Repair of 2019 Corvette
by Corvette on 12/07/2023I was directed to Javon Morissette in the service department to assist me with repair for my 2019 Corvette. The accident I had was running over a large piece of concrete that apparently had fallen of the back of a truck. Due to the low… profile of the Vette, I had run over the piece causing damage with the front Lip, two tires and two rims. Javon helped with directly by sending photos to my insurance company (Farm Bureau). His assistance with helping me is so greatly appreciated.Hello Corvette, thank you; we appreciate your feedback!
Dishonest
by Unsatisfied on 12/06/2023Brought my vehicle in for warranty service. The service manager, Jack, implied that I was being untruthful and denied the warranty. His attitude is cavalier and arrogant. I have purchased many Chevrolet’s from this dealer and the the… previous owner. I will never purchase or use this dealer for service in the future.Unsatisfied, we are disappointed to see your low star rating. If you could provide more information to us, we would be more than happy to try and make this situation better.

Maintenance service
by dollarman6 on 03/09/2023I was treated with respect, and the work was completed sooner than expected. While getting signed in, I asked what service might be recommended at this mileage. I was informed that the transmission service was a little past due. I was… quoted a price for the service, and I gave permission to do the service. I asked about replacing the / a filter. Mr. Fisher looked at the computer and said that he did not see any filter that needed to be replace. He explained that there were internal filters, that would cost quite a lot and take a long time to change them. When I arrived to pick the vehicle up, Mr. Fisher apologized, and stated that he was informed by the mechanic that there was one external filter, and that it was part of the service, and informed me of the added cost. I accepted the extra cost. I was glad that the filter was changed. I was a little surprised of the actual cost for the filter. I guess part of the extra cost was the increase in the amount of fluid.Dollarman6, we are so happy to read such a great review about Rick Hendrick Chevrolet Naples!
