    Firstly, I came here on Monday. I spoke with my dealer, named Andrew. He helped me to find the perfect car for me. I want a Mustang V6 manual. He found the car in another place and brought it to Orlando. Currently, I am euphoric with my car and everything. Also, I am satisfied that you could help international students, like me, that do not have Social Security Number to purchase a brand new cars. I hope to buy another new car for me in the next couple of years. That would be great. By the way, sorry for my English.

    The issue was not resolved. I am not clear if the technician found the problem I brought it in for. He had to leave work early, I could not speak with him. Sort of in limbo currently. They are supposed to call me today.

    The service was very helpful and answered all questions asked promptly.I purchased my 2007 mustang from greenway and have always had good service. I have no complaints about my service getting my car fixed. I will derfinitely bring my car back to greenway for any problem with my car.

    I brought my CMax in for service (oil change) and for an update on a warranty item. All was taken care of efficiently and in a short period of time. I especially have to commend Becky, your service advisor, for the wonderful job she is doing. She has been my service advisor often. As I did this time, I will specifically ask for her every time I come in.

    I came into the dealership on faith. I needed another vehicle due to my old car having high mileage and the onset of many problems. After being presented with a number of options, it seemed a little hopeless (especially with no money to put down). However, the salesman was very persistent and found something that would fit my needs. I drove off the lot that same day with no money down. A few days later, I was called back to the lot. This time leaving with no vehicle and very discouraged due to the banks requiring too much money down. Less than 24hrs later, I was able to go back to the lot with a trade in. The staff was so welcoming, was very open minded and worked out a great deal with the very vehicle I had to turn back in. I walked off of the lot feeling renewed and happy with Greenway Ford.

    I have been dealing with McInerney / Greenway for 25 yrs, so it is really a family type of relationship now. I trust them will all my vehicles. I don't go anywhere else, unless I have to and that doesn't happen often. Thanks for so many great years.

    Purchasing my car at Greenway Ford was the light at the end of the tunnel. After dealing with countless sleazy car salesman all over town and wanting to buy a 2015 Ford Fusion w/ Eco-boost. My Girl friend and I ended up arriving at Greenway Ford to look at the Ford fusion with Eco-boost. Dale and Andrew chose to different models of the Fusion Eco-boost to show us but they were both slightly above our budget. We were looking for the Dune cloth interior Ford fusion with Eco-boost and Myfordtouch. But they didn't have one on the lot. So we kept looking online and found the car we were exactly looking for at Ford of Claremont. The Ford of Claremont tried to get us with a bait and switch; where they tried to advertise a car an interesting low price and then charge you well above MSRP for the vehicle. The customer service at the Ford of Claremont dealership was horrendous and pales in comparison to the stellar service that we received at Greenway Ford. Needless to say we couldn't return to Greenway Ford fast enough to pick up my vehicle. I will always remember and recommend the Great customer service at Greenway Ford.

    Ron was a great help and very professional. Terry was, as always, a pleasure to be around. He always goes the extra mile to make my two year old daughter feel special. Your customer service managers are the greatest! I only wish the front desk personnel, whom you schedule your appointments with and pay your bills, were just as personable.

  • Douglas Mitchell 2011 Ford Fiesta AC fan speed not work on 1, 2

    Problem: fixed AC under warranty OK, but NO ONE TESTED the FAN SPEEDS. Of (4) speeds only turns on 3, 4. Speeds 1, 2, DO NOT WORK. This means another trip to Greenway because the repair man/women and LEAD did not pay attention to detail, nor a check list. Over all the years, you have done very good. This 2011 Fiesta has more than normal problems, my daughter wants to never get a Ford again. I love my Ford 2004, EB Expedition.

    Fred our sales person was very helpful and patient. There was no pressure and they were up front with the final cost of the vehicle. I would recommend Greenway Ford to other family members and friends.
