by Jane on 04/24/2024Your maintenance managers, especially Danny Ruzinik, are attentive, responsive, friendly, and kind to deal with regular service or in my case, urgent action. I had a total knee replacement surgery planned within a warning light coming on… my dashboard. Although Danny had a full schedule, he told me to come up and he would fit me in the best he could to obtain a good working car for my caregivers coming down from PA and MD areas to help me. It turned out to be a nail on the side of a rear tire, requiring a new tire. The other tires were in good shape. He installed 1 tire and had me on my way in less than 2 hours. I was very happy.Jane, we're very pleased your urgent needs were accommodated in a timely fashion, thanks to Danny's efforts. My salesman Cary Vhugen has great . He had all the paperwork ready. There… was no hidden fees or attempt to sell you on accessories that you do not want. I took about one hour to complete the transaction. Everyone at the dealership seemed truly happy to work there. The car was immaculate at delivery. The employees working on my Lexus 350 found a nail in one of my tires and it had to be replaced. The tires are… warranteed for 4 years so there was no charge for the new tire. Lexus also has the same warranty for batteries. It’s a reason to be a Lexus customer. I spend an enormous amount of time in my car and appreciate these two men who give me peace of… mind that I am safe and secure driving my automobile. While the Lexus SUV design over the years has not always been a fan favorite, I cannot imagine purchasing another manufacturers model because of the experience, relationship and care offered by Mark VanBuren and Danny Rusinik. The service department makes the dealership. Anyone can sell you an automobile but it takes a special team to always make sure your car runs smoothly, efficiently, and without incident when it needs service.
