I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a Chevy Malibu from Michael Orr at Tom Bush Volkswagen, and I can't express enough how satisfied I am with the entire experience. Michael is hands down the best car salesman I've ever encountered,… and he truly went above and beyond to ensure I drove away with the perfect car.
From the moment I stepped onto the dealership lot, Michael greeted me and my sister with a warm smile and a genuine eagerness to help. He was incredibly knowledgeable, answering all of my questions with patience and expertise. I appreciated that he took the time to understand my specific needs and preferences, which ultimately led me to find the ideal car for my lifestyle.
Throughout the entire process, Michael was transparent, honest, and never pushy. He gave me the space and time to make my decision, allowing me to feel comfortable without any pressure. It was evident that his main priority was my satisfaction and finding the best fit for me, rather than just making a sale.

Buying a car at Tom Bush dealership - excellent service

This is my second car purchased from Tom Bush, and the experience was even more pleasant then a few years ago in 2006. The reason for this is the interaction with Don M., the sales… advisor. Don shines! First, he respects the clients wishes. What was important in my case, he knew almost everything about VW cars, has been driving them for years, and he really is a mine of information. Second, he opens many options for a client, but a client's preference, wishes or requests are his top priority. All fulfilled without a fault. I was looking for a GTI with manual shift stick, not that easy to find in Florida. Don found a few cars in other dealerships and located my preferred color. Within an hour the car was reserved for me. I asked whether the wheel rims could be changed, I preferred a slightly different type available on other 2014 GTI cars. Don and the sales team arranged the swap without extra charge without any problem. On the day of delivery, two days later, the car was waiting for me, shining with full tank of petrol, ready to go. Don spent some time explaining the car, its features, advising on the best service and maintenance strategy, linking my iPhone with the car system. I had impression that he enjoyed talking about the car more than I did :) At the and I knew everything about the GTI. Don also alerted me to the possibility of applying transparent film protecting the bonnet, lights and the front of the car from stone chips etc. I decided to follow his advice and it was a great decision. Don arranged the service and supervised the whole process. Overall, from my perspective, Don M is the best sales advisor ever when it comes to VW vehicles. His knowledge is encyclopedic, his courtesy, respect of a client and meeting the client's wishes should be envy of every sales advisor. Having said that, the whole experience of purchasing my car would not have been complete without acknowledging the whole sales team of Tom Bush dealership. Every stage of a purchase process was a pleasure and I got many smiles and kind congratulatory words during the process. My warmest thank you to Don and the whole sales team.J.D. He wasn't pushy but was a polite gentleman and gave me my space to look at what I wanted to see… while remaining close by so as to answer my questions or assist me to take a car out for a spin. I have referred several people to the dealership and to J.D. I have never had a better experience buying a car! Alan D. went out of his way to help me in finding the right vehicle and worked through the cost/benefits of the various… options. At no point did I feel pressured to buy and after leaving the dealership in my new vehicle, I can honestly say I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new car to go see Alan. 5 star service!Three Cars Later

However, Richard T. helped us find the perfect car. It was almost as if I was buying a car from a… family member. He got to know us and based on what we were looking at, he found us the perfect car to drive off the lot in. Forthcoming. Knowledgeable. He wasn't your typical "pushy" salesman. I respected that a lot.… I told him I wanted the night to think about things and also give him time to work on the price of the car for me. I came back the next evening, at the same time, and he had the car washed, detailed and fueled up ready for me to drive it off. He had all the paperwork done. All I had to do was sign on the dotted line. I had financing lined up prior to looking at cars, so that definitely sped up the process. But, he gave me a deal on the car that I couldn't refuse. Roger made my car buying experience the most pleasurable that I have ever had. I have had some nightmare experiences, too! If you are in the market for a "pre-loved" car....Please ask for Roger! You will not be disappointed! He saw I was in the service area yesterday (a week after purchase for accessories) and made it a point to come and say hello and make sure everything was going well with the car! Superb standup guy! Richard pulled every string there was to get me into my new car. He was very honest and persistent about helping get me into… my new 2007 Toyata Camry. I am 80 + years of age, so my daughter, sons and son in law accompanied me to three dealerships that day. We were welcomed by Mr. Richard T. , sales… representative for Tom Bush VW. He made us feel at ease about our search, allowing us to browse, but he was there to answer any of our questions. He was not only interested in making a sale, but in helping me to get the best deal possible in financing as well. Once we made a selection, Mr. T. gave us his card (including the cell number), had the car clean and waiting the following day and sent us an email that very same evening. Two days later my son noticed that a light needed repairing. We called Richard and he helped us to schedule an appointment. (Service after the sale, imagine that). My children have been driving me around all week, but I finally drove it to church this past Sunday. I have a lot of things to learn about operating my Jetta, but I am grateful to have met Mr. T. who provided ongoing customer service. I will feel confident in recommending him to my family and friends, because he has proven himself to be a man of his word. The entire service department also made us feel at home as we waited for the repairs. They offered coffee, bottled water, fruit, etc. It was refreshing to find a salesperson and a company that knew how to make their customer(s) feel that they "truly valued our business."Excellent sales experience from Roger P
