Deceptive Practices
by Shane on 03/27/2021This dealership is the perfect example of the bait and switch mentality that causes car dealerships to have such negative reputations. I wasted 6 hours because the dealership wanted to play games (3 hours drive each way from the Tampa… area). I found a car that I really wanted and was ready to buy using the car saver website. I reached out to the dealership to make sure the price quoted on the car saver offer would be the final price and I was told car saver price plus taxes. When I got to the dealership they then tried adding $2,500 to the total price in “dealership fees”. The sales manager then tried playing the employee pricing game to get to the original agreed to price. The final straw was “by the way that car has 5,600 miles on it”. Really?!? You couldn’t have told me that upfront?!? No, they thought they had a captive audience because I drove 3 hours one way for the car. I asked for an additional $1,000 off the price and they said they could not do it. Be careful when dealing with this dealership. Dishonesty and profit over customer service is the name of the game at Naples Nissan.sales rep joe

I was sold exactly what I wanted, shown the options available to me, allowed to choose what was important to me. The financing was great, even… had to go back the next day because I had to sign new papers, apparently the fiance dude, Max, doesn't sleep much *S*, was still looking for the best deal...and found a substantial cut in payment at that. I say...Way to Go Naples! All the staff are great...everyone paid attention, made sure someone was taking care of you. It was fast and painless.Very willing to make a deal!

by KnowB4youGo on 01/18/2016Would not even give them a one star, save your money (literally with the way they overcharge on their vehicle and false claims), save your time too. Even if you think you are getting a great deal and this is what they reassuring you,… Request to see numbers on paper before you enter the finance office to sign away and do your math, go online and do your research. I am not even sure that some people are aware they just overpaid on a vehicle that they assumed got a great deal on because this is what they were told by their "employees". They are pro's at telling you every lie in the book, amateurs at honesty and customer service.Great deal and salesperson

by AnthonyMNaples on 06/23/2015I purchased a White bare bones Nissan Versa on 05/09/2015 at this dealership, and from beginning to end the process was as smooth as can be. I started my experience with an online chat about a car I saw on Naples Nissan website, the rep… confirmed the vehicle was on the lot so I headed on in. Upon arrival I was greeted by Frankie, and as soon as I said I was there to see the Versa he immediately knew that I was the guy that inquired on the internet. I was then escorted to the vehicle and was allowed to look the car over, prior to being asked if I wanted to take it for a test drive. I was ready to take it for a spin, and informed Frankie of this. Frankie left me with the car while he went to get the keys, this was appreciated as it gave me time to look over the car in detail alone. Frankie then returned with the keys, and allowed me to drive it to the front where he made a copy of my drivers license, and got a plate for the test drive. As soon as Frankie put the plate on the back of the car he said "see you in a little", this was a big deal for me because it afforded me the opportunity to really take a good drive and go over the car with absolutely no pressure from a salesmen (a big plus in my book). The car was exactly was I was looking for so I returned, and walked inside where I was ready to deal. I actually had no intention of negotiating a better price, as the car was already priced pretty aggressively. I came with my own financing so they took me into to Abe where he went over everything with me, made small talk and got me out quickly (just the way I wanted it). I know this was a long winded review, but I wanted to make sure that readers of this could "walk" in my shoes, and see what a great buying experience Naples Nissan staff provided me. In closing, I would take anyone who I loved to buy a car here...and if you decide to stop in I highly recommend Frankie! I hope future buyers have the same great experience that I had.....this is definitely a different dealership then the old Marazzi Nissan that used to be here back in the day. Anthony M. We found the car on the internet and when we got on the lot, the car was actually less expensive. It was pleasing to see that the car matched the… pictures and description that were on the internet. The sales staff was quick to get us in the car for a test drive. The purchase was handled very professionally and efficient. We were in the lot, and out the door in just over an hour. This was the most efficient and enjoyable deals that I have ever completed on the purchase of a car. I will plan to visit John Marazzi Nissian on my next car purchase.New car purchase

He had answers for our questions, and when he didn't know he always promptly… found out. The financing also went very smoothly. I love the Rogue today. by whatgoesaround on 01/20/2010i live in cape coral and bought a car at [another dealership]. what a poor choice [and] bad experience [that was]. we just recently bought a car at marazzi nissan and what a difference. we left there in the car we wanted at the price we… were after. frankie gee was great to work with. he had a possitive attitude that made us feel comfortable. he was honest and did everything he said he would. brian delnegro was our finance manager and really took care of us. our credit was not too good and he still gave us a good interest rate. he even kept working after the deal to get us a better rate. and fed-exed all the documents to me to save me another trip. thank you everyone at john marazzi nissan for making our much dreaded car buying experience a great one. it was well worth the drive from cape coral. oh, i forgot. on top of everything, my wife spun the big wheel and won $500. we couldn't beleive it but sure enough we had an envelope with the cash. we laghed the whole way home. ill be sure to refer as many people as i can to you guys. thanks again, william and ibis shaw.Much better

I went back because I heard they were under new management so I figured I'd give them a another shot. The experience this time… around was much better. The new owner seems to understand the concept of putting the customer first, something most car dealers will never get. I felt like a got a good deal and never felt like I was getting hammered by the manager. The sales person knew his cars and took the time to show me several different models since we could not decide on the altima or the sentra. We bought the altima and are very happy with it. I would recommend this dealer to anyone who doesn't want to feel taken advantage of by a car dealer."John Marazzzi Nissan"
