by Kathleen Obiozor on 01/02/2025We researched online to find the best place in Florida to purchase our new Lexus Rx as we finally had to replace ours after 250k , Germain of Naples was listed as one of the most credible with great customer service. We went there and… bought our new car and had a couple smaller issues and one more vital item that needed attention. We scheduled the check up and returned about a month later to get the items taken care of. It was a busy day and apparently some lack of communication , but ADRIA LEVY the service manager went Above and Beyond to get to the bottom of things, get the right people on it and got things solved. It’s really because of her that we would purchase there again in the future. She’s kind, professional and ready to help!Kathleen, thanks for your fantastic review of Adria! He located the car I wanted online that was already in transport to their dealership and had it… held for me until it arrived. He understood my needs for my trade and the new car. I’m really glad he asked me if I needed help the day I walked in even though he was busy at the time and came back to me quickly.
