Extra effort
by EugeneRandall on 08/21/2015I had made several efforts to get my car in for service, but when I contacted the dealership there were not any openings at the time I could be available. (I travel a great deal and as a consequence have limited opportunities to bring myโฆ car into the dealership. I was slightly overdue for an oil change and tire rotation and the dealership made provision to work me in for those services, but there was also a recall on the car. While making my appointment I was told that there would be insufficient time available during my appointment to satisfy the recall. Upon arriving at the service center, I explained the difficulties I have in bringing my car in for service due to my travels. While no promises were made, when I picked up the car I was advised that the recall was cared for. I really appreciated the extra effort made to take good care of me.Please with my work

Ford Transit van purchase

Battery replacement.

Honest service, fairly quick

The service staff, mainly Becky, was very polite, informative, and not pressuring at all. I was treated with respect and urgency (the good kind), evenโฆ though they knew I wasn't paying for the service. I was given consulting advice on taking care of the car, and not pressured to purchase additional services. Serive of vehicle
by rl17664 on 08/02/20152014 Ford Focus. Brought the car in for a noise in the back of the car, issue with sync and water stored underneath the door when it rains. They were able to gave me a rental car while the repairs were taking place that helped. Took a weekโฆ for the service to be completed and they were able to address the noise in the back and issue with sync. They said that the issue with the water underneath the back driver door was resolved but the next time it rained the issue was still there. When I get some time I will be bringing the vehicle back in so that this issue can be addressed. David did a good job in listening to the concerns that I had with the car. The reason I didn't rate excellent was that I didn't get much communication with updates on the car and the one issue is still an issue.We hope everything was completed to your satisfaction, rl17664! by DFLOYD03 on 07/29/2015I was very skeptical of Ford because of my last experience 7 years ago. They told me that I was approved then 7 days later they called for me to bring my vehicle back. I was so upset and said I would never go to Ford again. Then when myโฆ company informed me that we got additional discounts because of the partnership, I figured I would give it one more try. When I called into sales, I got in touch with Rafael Capuatis. Rafael was awesome from the start. The experience was much better this time around and I actually got to keep my car. I repeatedly asked Rafael if he was sure that I was approved and then I asked again once I sat with the Finance manager to do the paperwork and they both ASSURED me that I was definitely approved. Well, so far so good. I still have my 2015 Ford Escape and I love my car. I just wanted to say thank you so much to Rafael for putting up with me and always reassuring me that I would not have to bring the car back. Rafael Capuatis was AWESOME!!!! Warranty
by Joanne63 on 07/29/2015There was no cost since it was a factory defect. Again since we have been in three times for this same problem what happens if the problem occurs again. Our warranty is up in October. I strongly believe that this defect should be taken careโฆ of if it happens again in the near future. Also as stated in the prior comments the service reprentative should be recognized for finally giving me the service I was entitled too.We try to make your visits as simple and convenient as possible, Joanne63! by Vangasser on 07/26/2015My car had problems starting and cut out once trying to excellerate. The problem was found to be at first the alternator and belt to it. The event tool 4 days to be completed, because of the 4th July weekend. Even though we were permittedโฆ to free car rental, it still cost us over $100 to pay the rental. Though the belt was not in need of change. I mentioned to that there are at least two ways to replace the alternator in less than 45 mknutes, which would have been less expensive for me as The customer. The final bill was over a thousand follars. This was amazing to me. I understand that the work was well accomplished. However, the blatant greed for time and cost certainly made for a rather undesired experience. One would think that if a suggestion was made to repair work, in a shorter time, as well less costly to the customer, it certainly would to be expected as a sense of good communication, as well as customer service. One that would incline future service opportunities. It is know that word of mouth is both good or poor for future opportunities for service, as well as possible new vehicle purchases from your company. please know that I understand the difficulties over long week ends. What I don'T understand it the fact that my suggestion was completely ignored. The vehicle could have been completed sooner and with less cost. Please consider that there are more than one way to repair. The quickest and less time/money consuming is certainly a preferred manner of servuce, which would foster lastin b good relations, in the end saving unneeded financially empacted issues for both customer and repair staff. Had the repair person used the suggested ideas for shorter repair time, which would have been less costly, both financially and venture further service opportunities in the future. by Lawriecabbie on 07/24/2015I was very sceptical in my arrival at your dealer (greenway Ford Orlando Fla) but a very nice young Gentlemen named Clay Lewis I have spoken too earlier that day said he would meet at the showroom, I was in the market for a used car, when Iโฆ arrived he was very useful. The part I Like'd most which I worried about most Is he was not pushy and up to this day everybody said careful of the salesmen there tricky!!!' Well it was the complete opposite I didn't feel pressured at all Clay was very professional stood back let Me and my wife just look and answered all Our questions and not one time did I feel Pressured and that meant a lot to me and my wife. I'm just trying to say good job to the whole Greenway team and that goes for Clay, Albert , (Finance) and the rest of the gang.
