a test drive ensued and negotiations started. After about 2.5 hours I was in finance. I was with the finance rep for about 45 minutes and he couldn't close the deal so one of the sales managers was brought in to the small cubicle to gang up on me and close the sale. We finally reached an agreed upon interest rate and specified monthly payment after a grueling 3.5 hours since I took the test drive. At that point in time we all shook hands and began to finalize the paper work. The finance guy kept trying to talk to me about a Lojack device as if it were for free. when I finally got clarification and looked at the contract with the existing numbers I saw I was being charged for the device. I told him to remove it and he proceeded to redo the contract. After that I stared to get buyers remorse and a bit anxious about everything. I walked out! The salesman drove the new car to the door and I was going to get my car back and call it a day. I needed to do something as my current lease was costing me money everyday so I called my wife ,we talked and then I drove the new car home. Two days later I looked at the paperwork and saw that the numbers were different. My bad...shame on ME. With the way that everything happened I just wanted to get out of there and get home. I called the dealership on 4 different occasions and of course it took them time to get back to me.I finally spoke to the GM and he said he was going to review my file and call me back. I had to call him...When he finally called me back he said that he saw nothing in writing to verify my handshake deal Dah.. I wouldn't have called otherwise... I told him that was BS and he hung up on me. Since then I've spoken to Honda Corp 3 times and basically what they tell me is that they can't control their Rouge dealers. RESULT: Nothing was done ! BOTTOM Line...A mans word and Handshake mean nothing there. The reputation of sleazy car dealers lives at Braman Honda Green Acres. I learned...but will they, and most importantly you???I am sorry to hear that you did not have a pleasant car buying experience with our dealership on your recent visit. It would mean a lot to us if you gave me an opportunity to do my best in making things better. I would greatly appreciate if you can contact me to help me understand the situation better. These sheisty salesmen and dealer did the same thing to me. After a torturous 7 hours where they held my car keys captive, they charged me a ridiculous amount on the lease for a Honda Civic...a car I did not want. I wanted an Accord Coupe like I was turning in or to buy the Accord Coupe I was turning in as it had very low mileage and I loved the car. They made it impossible for me bullying me (I am a single woman) using a [non-permissible content removed] type attitude about my credit score. Funny, when I got home and ran it, it was much better than they said and the same as it was when I leased the Honda Accord in 2011 from Delray Honda with no problem. At 9 PM, I said I would come back the next day, got my keys and was leaving. They sent two salesman into the parking lot to offer me another deal, they had me signing handwritten papers and took me for another test drive...this was so they could say, "they delivered the car to me that night." Even though I said I would come back the next day. When I went back to pick up this ridiculous car at this extorsion price, it wasn't ready for another two hours. This was the worst experience in my car negotiating years. I have been leasing cars since the early 90's and each experience was a pleasure and stress free. This is my third and last Honda. this experience at Braman was the worst experience of my life and I am stuck with a car I did not want and actually hate and find it very uncomfortable for another 2.5 years. I will never set foot on that property again and have told anyone I can not to go there. They are the epitome of underhanded salespeople and managers. They even screwed up my financing with Honda and lost my paperwork. They are [non-permissible content removed] who care nothing about what you want and everything about screwing the customers to get the best profit for themselves. My buyout on my 2011 was $14,000. The list price they were selling for in excellent condition as mine was - was $19,000. They made sure I did not buy this car. I was so overcharged for the Honda Civic lease, it is disgusting! This delearship is full of [non-permissible content removed]!!! Stay away!!!!!!
