    I bought a 2007 BMW from and I was helped by John, who was very professional, easy to deal with and had all the answers. I was very impressed with the sale, the quality and the friendliness.

    I have purchased several BMW's both from Tom Bush and other BMW dealerships. I thoroughly enjoyed working with John. His attention to detail and the personal attention he provided was commendable. Unlike many sales people, John listened... he wanted to make sure I got what I wanted... and I did. Thank you John!

    We purchased a 2014 BMW M5 from Tom Bush BMW. We received outstanding service from Venci D. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car and we left impressed not only with the car but with Venci also!

    Don N. was excellent--he took the time with us--found out exactly what we were looking for and our needs--he answered all my questions and followed up with me-- he knew I was shopping dealers and cars--he was patient and never pushy--Don knew his cars and the ins and outs- he followed up with us after our purchase--next car purchase in several years I will go back to him 100%

    Bought my wife a 2013 X5 last year and Don made the experience great. From ease of ordering to the delivery. Hassle free and a real enjoyment. The car is great too! So IMPRESSED by the car, dealership and especially Don, I am ordering a 2014 X5 for my self. We are becoming a BMW family, thanks to Don and his staff in Jacksonville.

    I have been a customer at Tom Bush BMW since I moved to Jacksonville in 2007. It is not just the ultimate driving experience of my BMW X3 that keeps me loyal to the brand, but the exceptional service I receive from their sales team, specifically Don N., that keeps me as a customer. Don N. is kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about the vehicles, and has gone out of his way on numerous occasions to ensure that I received the highest level of service. He has become a friend of our family and I would recommend any one I know who is interested in purchasing a BMW to him! :)

    Vehicle, a new 528i, was to be my wife's daily driver. She is detail oriented, does not respond well to pressure, and initially thought the BMW was not worth the price relative to a V6 Honda Accord. Salesman spent several hours answering her questions, including when she was driving the vehicle, and with the help of the Sales Manager sold her the new 528i.

    Buying a car and doing the sales dance is just short of going to the dentist on my least fun experiences list. Venci D. made it a much more pleasurable experience. Venci and the sales team were courteous and professional. I highly recommend them.

    John B. was my sales person. He was knowledgeable, very responsive and a pleasure to work with. He continues to be great, even after the sale. I would definitely buy another car from John (and from Tom Bush). More to the point, I would trust these guys to treat my Mom right, too. And that's saying something.

    I leased my first BMW at Tom Bush from John B.! And I will say it was a great experience! It exceeded all of my expectations. He was not only professional but just an all around great salesman! He knew what I could afford And John made it happen! And I absolutely love my car! I will be seeing John again in 3 years to get my next lease! Thanks again to John and all of the Tom Bush BMW team!

    I have had 5 buying experiences at Tom Bush BMW and they have all been wonderful. Sales, Service and attention to detail are top notch. But I would like to single my Salesman, Don N. He really understands customer service within a relaxed, non-assuming setting. He is A+ in my book !!

    I've owned 5 BMWs - 4 purchased or leased from Tom Bush BMW. The last 3 I were from Venci D. He is an exceptional sales associate and I actually look forward to the sales experience. He makes it easy - the way purchasing a car should be. And when I was involved in two accidents that totaled my BMWs (a 3-series and 5-series) within 18 months of each other (neither were my fault fortunately!), Venci's compassion and patience with my new purchases helped take away the fear of even driving again. I walked away from both accidents unhurt, thus I am a BMW owner for life. And as long as I live in the Jacksonville area, I will buy from Tom Bush BMW and always from Venci.

    John B. and the team at Tom Bush BMW always do a fantastic job. He located the exact car I wanted, got it in quickly and I was in and out with the new model in last than an hour. Thanks for making it so smooth!
  • Reset Oil Change Indicator

    Dealer performed annual maintenance (14,700 miles on vehicle) which included an oil change paid for by BMW. Before and after service, oil change indicator said vehicle had 4,700 miles prior to next oil change because Dealer refused to reset indicator. Dealer said to bring vehicle back after 4,700 miles for another oil change. Dealor said this was standard procedure even though it does not conform to Service Manual.

    Had my window shattered during a lock out by JT Hookers Towing/Fender Menders in Charleston, SC. They didn’t fix the window properly and it didn’t shut – leaving a gap large enough to stick my finger in the window. When I returned to Florida and had MANY phone calls/complaints to various entities Tom Bush BMW service manager Brian Noell called me and said he’s spoken to Fender Menders/JT Hookers Towing in Charleston. Brian said JT/FM was now willing to fix my window. I brought my car in. When TB removed door panel, window broke again as JT Hookers/Fender Menders broke mechanism in door to control window; it was merely sitting in door attached to nothing. Could have shattered while I was driving. TB ordered new window & discovered JT Hookers/Fender Mender didn't put all door parts back in. TB had to order another part & told me who ever attempted to replace my window had no idea what they were doing. 2 days later Brian Noell called and said my car was ready but it would ONLY be returned if I signed a liability waiver releasing JT Hookers/Fender Menders. As they had yet to replace my leather console that was also ripped up – I refused. Furthermore why is Tom Bush now involved and telling me this?!? AND none of this was EVER relayed to me BEFORE I initially brought the car in. Brian said JT Hookers/Fender Mender now refused to pay TB (after they’d already spoken & agreed to pay) unless I sign waiver. Brian refused to give me back my car unless I pay for the broken window that Tom Bush broke along with the parts to fix door/window. If I didn’t pay – he said he was going to remove the window and only then give me back my car – keep in mind I drove in with a fully intact window. I told him that was blackmail – a federal offense. Brian then said "Listen lady, I'm not going to take the crap from u the guy in SC took!" I hung up, called a Sr VP @ BMW North America Executive offices in New Jersey & explained what had happened. JT Hookers/Fender Mender called me. Insisted I sign waiver stating they didn't have to do any more work on car. Reminded them they still hadn't fixed center console AND what he was doing was black mail. Within 2 hours - finally had my car. Whether it was me threatening to file federal charges for blackmail or Sr VP at BMW who stepped in I don't know. Either way - DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! Positive reviews about this place on this & other sites are suspected fake posts by Tom Bush BMW. Very blatant when great review comes along after bad review AND when great review comes from person who has never provided a good or bad review before or since. People don’t comment once on one company and leave. They comment all the time. Also Dealer Rater is a paid service by the dealership. Tom Bush monitors and ONLY post positive reviews. As I have a TON of automotive marketing experience I'm well aware of Dealer Rater and their practices

    Great experience buying a used 2100 750 Li - John was great in getting the numbers right, really knowledegable in the features of the 750 series and took me on an extended test drive so I could appreciate the vehicle fully. Very professional and fair -- good experience

    I just want to say thank you John, this was my first BMW purchase and I have to say I am sold on the product and the service. I will be a repeat customer and would love to be rolling out in a 6 series next time, but the 528 is Awesome! John was easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I had to take my vehicle down for a minor issue and he was quick to help getting the car in and out. So once again thank you.

    My salesperson, John B. was the best! Extremely knowledgeable and very accommodating. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions, and he found me the vehicle I wanted. Best sales experience ever! I would highly and definitely recommend him!
