Their lounge is very comfortable and accommodating with offers of free bottled… water, coffee, Family feud on screen, and vending machines. The bathrooms were clean and well-stocked. Kim kept coming in to check on us and attended to whatever we asked for. Thank you, Kim.Jorge, Thank you for taking the time to leave us this positive review! Will Tejidor was our Sales Consultant, and holy moly.....he went above and beyond to make us feel… welcomed, appreciated, and treated us with the upmost respect! He listened to us, and what we were looking for, and he worked so hard to find the matching vehicle for us. He did not disappoint! Him and his Team got us into the price range we were looking for, and a beautiful car. Even after our purchase it did not stop! Just to name a few ......customer relations manager ( Virginia), finance Manager Joseph and the Modification team made us feel like we're family. The Service Team ( Mani) that serviced our other vehicle were superior! Raphael, and the gentleman that had on the America shirt on 4th July ( sorry we forgot his name) were so down to earth, and just helped us to feel so comfortable. The General manager greeted us personally, and is so down to earth. I can't say nothing but great things about City Kia, and highly recommend going to this dealership, if you are looking into buying a car! You will not be disappointed. The back and forth is always a long process but stick with what you want not what they want. Jeo was very attentative and… helpfull. The car I bought had been online for a while and when seen in person was not cleaned or ready. They did a quick job to get it ready but i am sure things were missed or and cleaning was not great.Oil change
