    I bought a new 2014 Mazda 3 from Lehman Mazda and it was a very easy process. Bruce R. was great to work with; He made the experience very pleasant and easy. There was not any pressure and the deal and paper was all done in a few minutes. He gave me a great deal for the vehicle. Although they did not have that car I was looking for on the lot. He had the vehicle brought here from another location in a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend Lehman Mazda to anyone of my friends.

    Robert K. is not your typical fast talking pushy salesmen. It was the best car purchase experience I have had at a car dealership. I got a great deal and love the Mazda CX-9. I also very much enjoy the CX-9 for the cargo room with the third row seats down when needed! The up to date standard equipment, such as Bluetooth technology is a plus as well.

    My search for a new car started several weeks ago. After taking a firsthand look at several crossover vehicles and researching important factors like mileage and safety ratings, my wife and I decided to go with the Mazda CX-5 Touring. The next step was the daunting task of visiting dealerships and negotiating. Just the thought of visiting different dealerships turned us off since a visit to any showroom usually consists of high pressure sales and bait and switch tactics. So we decided to try a different approach and we used an online tool to requests quotes from several local Mazda dealerships. Robert K. from Lehman Mazda was the first person to contact me via phone and email. Throughout the process, Rob was by far the most responsive salesperson. He answered all of my questions in a very professional, patient and courteous manner. I never felt any pressure and he never played any games. In an industry full of overly aggressive salesman looking out only for their pockets, Robert's honest approach was absolutely refreshing. He was always more than willing to negotiate in our favor and kept pushing to drop our price. The more I interacted with him, the more I realized that he wasn't just another car salesman. All in all, we worked with about 6 or 7 dealers throughout South Florida and Lehman Mazda kept coming back with very competitive prices. But what really sold us was their top notch customer service. Keep in mind that when you're buying a new car, you're also "buying" into a new partnership. Having said that, we're very happy and incredibly satisfied that we bought from Lehman. I also need to thank Al S. In Rob's absence, he stepped in right away to answer all of my questions and address my concerns. Again, no games, no pressure, no confusing salesman speak. Al is a straight-up guy that is out to change the mindset at car dealerships. He's doing an amazing job. Lastly, thanks to Raul R. The dealership was closed for the day and he stayed over one hour later to calmly review some of the features and cool gadgets of our new vehicle. That's the kind of service that made buying at Lehman Mazda the best car purchasing decision we ever made. If you're looking for a Mazda, save yourself the trouble and go straight to Lehman. Ask for Rob K. or Al S. and I promise that you won't be disappointed! We absolutely love our CX5!

    STAY AWAY FROM LEHMAN MAZDA. one star was the minimum to write this review, if I could I would give them negative stars. They systematically trick you with lies so you feel comfortable to even consider buying their cars. No discussion whatsoever on negotiating the price, but also the sales manager Arnold V. lies to you about credit reporting and inquiries. I was told that Lehman Mazda is the only one that will pull my credit and no one else, and it ended up being 14 banks including Lehman Mazda dealership themselves. As an FYI, no authorization form was signed on the day they tried to finance me, no papers at all, not even to read. But once they got me approved from 1 out of 13 banks and I came back to get my car (btw this was my first car ever in the US), they slipped the first page of the the "personal information sheet" which included all my data including my social, which I signed on the bottom. Later I found out, when I tried to fight off all those inquiries, which I really assumed was a fraud attempt or a mistake, I was sent the authorization form, which was the personal information sheet, but it had 2 more pages, in regards for they can do what ever they want with my info, including selling them to their other dealers. nice right? DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM LEHMAN MAZDA… there are hundreds of other dealerships. Stay clear from Lehman.

    I was car window shopping while my friend told me to check the Mazda's out i originally wanted the CX9 but then i have been in loved with the CX7. Sam was very patient took time to let me test out both of the cars, was very sincere and answered all the question me and my friends had. He went thru every detail on both cars. He gave me a great deal on my car, he valued my old car at a the correct value ( unlike other delears that try to give you less money than what your car is worth ) even after the sale any questions i had he was just one phone call away, he even answered his phone while he was at VACATION. Now that is great customer/sale service!! i bought my car on Nov. 2010 and i am super happy with my CX7 and loving it till this day. Thank you so much for everything you did Sam.

    Davin Martin sales man from lehman mazda gave me the best price in south florida. i was quoted 1500 and 950 more then lehman mazda. one dealer even tried to sell me cx5 because he does not have mazda 3 skyac. close to my home 33186 price was bit higher. i paid 22650 out of the door.

    Not sure how to rate this dealership since I was to close on a car and they intentionally sold the car to someone else even when I had "guaranteed" financing for my deal. Not very impressed since I was left with a sour and bad lingering taste since I have no car to drive, have a check from the credit union and no vehicle to apply it toward...This has been a frustrating, disappointing and humiliating experience. Better luck to future shoppers, always leave money so that you won't have to deal with misleading information or expect to close on a vehicle that has already been sold and then have someone try to put you in a vehicle that is "sub-standard" and does not meet your expectations.... This rating is truly not a true level of satisfaction, there was not a minus selection

