I had looked on there website and liked a few models they had in there huge selection of models that would fit anyones budget. As soon as i walked in, i was greeted by the super nice… girl at the help desk. I was Then introduced to my AWESOME team. I would even call them the dream team lol. I met Theresa H, Internet Sales Director. She welcomed me and made me feel like i was early for my own party lol. Theresa then tossed the torch over to my man Troy B!. Troy was Professional,courteous,understanding,and made me feel like we were just a couple of old friends. He helped me get my first car,he gave me a chance and spent the entire morning working with what i had to offer and found a way to make it work. I couldn't believe when the finance officer "Mr giant" pulled me in his office and told me " OK i got some papers for you to sign and then you will be all set" . Little did i understand, there finance department had given me the chance I've been hoping for. Ive been working really hard for years to get my credit up to this point, and i asked so whats next lol. He said to me "Thats t!" I had to ask again lol i was totally dazed and confused to his answer . "you got the car, and you get to drive it home?" he said, like it was no big deal haha. They helped get me the payments i could afford with having hardly any credit. To Troy and his dream team, Thank you for giving me a chance, when others laughed and told me come back when i was serious. I love my Ford Fiesta SE and ill be going back when i choose to get a new car.Very Professional

Lies upon Lies

I asked them to check while we were in the lot and he came back telling me it was sold as he handed me an offer for a much more… expensive car. Five days after purchasing a car from Greenway I get an email from one of their sales managers asking me if I was interested in a car... the same car that I was told had been sold! There were many other shortfalls by this dealership including promising to get a smell out of my car which they did not, failing to offer me their 6 months of SIRIUS satellite radio which I only found out they offered when the manager emailed about the supposedly "sold" car, and when confronted with these issues they chose to never respond to me I guess hoping to sweep it under the rug. So I contacted the Better Business Bureau and the very next day got a call from Greenway offering to A) take the smell out of the car and B) offering me 3 months of SIRIUS. Um A)its too late for that and B) how insulting to offer me LESS than the email offered AFTER the fact that I had been neglected. They tried to tell me that my trade-in was only worth $1000 and they could MAYBE sell it for $1500, probably taking a loss in the long run. Finally they gave me the $4500 that it was worth when I called them out on being [violative content deleted] and that I knew what it was worth. They have tried to indirectly blame me for overreacting because they told me the car was sold and the internet manager that emailed me the car was simply careless when he emailed me the car. They tried throwing me and their own people under the bus at the same time. Classless. This dealership is full of [violative content deleted] who don't give a damn about customer service.Great Service by Great People

FANTASTIC dealer - restored my faith in car dealers!

I went to AutoNation Ford in Sanford, FL and worked with a sales consultant named Esteban R. They had several Mustangs in the… showroom. We started working on the specific details & I settled on a Black GT Premium with Saddle Leather & no other options. Esteban looked in his system and found an exact match to the car I wanted at a dealer in West Palm Beach. He went off to the Sales Manager's office, came back about 10 minutes later, and said "yes, we can get that car. I can have it here in 72 hours". I said, ok let's work on the numbers. After working the pricing, my final all-in total was $32,700. I said "Write up the paperwork." About 1/2 hour later, my paperwork was all signed, and I had put a $500 deposit on the car in anticipation of having it in about "3-4 business days". I said there was no rush as I had to take care of the financials with the bank anyway. 10 days went by, and I had not heard anything from Esteban. I called Greenway Ford to see what options they had. He talked with a man named Chris P., who called me and said "let me do some research and get back with you". I told him I'd come down Saturday around 10am to discuss options. I met Chris around 10:15am and he said "Great News! I think I found the exact car you're looking for. He pulled out the paperwork, and presented me with the details for THE EXACT SAME CAR (matching VIN#) that I had paperwork signed for at AutoNation. I said no, this must be a mistake - I already have this car on order at AutoNation, and they said the dealer wasn't going to release it. He said, no, his sales manager checked, and they could come get it today if they wanted. I said ok, let's talk price. Long story short, the delta between the two dealers was about $380. I had him bring me the Director of Sales Rich R. to look me square in the eye and tell me that this wasn't going to be a repeat of AutoNation. They promised I could have the car by this time tomorrow. I said ok, go get the car, and I'll sign the paperwork now. Sunday morning I went down to Greenway and sure enough - there was the car, complete with the Mullinax decal right on the car. VIN number matched the paperwork, and there was nothing wrong with the hood. We finalized paperwork, went through the technical specs of the car, and off I went. It took a grand total of 1 1/2 hours from the minute we walked in the door on Sunday to being on our way. I went straight to AutoNation to go get my deposit refunded. Esteban found us and started immediately with the "man, it pains me to see you in a car from Greenway" (I had intentionally left the "SOLD - GREENWAY" transfer window writing on the car window). I said "Esteban, you lied to me. Your sales manager lied to me. I want to talk with the General Manager." Out comes the highest-ranking manager on a Sunday, who tried to placate me. I went through the entire outline of the process with him, including the entire email trails, VIN sheets, window stickers, etc. His excuse - "We dropped the ball." I told him to go process my refund, and out the door I went. If anyone wants to see the supporting documentation, I'd be more than happy to send out copies.My New Ford.

