    I started with a Mini Cooper classic in Hunter green went to Mini Clubman and now in stylish Mini Country Man Cooper S! I just got my car with great care from Louella and Nery my salesman. Amazing service and most importantly kindness and straightforwardness.

    Braman BMW of Miami (Biscayne) has a beautiful showroom with an impressive selection of great quality vehicles. Paulo and Richard (in finance) made the entire process pleasant and convenient without any pressure. They were transparent and spent as much time as I needed answering questions, providing expertise with finance/warranty options and getting me on in the road confident with my decisions.     This dealership comes across online and with its marketing as a luxury dealership. Everything is very speedy to begin with, especially when you are looking at buying the vehicle near month end. However, as soon as the deal was complete, you see a different side to the dealership. You feel churned and burned. Rather than showing any care or consideration they are simply on to the next sale. I had my shipper collect my vehicle and the sales man who sold it me was too busy to help. He even told me on the phone he had other customers who he had to prioritize. The vehicle was sent out to me with two flat tires, dirty and with 12 miles fuel in the tank, barely enough to get me to a gas station on my way home. Since I got the vehicle delivered back to me in Orlando, I have received no paperwork to date which means I cannot register the vehicle either. Also I am owed $1k from an overpayment and no sign of this. Constant chasing. All in all it didn't feel like what buying a $100k vehicle should, especially when the dealer promotes themselves the way they do.

    The person that attended to me did a very acceptable job throughout the transaction, which did not take a very long time. He could have done a better job in promptly returning voice mail messages.

    I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with my new mini. I’ve been leasing from Braman for 12 years and every 3 years I leave there like I just made a life long friend. Marcos flores was the best salesman ever. So patient and accommodating. He even followed up with all the things he Promised. Can you please make sure he stays there past 3 years so I can go back to him. 😊 And as far as service danny Soto always takes care of my car with exceptional customer care and service.

    This is my limited experience interacting with representative of Braman Motors BMW I did not have to walk into this dealership to feel offended and severely aggravated by the sales team at this dealership. This morning I was interested on a car that was listed at 39711 on cpo.bmwusa and also on the dealership website. I made an offer at 37000 which was probably low, but part of the negotiation process that any smart buyer will do. I received multiple emails abut how the price was 42711 in another website and the 39711 price was good, it was discounted and firm to which I reply I was not going to buy at that price. All this information was exchange with Paulo Santos the sales man. I got a call in the afternoon from Paulo telling me he would pass me through the manager to get this going. The manager was Rick Valentine. This is the rudest person I have ever spoken with. He basically said the same thing I have already spoken with Paulo but when I tried to explain I do not buy at selling price and started some sort of negotiation, he addressed me as Bro, he told me I was not going to get the car in a very angry tone and basically hanged up on me while I was trying to speak. I never said the car was overpriced and never said this is my final offer. If this is the way this people talk to a potential 40k buyer that has not walked to the dealership yet, I can only imagine what is left for the rest. This people do not even know if I am willing to pay 39710. And even if we can not make a deal, do you really need to be rude to potential buyers like this?

    I wish to congratulate Norman Braman for his exceptional team of Steve Johnson, Amir Moayeri and Dave Taylor on their professional service and friendly demeanor. I simply could not ask for a more pleasant experience than what I received last week.