    Agreed to 21,600 on a new vehicle with 5000 downpayment, and a trade in. Got nothing for my trade in.....(500). Worth at least 1000-1500) So then bottom line ended up 22,800. With dealership fee of 900.00 ( which I should not have paid for), tax and transfer of tag fees..( don't mind paying for). it ended up 1,200 over what we settled for. I added an extra warranty and dent and ding protection. Extra warranty on a new vehicle is not needed...but I like the fact that I got it warranted Bumper to bumper for a year after its paid off. Over all, I think that they stuck me for around an extra 1900.00 once I got to finance ( 900 service fee, plus a 1000 more for my trade in I believe I shud have got) . They talked so fast and were so busy...that they didn't give you the time you deserved....shuffled me thru the process so quickly that they made errors on the final breakdown of monies/ and finance.( had 5000 for my trade in, not 500) My payments ended up at 352 a month (around 320-330's with no incentives)...which I think was high because I got no value on my trade in...nevertheless I made a deal...because it was just time to buy a car, and they are the closest dealership to me for what I wanted. My salesman was a cool dude...but didn't stick to his word on the price by not showing and explaining to me extra fees before signing, after I asked for a solid quote. I negotiated a grand down on sticker price...but they did not start with that number on top of financial breakdown ( shud have been 21600, not 22,800....But i neglected to negotiate a bottom line price with no fees. i assumed that from previous deals ive conducted. i was wrong. ) They also squabbled for a 100 bucks there....200 bucks there, when really that's chump change when buying a NEW vehicle. I asked for 21,500 and they came bak at me with 21,700. Really? I laughed. Then settled for 21,600. Thought that was weird. That was my first red flag. Shud have walked away....but I was already there, and had the time that day. Overall, it was just ok. For a brand new vehicle they should have waived all fees...and stuck to the negotiated price of 21,600, plus tax of course....which is nothing....but a good dealership wud even pick that up for you. If you go here....get more for your trade in...and tell them the price you negotiate for is bottom line with no fees! They at least could have done that for me, as they made out like bandits on my trade in, as I got nothing for it. ( not worth much though) Overall...I left there with a new vehicle I paid full price for and left my trade in. This would have been a good deal if I left with both cars. Basically left them my old car and still paid full price. They were pretty slick I have to admit. If you are prepared, I'd recommend this place. If you are not or on the fence....stay away, or take your family negotiator with you. Good dealership overall...but they want your money, not your business. Tacked on fees, and bottom of the barrel price for trade in. We negotiated 21,600... So I was thinking that with the 500 they gave me for trade in, I was getting a deal at 21,100. 5000.00 downpayment would have left me with a deal of 16,100! This is what I thought I was getting. I think I ended up financing around 18000 or a bit more? :( ( these number could be off slightly, as i didn't receive the breakdown from the dealership when I left. I shud be receiving it soon though) This is just a review/ take on my experience at Lehman Mazda!

    I went for my second maintenance, he was attending another customer and still greeted me and told me he will get with me since he was almost done with the previous customer. Well said and done. Sat me in the office explained to me what needed to be done on my car, which was oil change, tire rotation and the free check up. Time flew by and the work was done, he called my cell and once i got there he even resolved a concern i had right there and then. Thank you again for everything you have done. I have recommended all my friends to this wonderful dealership and service department as they do value the customers and show their appreciation.

    This is a testament not only to the service performed at Lehman Mazda but also our service manager, Jose "Tito" Amaro. He is a first class manager! He tells you what services are recommended for your car and doesn't try to scare you into performing the service if you don't want to have it done. He's communicative, professional, and we will continue to bring our Mazda 5 to this place for service. I'm not a big fan of dealerships personally but their service prices seem to be very fair and they always deliver on their work. Big thumbs up to the Lehman Mazda mechanics and especially to our excellent service advisor.

    Devon was amazing from the first email to the wave good-bye as we left the lot in our new CX-5. We were at ease the entire time and never felt pressured. I would not hesitate to recommend Lehman Mazda and Devon to all my friends and family.

  • Hiding the details in their ads

    I saw an advertisement on their website. IT was a lease deal for $129 with no down payment. When I called, some guy told me there is a 900$ dealer fee, the vehicle is manual not automatic. THere is a 1800 acquisition fee. Hilarious. This is cheating with customers

    After contacting several local Mazda dealers, I went with Lehman Mazda. Sam V. was very helpful as an internet consultant, giving be an amazing deal on a 2013 Mazda 3, which was special-ordered from another dealer since they did not have the specific trim I was dead-set on. The only reason I cannot honestly give this dealer's service a five-star rating is they made an error in the order of my car, ordering a sedan instead of a hatchback. They gave me a loaner in the interim, and were very apologetic, offering to deliver the hatchback 100 miles to Miami to exchange. However, I am confident that this is a rare mistake. This dealer even worked with my credit union for financing without hassling me: a huge concern for me, since other local dealers wouldn't even offer deals if I did not finance with them. He truly wanted me to love my first car buying experience. Sam V. is the definition of what an internet sales consultant should be, and I highly recommend his service if you are considering purchasing a Mazda in the South Florida area.

    After countless encounters with various southwest and southeast Florida Mazda dealerships I was very fortunate to run into Robert K. at Lehman Mazda. No smoke and mirrors, no just come in and we will match any deal etc.etc. I contacted Robert and explained to him that I had a budget that I needed to stick by and unlike any other one of the dealers I worked with, he came up with the numbers and got me into a CX-5 for a price that was incomparable to the others. I drove from Naples to Miami and left with the CX-5 that was ready to go upon my arrival at the dealership, all the paperwork drawn up and ready for signing when I arrived with no surprises. I had so much spare time that I looked into a Mazda 3 while I was there and the day after Robert was able to come up with yet another fantastic deal for me, so I bought my second Mazda from Mr. K. less than 24 hours apart. Robert was instrumental in getting all the paperwork completed up front, he was very accommodating to my wife and I, explaining how to use all the new technologies in these vehicles which we had not been exposed to in the past. I feel that Robert went above and beyond my expectations, and I can comfortably say that I have dealt with many car salesmen in the past and my dealings with Robert has been one of the best to date.