They totally SUCK!!
by lindakx100 on 01/24/2012updated 04/25/2025you get in the infinite loop between service , recon and the manager, they each say one thing, and nothing ever pans out, they are stalling until my used car warranty runs out. they suck! it has been a nightmare right from the… purchase!!! see...... well, the vehicle was not there that we went to look at even though on the phone they checked inventory. There was a 1800 price diff from the internet price to the contract numbers, they had excuses for that but finally met about halfway. my vechile was off-site getting repaired, when delivered a week later, it was NOT even touched on the inside, had grease on the seats, steering wheel, the dash was never cleaned, the carpet was completely missing, the center console was missing, the antenna and fog lights shown in the pic were missing, the vechicle had NO AC as it came from UT and the front end shakes with death-wobble. This dealer SUCKS!!!! they are fighting me tooth and nail to get the shaking fixed and will not budge on any of the missing items except the antenna!! whoo-hoo, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS, THEY ARE SUPER FRIENDLY....UNTIL YOU SIGN!!! then you are not worth their time. THEY SUCK!!Excellent auto purchase experience!

Kevin S. were efficient and most accommodating through the entire purchase process. Dale H. worked extremely hard to ensure my satisfaction with… every facet of the purchase. The features of today's automobiles are extremely technical. Dale H. is most knowledgeable. He provided detailed explanations to every single question. The worst experience ever
by sstewar29 on 08/20/2013updated 04/25/2025It started normal at this dealership, when we were shopping for a new used car. Then got very shady with their salesman and the General Manager Mr. A. They would not fix anything on the car until they had secured a money down deposit. They… tried to avoid the questions. WARNING! when you sign there at Greenway Ford with Mr. A., he does not care about you anymore. My wife and my experience there with them was awful. You will wait for hours to get answers, they will loose your car, we went ahead and put an Epass for tolls on the car and the car people where driving through tolls that were no where near the radio place where they were supposed to get it fixed. They put us in loaner vehicle that was supposed to be sold to another customer and when I looked at our paperwork for the loaner, It had her info on it, social security numbers and address, I was given someone else's private information. We had the same last name but it was not my info it was another women from the same area code. I was amazed. I should have driven to her house and showed her the car and papers. Then when we told the dealership they demanded my wife come in right away and return the car, so she did, but at that point we wanted out of the deal. We called the finance company Capital One and told them the situation and they said they would not approve the loan until we were in possession of the car and to tell Mr. A. from Greenway Ford that we want out of the deal. I was at work and my wife went with our 6 year old daughter in to drop off the other ladies car that we were given, and met with A. My wife thought it would be quick in and out, that what she was told. Nope it was not, they had my wife sit in an office and asked her why she called the loan company and told them that we were not in possession of the car. She told him it was the truth, we purchased signed for the car and it had not been returned us and it had been over a week or so. He would not let her out of the deal and was standing in the office doorway telling her to call Capital one and tell them we have the car. My wife was so scared and was afraid to walk by him and leave, my daughter was crying. She said when he left the room he had another employee stand there watching. She had been there two hours and with my daughter and would not let her leave and not let her get a rental car to go home. I get a call at work with my wife calling telling what is happening. I was furious and drove over to get her. I spoke with A. and told him this was it the last straw, and he told me to calm down and stop over reacting. I got there and my wife and daughter, along with Mr. A. was standing out front. I got out of the car with the car running for my family to get in. Mr. Alvaro told my wife no that she was going to get into another loaner they had just brought up. I told him not to tell my wife what to do and we were done with them. He called me "Mr. Nasty" and said that my wife was not going to get in the car and that she is going to take the loaner. I lost my temper and walked into the showroom and yelled for a manager higher up than A. and all the salespeople were just staring, not knowing what to do! employees got their cell phones out to record the situation and then A. chased me inside and tried to throw me out. I loudly started to tell every customer in that showroom how we were treated and lied to. A. wanted to grab me and throw me but couldn't. They told the employee's to call the police and I stood my ground and protested A.'s arrogant self. I finally left almost having a heart attack, and my chest was so tight I could barely breath. My wife and daughter were in the car and we left. I got a call 1/2 hour later from the regional director and he said he saw the whole situation from when I walked inside the showroom, but did not see or hear what went on outside before then. He asked what led to this and I told him everything that had happened and how we were treated and the car and the other ladies car we had as a loaner, He gave me an option of having the car delivered or letting me out of our contract. I wanted out of the contract and will never do business there again. He asked if my wife and I wanted Mr. A. to apologize to us for everything and we refused, we wouldn't believe him anyway. We just wanted to get as far away as possible from there as we could. This dealership no matter how big they are and convenient to the house they are, I will never go there and will tell everyone, what Mr. A. did to us there.Very Pleased customer
