Had a very pleasant time talking to the salesman and a nice long test drive to get a feel for the vehicle. No high… pressure sales pitch was given , which made my decision easy. by StyleGrace on 08/04/2016Dear Sir/Madame, I have been in Luxury Retail and Real Estate for the past 20 years and in todays society mediocre or lower customer service has become a standard. This cannot be be said of Justin Quevedo!!! Last week I was at BMW… South Motors getting my 2103 328i repaired and took a 3rd look at the Mini showroom. Each time I've visited they appear to not need/want my business. Because they're not the only dealers of Mini, I called Braman's and was connected with Justin. This young man is the epitome of style, grace, class, excellent conversation skills, knowledge and attentiveness and no how. Most young men his age are arrogant and a pain in the **** and most men 3x's his age too. He can sell from a Mini to a Bentley because of his skill set. Don't let him getaway, continue to foster your relationship with him and he in turn will be loyal to you and make you a ton of $$$. Best, TanyaFantastic Experience

I was pretty upset to have to go to automatic but it turns out my new Mini has automatic AND manual drives! So happy! This was my 4th… Mini and my 3rd from Braman. Very happy despite all my demands and concerns that I would "break" my salesman Giovanni. He did fantastic and handled me well. The sales manager Sam was excellent too. Overall - pretty awesome.Thank you Danny !!
